本发明属于中药技术领域，尤其是涉及一种治疗抑郁症的中药组合物。
背景技术
抑郁症是情感性精神障碍的一种情感状态，情感性精神障碍是指以心境显著而持久的改变(高涨或低落)为基本临床表现，并伴有相应思维和行为异常的一类精神障碍。抑郁症的主要表现为:心境抑郁、悲观失望、兴致丧失、精力减退和行动迟缓。心境抑郁是最核心的症状。
抑郁症在祖国医学属郁证范畴，中医认为郁证是由于情志不舒，气机郁滞所引起的一类病症。主要表现为心情抑郁，情绪不宁，胁肋胀痛或易怒善哭，以及咽中如有异物梗阻，失眠等各种复杂症状。抑郁的发生是由于情志所伤，肝气郁结，逐渐引起五脏气机不和所致。但主要是肝、脾、心三脏受累以及气血失调而成。总之，中医认为郁证的发生，因郁怒、思虑、悲哀、忧愁七情之所伤，导致肝失疏泄，脾失运化，心神失常，脏腑阴阳气血失调而成。初病因气滞而挟湿痰、食积、热郁者，则多属实证;久病由气及血，由实转虚，如久郁伤神，心脾俱亏，阴虚火旺等均属虚证。
目前对于抑郁症的治疗可以采用抗忧郁剂、镇静剂、安眠药、抗精神病等药物，但是毒副作用大，具有一定的依赖性且价格昂贵。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗效果好、有效率高、对人体无毒副作用的治疗抑郁症的中药组合物。
本发明的目的是这样实现的，根据中医药理论，利用中药独特的药性，采用白骨走马，全蝎，肉苁蓉，白芍，龙骨，珍珠母，牡蛎，黑柄炭角菌，远志，知母，郁金，甘草，拟黑多刺蚁，杜仲，按照一定的配伍要求，经过加工制成。
制备本发明中药组合物由下述原料药制成:白骨走马9-15份，全蝎40-60份，肉苁蓉20-40份，白芍20-40份，龙骨20-40份，珍珠母20-40份，牡蛎20-40份，黑柄炭角菌20-40份，远志10-20份，知母10-20份，郁金10-20份，甘草10-20份，拟黑多刺蚁10-20份，杜仲10-20份。
本发明中药组合物原料药的最佳重量份为:白骨走马10份，全蝎50份，肉苁蓉30份，白芍30份，龙骨30份，珍珠母30份，牡蛎30份，黑柄炭角菌30份，远志15份，知母15份，郁金15份，甘草15份，拟黑多刺蚁15份，杜仲15份。
本发明中药的药理作用如下：
白骨走马：苦，平，有小毒。入肝、胃经。治疮疥及皮肤瘙痒、蛔虫症腹痛、外伤出血。
全蝎：咸、辛、平，有毒，归肝经。熄风止痉，通络止痛，攻毒散结。用于小儿惊风抽搐，癫痈，中风半身不遂，风湿顽痹。
肉苁蓉：甘、咸，温。归肾、大肠经。用于肾虚阳痿，遗精早泄及腰膝冷痛，筋骨痉弱。用于提高机体免疫力。
白芍：苦、酸，微寒，归肝，脾经。养血和营，缓急止痛，敛阴平肝。主治血虚寒热，肮腹疼痛，头痛眩晕。
龙骨：涩、甘、平，归心、肝、肾、大肠经。镇心安神，平肝潜阳，收敛固涩。用于心悸、失眠、健忘、眩晕。
珍珠母：咸、寒，归心、肝经。平肝潜阳，清肝明目，镇心安神。用于惊悸失眠、心神不宁。
牡蛎：咸、微寒，归肝、肾经。平肝潜阳，重镇安神。主治眩晕耳鸣，惊悸失眠。
黑柄炭角菌：药用菌核，其性温，味微苦。民间药用，能除湿、镇惊、止心悸，催乳、补肾、安眠的作用。
远志：苦、辛、微温，归心、肾、肺经。宁心安神，祛痰开窍，消散痈肿。用于惊悸、失眠健忘、痰阻心窍，癫痈发狂。
知母：甘、苦、寒，归肺、胃、肾经。清热泻火，滋阴润燥。用于热病烦渴、肺热咳嗽。
郁金:苦、辛、寒，归肝、胆、心经。活血行气止痛，解郁清心，利胆退黄，凉血。用于热病神昏、癫痈痰闭之证。
甘草：甘、平，归心、肺、脾、胃经。益气补中，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和药性。用于心气不足的心动悸、脉结代，热毒疮疡，咽喉肿痛。
拟黑多刺蚁：滋补营养、健脾补肾、通经活络、益气活血、双向调节免疫、抗病毒、抗炎镇痛镇静等功能。
杜仲：甘、温，归肝、肾经。补肝肾，强筋骨，安胎。用于肝肾亏虚、胎动不安。
