本发明中草药原料重量配比：
升麻10g、白芷12g、当归15g、牡丹皮15g、生地20g、黄连10g、生白芍20g、金银花20g、连翘20g、川牛膝12g、甘草5g、云南白药15g、马齿苋12g、苦瓜15g、牡蛎20g、吴茱萸15g、生南星1２g、浙贝母散15g、白及10g、苍术12克、枳壳12克、青皮10克、土贝15克、莱菔子20克、麻油50g、冰片0.3克、庆大霉素注射液16万U。
本发明组方药理:
升麻性微寒味辛、甘，归肺、脾、大肠、胃经。功效是发表透疹，清热解毒，升阳举陷。主治头痛寒热，喉痛，口疮；白芷有祛病除湿、排脓生肌、活血止痛等功能；《本经》记载：当归味甘，温具有补血和血，润燥滑肠之功效；牡丹皮具有清热凉血、活血化淤、退虚热等功效；生地性味甘，寒,归心，肝，肾经。具有清热凉血功效,用于温热病热入营血，壮热神昏，口干舌绛；黄连有清热燥湿，泻火解毒功效。治牙痛，口疮；生白芍性苦、酸，微寒。归肝、脾经。生白芍有镇静，抗惊厥，镇痛，抗炎抗菌作用；金银花性寒，味甘，入肺、心、胃经。具有清热解毒、抗炎、补虚疗风的功效；连翘主治清热，解毒，散结，消肿；川牛膝有祛风，利湿，通经，活血的作用；甘草主治清热解毒、祛痰止咳、脘腹等；中医学认为：麻油性味甘、凉，具有润肠通便、解毒生肌之功效；云南白药对炎症物质的释放有抑制作用，对于改善微循环、改变血管通透性等方面都有效用。在治疗创伤中，能有效的治疗局部的红肿热痛，活血化瘀，抑制肿胀。此外云南白药还有抑菌的作用；马齿苋有清热解毒，散血消肿；苦瓜气味苦、无毒、性寒，入心、肝、脾、肺经。具有清热祛暑、明目解毒、利尿凉血、解劳清心、具有清凉解渴、清热解毒、清心明目；牡蛎味咸，微寒；归肝、胆、肾经。能平肝息风药，重镇安神，潜阳补阴，软坚散结，收敛固涩；《濒湖集简方》记载吴茱萸治口疮口疳，亦治咽喉作痛。温中，止痛，理气，燥湿，口疮溃疡，齿痛；生南星药性苦、辛，温，能燥湿化痰，祛风止痉，散结消肿；浙贝母散性味苦寒，具有清热化痰、开郁化结的功效；白及具有收敛止血、消肿生肌的功效。两药配伍功效相得益彰，对于溃疡初起者可以消肿散结，对于溃疡已溃者可以生肌敛疮；枳壳破气，行痰，消积；青皮味苦、辛，性温。归肝、胆、胃经。功能有疏肝破气，消积化滞；土贝性微寒，味苦，归肺、脾经，有散结，消肿，解毒功效；莱菔子性平，味辛、甘，归经：归肺、脾、胃经，主治消食除胀，降气化痰，咳嗽痰多；冰片味辛、苦，微寒；归心、肝、肺经；清香宣散，具有开窍醒神，清热散毒，喉痹口疮、用于疮疡肿痛，溃后不敛等。庆大霉素是一种氨基糖苷类抗生素,主要用于治疗细菌感染，尤其是革兰氏阴性菌引起的感染。庆大霉素能与细菌核糖体30s亚基结合，阻断细菌蛋白质合成。庆大霉素是为数不多的热稳定性的抗生素，
制作工艺：
以上诸中草药粉碎，过筛，加入麻油调和成膏状，装入带孔的铝盒，高压蒸汽灭菌30分钟；冷却后加入冰片和庆大霉素注射液16U，调和均匀，做成涂抹剂。

其中男182例，女174例；年龄9～79岁，平均年龄，34.6岁。患有复发性口腔溃疡史均在1.1年以上，其中轻者复发频率为2～3月1次，重者复发频率为1月2～3次；每次溃疡的发病时间为3～5天，甚者为连续发作数个月不等。
诊断标准:患者唇、舌、颊、软腭等角化差的口腔黏膜，见有圆形或者椭圆形的浅表性溃疡。损害表面覆有黄色或灰白色假膜；周边有约1mm的充血红晕带；中央凹陷，基底柔软，均具“黄、红、凹、痛”特征，自觉有明显的灼热疼痛感，当遇到刺激性的食物时疼痛加剧，影响患者的进食和说话，呈反复发作。所选患者均符合以上的诊断标准。
治疗方法：
生理盐水（或清水）漱口后，用无菌棉签把涂抹剂均匀涂抹在溃疡创面上，一日4～6次，3天一个疗程。
治疗效果：
疗效标准：根据中华口腔医学会制定的《复发性阿弗它溃疡疗效评价试行标准》，痊愈：经治疗后，口腔溃疡停止复发大于1年；显效：经治疗后，口腔溃疡复发的间歇时间有所延长，溃疡发生的次数较前减少；有效：经治疗后，口腔溃疡复发的间歇时间延长，但溃疡发生的次数较前未有减少；无效：经治疗后，患者的口腔溃疡复发的间歇时间及发生次数均无改变。经相应治疗后，356例患者中有264例治愈，39例显效，28例有效，25例无效，其中治愈率为74.15%，总有效率为92.97%。在服药过程中均未见患者有明显的副作用。
讨论：
复发性口腔溃疡，是一种以口腔黏膜各部位反复发作的溃疡为特征，不伴有其他疾病体征，具有周期性、复发性、自限性特征，溃疡灼痛明显[2]。好发于唇、舌、颊、软腭等角化差的部位。常见为口腔黏膜处有圆形或椭圆形溃疡，具“黄、红、凹、痛”特征。因其反复发作、病程长，而对患者的身心健康造成了较大的危害。
由本发明充分发挥祖国医学的优势,把活血化瘀、去腐生肌、抗菌消炎相互协同，达到最佳治疗效果。经临床实践应用，体现了中医药运用整体观及辨证分型治疗复发性口腔溃疡具有显著的疗效，其副作用少，在远期的治疗效果上显示出较大的优势，值得在临床上推广使用。
上面所述的实施例仅仅是对本发明的优选实施方式进行描述，并非对本发明的构思和保护范围进行限定，在不脱离本发明设计构思的前提下，本领域中普通工程技术人员对本发明的技术方案作出的各种变型和改进，均应落入本发明的保护范围。

Claims (1)

1.一种治疗口腔溃疡的中药涂抹剂，其特征是：由以下重量配比的中草药原料制成涂抹剂：升麻10g、白芷12g、当归15g、牡丹皮15g、生地20g、黄连10g、生白芍20g、金银花20g、连翘20g、川牛膝12g、甘草5g、云南白药15g、马齿苋12g、苦瓜15g、牡蛎20g、吴茱萸15g、生南星1２g、浙贝母散15g、白及10g、苍术12克、枳壳12克、青皮10克、土贝15克、莱菔子20克、麻油50g、冰片0.3克、庆大霉素注射液16万U；以上诸中草药粉碎，过筛，加入麻油调和成膏状，装入带孔的铝盒，高压蒸汽灭菌30分钟；冷却后加入冰片和庆大霉素注射液16U，调和均匀，做成涂抹剂。
