 本发明涉及陶瓷釉料技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种厨卫陶瓷材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
厨卫是厨房、卫生间的简称,现今人们更多地追求环保,厨卫产品也更多地使用陶瓷制品,如瓷砖、浴缸、盥洗台等,因此厨卫陶瓷产品的要求也较一般陶瓷要高。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种厨卫陶瓷材料。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种所述厨卫陶瓷材料的制备方法。
本发明目的通过以下技术方案予以实现:
提供一种厨卫陶瓷材料,包括如下组分和重量配比份数:白泥20~25份,球土22~27份,滑石粉14~19份,膨润土25~28份,硅石12~15份,焦炭粉12~15份,麦饭石16~19份,润滑剂1~2份,沸石2~3份,石英砂9~10份,增强纤维6~8份。
优选地,所述厨卫陶瓷材料由以下重量分数的各组分组成:白泥23份,球土25份,滑石粉16份,膨润土27份,硅石14份,焦炭粉13份,麦饭石18份,润滑剂2份,沸石2份,石英砂9份,增强纤维6份。
本发明还提供了所述厨卫陶瓷材料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1按配方称料,入球磨研磨至细度为 300目筛筛余0.5~0.6%,将研磨所得泥浆除铁过筛;
S2将S1所制得泥浆注浆成型为坯件;
S3注浆成型后的坯件入窑1320~1350℃氧化气氛烧成。

1.一种厨卫陶瓷材料,其特征在于,包括如下组分和重量配比份数:白泥20~25份,球土22~27份,滑石粉14~19份,膨润土25~28份,硅石12~15份,焦炭粉12~15份,麦饭石16~19份,润滑剂1~2份,沸石2~3份,石英砂9~10份,增强纤维6~8份。