本发明重用白骨走马与全蝎，白骨走马表皮含有巩膜质和甲壳质，全体含有多种生物活性物质，如麦角硫因、凝集素、抗菌肚、溶菌酶、脂肪酸等，能够提高患者的自身免疫力；全蝎具有熄风止痉，通络止痛，攻毒散结的功效，经过临床实践发现，对抑郁症具有独特的疗效，与肉苁蓉，白芍，龙骨，珍珠母，牡蛎，黑柄炭角菌，远志，知母，郁金，甘草，拟黑多刺蚁，杜仲配伍使用，达到治疗抑郁症的目的。
本发明中药组合物于2008年至2010年临床观察抑郁症45例患者，临床报告如下：
1、一般资料：
45例患者中，女性25例，男性20例，年龄最小20岁，最大69岁，病程多在6个月到10年，平均年龄52.6岁。
2、诊断标准：
《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准·第3版》(CCMD一3)抑郁症的诊断标准，汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)前17项≥18分，无其他神经精神疾病，无酒精及药物依赖和类似药物过敏史，排除心、肝、肾等疾病。
3、治疗方法
3.1处方：白骨走马11g，全蝎50g，肉苁蓉30g，白芍30g，龙骨30g，珍珠母30g，牡蛎30g，黑柄炭角菌30g，远志15g，知母15g，郁金15g，甘草15g，拟黑多刺蚁15g，杜仲15g0
3.2制备方法：上述药物按常规工艺制成汤剂。
3.3服用方法:每次1剂，每日2次，4周为1疗程。
4、治疗结果：
4. 1治疗评定标准：采用HAMD评定临床疗效，以HAMD减分率评定，采用痊愈、有效、无效3级评分标准，减分率≥75%为痊愈，25-75%为有效，≤25%为无效。总有效率(%)＝[(痊愈+有效)/总例数]X100%
4.2结果:45例患者中，痊愈29例(64.4% )，有效14例(31.2% )，无效2例,总有效率为95. 6。
5、典型病例
5. 1男，20岁，2009年因高考落榜心情郁闷，几夜没合眼，患上了抑郁症，经常大吵大闹、砸摔东西、到处乱走。曾去全国的许多医院，经西药治疗症状虽有减轻，但经常复发。服用本发明治疗抑郁症的中药组合物进行治疗，两个疗程后彻底康复。
5.2男，56岁，2009年3月，患了抑郁症，经常内心出现郁闷，孤寂、凄凉、悲哀、丧失与亲友、外界交流来往的兴趣，不时叹息，沮丧、哭泣。曾用过许多药物均未奏效。服用了本发明治疗抑郁症的中药组合物，三个疗程后，病获痊愈。
5.3女，46岁，1年前因工作不顺利，出现心烦易怒，情绪低落，近几个月症状加重，经常发脾气，易激动，两胁及乳房胀痛，食欲不振，失眠多梦，舌红苔黄，脉弦。服用了本发明治疗抑郁症的中药组合物，两个疗程后，病获痊愈。
5.4女，69岁，失眠多年，近几年出现情绪低落，失眠加重，有时彻夜不眠，经常发作两胁刺痛，痛经，舌质暗，脉弦涩。服用了本发明治疗抑郁症的中药组合物，三个疗程后，病获痊愈。

实施例3，一种治疗抑郁症的中药组合物，它是由下述原料药制成:白骨走马15g,全蝎60g，肉苁蓉40g，白芍40g，龙骨40g，珍珠母40g，牡蛎40g，黑柄炭角菌40g，远志20g，知母20g，郁金20g，甘草20g，拟黑多刺蚁20g，杜仲20g。

1.一种治疗抑郁的中药组合物，其特征在于它由下述原料药制成：白骨走马9-15g，全蝎40-60g，肉苁蓉20-40g，白芍20-40g，龙骨20-40g，珍珠母20-40g，牡蛎20-40g，黑柄炭角菌20-40g，远志10-20g，知母10-20g，郁金10-20g，甘草10-20g，拟黑多刺蚁10-20g，杜仲10-20g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药组合物，其特征在于它由下述原料药制成：白骨走马10g，全蝎50g，肉苁蓉30g，白芍30g，龙骨30g，珍珠母30g，牡蛎30g，黑柄炭角菌30g，远志15g，知母15g，郁金15g，甘草15g，拟黑多刺蚁15g，杜仲15g。
