本发明涉及一种模具,特别涉及一种用于制造农机铸件的注射成型模具。
背景技术
机械零部件的传统加工方法:锻造/车削—热处理,这种加工方法生产的零部件质量取决于工作人员的技术水平高低,因此,企业对工作人员的技术水平很高,这对企业增加了招收员工的难度,也相对员工的工资会很高,提高了企业的生产成本;还有这种加工方法的生产效率很低,不能大批量生产,大大影响了企业的效益。因此,现在的企业都在使用注射成型模具,这种生产工艺,操作简单、对工作人员的技术水平要求低,而且可以大批量生产。零部件的质量要取决于填充-保压-冷却-脱模四大工艺步骤,但也还要看模具开模型腔的好坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、操作方便且高效率、高精度的农机铸件注射成型模具。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:一种农机铸件注射成型模具,包括上模、下模及型腔,所述型腔连接有注射浇道和浇口,所述型腔包括第一型腔和第二型腔,在第一型腔与第二型腔之间设有挡柱,所述挡柱为带有凹槽的圆柱;在第一型腔与第二型腔内沿它们的横向中心线各设有横向挡块;所述第一型腔和第二型腔的挡块的端部各开有“凹”型槽;在上模与下模的表面上,沿第一型腔与第二型腔的纵向中心线各开有“u”型槽,所述“u”型槽内安装有导杆。
作为优选,所述“凹”型槽的深度小于第一型腔与第二型腔的深度。
作为优选,所述上模上设有凸起,所述下模上开有与凸起相配合连接的固定孔,所述下模上设有脱模装置。
上述农机铸件注射成型模具的工作方法,其包括:液体通过注塑机的喷嘴经注射浇道和浇口注入模具型腔,经保压、冷却后,通过设置在下模的脱模装置脱模。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:使用本发明模具装置,企业可以大批量生产,提高了效率;对操作员工的技术要求低;可以减少企业的生产成本;生产出的产品精度高,废品率低。

以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
如图1-2所示,一种农机铸件注射成型模具,包括上模1和下模2。上模1与下模2的表面上分别设有凸起9和固定孔8,凸起9与固定孔8相互配合连接固定。注射成型模具的型腔3包括第一型腔31和第二型腔32,在第一型腔31与第二型腔32之间设有挡柱4,挡柱4是一根带有凹槽41的圆柱。在第一型腔31和第二型腔32内,沿第一型腔31和第二型腔32的横向中心线的方向各设有一块横向挡块10;在挡块10的端部处各开有“凹”型槽7。“凹”型槽(7)的深度小于第一型腔(31)与第二型腔(32)的深度。在上模1与下模2的表面上,沿第一型腔31与第二型腔32的纵向中心线各开有“u”型槽12,所述“u”型槽12内安装有导杆13。
此外,型腔3连通注射浇道5和浇口6,工作流程:液体通过注塑机的喷嘴经注射浇道13和浇口14注入模具型腔3,经保压、冷却后,通过设置在下模2的脱模装置11脱模。

1.一种农机铸件注射成型模具,包括上模(1)、下模(2)及型腔(3),所述型腔(3)连接有注射浇道(5)和浇口(6),其特征在于:所述型腔(3)包括第一型腔(31)和第二型腔(32),在第一型腔(31)与第二型腔(32)之间设有挡柱(4),所述挡柱(4)为带有凹槽(41)的圆柱;在第一型腔(31)与第二型腔(32)内沿它们的横向中心线各设有横向挡块(10);所述第一型腔(31)和第二型腔(32)的挡块(10)的端部各开有“凹”型槽(7);在上模(1)与下模(2)的表面上,沿第一型腔(31)与第二型腔(32)的纵向中心线各开有“u”型槽(12),所述“u”型槽(12)内安装有导杆(13);所述下模(2)上设有脱模装置(11)。
2.一种根据权利要求1所述的一种农机铸件注射成型模具的工作方法,其特征在于包括:液体通过注塑机的喷嘴经注射浇道(13)和浇口(14)注入模具型腔(3),经保压、冷却后,通过设置在下模(2)的脱模装置(11)脱模。
