一种液体自动灌装器,包括底座、支架、真空泵和储液瓶,底座上固定连接支架,底座上设有真空泵,真空泵通过真空管连接抽气管,抽气管连接瓶塞,瓶塞连接出液管,出液管连接软管,软管连接阀门,阀门连接抽液管,抽液管连接储液瓶,瓶塞顶部连接升降器,升降器固定连接支架,出液管上固定有液位传感器,液位传感器通过信号线连接阀门,阀门为电控式自动阀门。本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,使用方便,体积较小,操作空间要求较低,安全卫生程度较高,生产工作效率高。

一种液体自动灌装器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种液体自动灌装器。
背景技术
    灌装机主要是包装机中的一小类产品,从对物料的包装角度可分为液体灌装机、膏体灌装机、粉剂灌装机、颗粒灌装机;从生产的自动化程度来讲分为半自动灌装机和全自动灌装生产线。近来随着食品的QS 认证、食用油的厂家已经开始注重产品质量和包装,所以油类灌装机在灌装机中地位凸现。下面我以液体灌装机为代表对灌装机的发展史进行概述。
液体灌装机主要用于洗液、护理液、口服液、消毒液、洗眼液、营养液、酒水、注射液、农药、医药、香水、食用油、润滑油及特殊行业的液体灌装。液体灌装机按灌装原理可分为常压灌装机、压力灌装机和真空灌装机。常压灌装机是在大气压力下靠液体自重进行灌装。这类灌装机又分为定时灌装和定容灌装两种,只适用于灌装低粘度不含气体的液体如牛奶、葡萄酒等。压力灌装机是在高于大气压力下进行灌装,也可分为两种:一种是贮液缸内的压力与瓶中的压力相等,靠液体自重流入瓶中而灌装,称为等压灌装;另一种是贮液缸内的压力高于瓶中的压力,液体靠压差流入瓶内,高速生产线多采用这种方法。
随着现代化的发展趋势,各种液体产品灌装都已经开始采用自动灌装机来操作,自动灌装机其可以节省很多人工,灌装效率高,但是目前市面上所采用的自动灌装机机型较大,安装使用需要较大的空间,并且其成本较大,不能被小型企业推广使用,因此急需一种改进的技术来解决上述技术缺陷。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种液体自动灌装器。
本发明针对上述技术缺陷所提出的技术方案是:
一种液体自动灌装器,包括底座、支架、真空泵和储液瓶,所述底座上固定连接支架,所述底座上设有真空泵,所述真空泵通过真空管连接抽气管,所述抽气管连接瓶塞,所述瓶塞连接出液管,所述出液管连接软管,所述软管连接阀门,所述阀门连接抽液管,所述抽液管连接储液瓶。
所述瓶塞顶部连接升降器,所述升降器固定连接支架。
所述出液管上固定有液位传感器,所述液位传感器通过信号线连接阀门。
所述阀门为电控式自动阀门。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,使用方便,体积较小,操作空间要求较低,安全卫生程度较高,生产工作效率高。

如图1所示的一种液体药物灌装器,包括底座1、支架2、真空泵3和储液瓶11,底座1上固定连接支架2,底座1上设有真空泵3,真空泵3通过真空管4连接抽气管5,抽气管5连接瓶塞6,瓶塞6连接出液管7,出液管7连接软管8,软8管连接阀门9,阀门9连接抽液管10,抽液管10连接储液瓶11,瓶塞6顶部连接升降器12,升降器12固定连接支架2,出液管7上固定有液位传感器13,液位传感器13通过信号线14连接阀门9,阀门9为电控式自动阀门,结构简单,使用方便,体积较小,操作空间要求较低,安全卫生程度较高,生产工作效率高。

1.一种液体自动灌装器,包括底座、支架、真空泵和储液瓶,其特征在于:所述底座上固定连接支架,所述底座上设有真空泵,所述真空泵通过真空管连接抽气管,所述抽气管连接瓶塞,所述瓶塞连接出液管,所述出液管连接软管,所述软管连接阀门,所述阀门连接抽液管,所述抽液管连接储液瓶。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种液体自动灌装器,其特征在于:所述瓶塞顶部连接升降器,所述升降器固定连接支架。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种液体自动灌装器,其特征在于:所述出液管上固定有液位传感器,所述液位传感器通过信号线连接阀门。
