Abstract
本发明提供的水性高光耐磨光油,包括以下百分比的成分:水性聚氨酯分散液65~80%;流平剂1~3%;高分子手感剂3~5%;纳米二氧化硅1~3%;消泡剂0.1~0.5%;防腐剂0.1-0.5%,氨水0.1-0.2,水余量,本发明水性高光耐磨光油,有良好的成膜性,相容性和优异的基材附着性,具有低碳、环保和低成本的特点;本发明环保高光耐磨光油可以兼顾高光泽、高耐磨、附着力好、抗爆线和抗粘连性,可广泛用于各类包装纸品的上光。

技术领域
本发明涉及及一种光油,特别是涉及一种水性高光耐磨光油。
背景技术
环保高光耐磨光油因其无毒、无害和环保的特点,已越来越受到人们的青睐,已成为纸张上光的主力军。纸张上光要求高光泽、高耐磨、附着好、抗爆线(干膜柔韧)和抗粘连性好,而目前市售的环保高光耐磨光油产品很难所有性能都符合要求,目前解决上述问题的主要是采用常规的技术手段,如添加大量的成膜助剂,有的甚至高达20%,以提高成膜性并保证高的光泽,但是这已经很难称为真正意义上的水性环保上光油,成膜助剂为挥发性有机成分,大量使用会污染环境并提高产品成本。
还有就是采用软硬树脂液物理共混的方法,这种方法看似很简单、实用,但是影响共混效果的影响因素很多,如树脂间的相容性的,而影响的结果往往难以预期,也难以满足实际需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有的缺陷,提供了一种水性高光耐磨光油。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过下述技术方案实现的:
水性高光耐磨光油,包括以下百分比的成分:水性聚氨酯分散液65~80%;流平剂1~3%;高分子手感剂3~5%;纳米二氧化硅1~3%;消泡剂0.1~0.5%;防腐剂0.1-0.5%,氨水0.1-0.2,水余量。

本发明的优点在于:本发明水性高光耐磨光油,有良好的成膜性,相容性和优异的基材附着性,具有低碳、环保和低成本的特点;本发明水性高光耐磨光油可以兼顾高光泽、高耐磨、附着力好、抗爆线和抗粘连性,可广泛用于各类包装纸品的上光。

1.水性高光耐磨光油,其特征在于包括以下百分比的成分:水性聚氨酯分散液65~80%;流平剂1~3%;高分子手感剂3~5%;纳米二氧化硅1~3%;消泡剂0.1~0.5%;防腐剂0.1-0.5%,氨水0.1-0.2,水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性高光耐磨光油,,其特征在于包括以下百分比的成分:水性聚氨酯分散液65%;流平剂3%;高分子手感剂3%;纳米二氧化硅3%;消泡剂0.1%;防腐剂0.1%,氨水0.2,水余量。
