本发明公开了一种治疗小儿湿疹的中药外洗剂。中医认为本病病因病机为素体禀赋不耐，加之饮食失调，脾胃湿热所困，运化失职，更兼腠理不密，外受湿热之邪，郁于腠理，发为本病。本发明选择中药泡泡草、蓬子菜、蒟酱叶、七星剑、五眼果树皮、橹罟子、紫河车、金雀花、禾叶墨斛、风轮菜、合萌，制成外洗剂，经临床对比试验，总有效率达到96.1％，疗效显著。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种中药组合物，尤其涉及一种治疗小儿湿疹的中药外洗剂。
背景技术
小儿湿疹是皮肤科常见病、多发病之一，以红斑、丘疹、水泡、渗出、糜烂、瘗痒和反复发作为主要特点，近年来有增多的趋势，严重影响着患者的生活质量，尤其是婴幼儿湿疹，如不加干预，容易发展成过敏性鼻炎和支气管哮喘。目前西医在治疗上主要是内服抗过敏药和外用激素类药物，但仅是对症或局部治疗，能暂时缓解症状，病情易反复，无法根治，更有家长担心长期使用会给患儿带来不良反应，因此使其在儿科的临床应用受到限制。申请人采用中药外洗治疗小儿湿疹，经临床试验证明不仅疗效好，不良反应少，且不易复发。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种治疗小儿湿疹的中药外洗剂。中医认为本病病因病机为素体禀赋不耐，加之饮食失调，脾胃湿热所困，运化失职，更兼腠理不密，外受湿热之邪，郁于腠理，发为本病。若风邪兼夹则游行善变，瘙痒明显，弥散泛发；若湿热从火化，则皮损掀赤津水，又因湿为重浊有质之邪，湿性粘腻，在治疗上以清热解毒、风祛湿利、脾健和胃、血脉调和、疏风止痒为治则。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的，该治疗小儿湿疹的中药外洗剂由以下重量份的中药制成：泡泡草3-6份、蓬子菜10-15份、蒟酱叶5-7份、七星剑10-15份、五眼果树皮3-5份、橹罟子7-10份、紫河车1-2份、金雀花3-5份、禾叶墨斛3-5份、风轮菜5-10份、合萌5-7份。
优选的，泡泡草4.5份、蓬子菜13份、药酱叶6份、七星剑13份、五眼果树皮4份、橹罟子8.5份、紫河车1.5份、金雀花4份、禾叶墨斛4份、风轮菜7.5份、合萌6份。
制备方法将上述中药加水2000ml，煮开后小火煎至约1500ml。
方中：泡泡草、蓬子菜清热解毒，消肿止痛，止痒；蒟酱叶祛风燥湿，止痒；七星剑祛风止痒；五眼果树皮燥湿止痒；橹罟子、紫河车补益气血，健脾；金雀花健脾活血；禾叶墨斛滋阴益胃；风轮菜、合萌疏风清热，消肿解毒，利湿。
临床资料
1.一般资料选取2008年1月至2011年1月门诊湿疹患儿，随机分为2组。治疗组128例中男84例，女44例；年龄2～4岁10例，5～13岁78例，＞13岁40例；病程＜2月52例，＞2月76例；伴有急性症状116例，慢性症状12例。对照组128例中男80例，女48例；年龄3～5岁12例，6～14岁80例，＞14岁26例；病程＜2月60例，＞2月68例；伴有急性症状108例，慢性症状20例。2组患儿一般资料比较，差异无统计意义(P＞0.05)，具有可比性。
2、诊断标准参照国家中医药管理局颁布的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》制定。1)急性湿疹：皮损呈多形性，如潮红、丘疹、水疱、糜烂、渗出、痂皮、脱屑，常数种形态同时存在；起病急，自觉灼热，剧烈瘙痒；皮损常对称分布，以头、面、四肢远端、阴囊等处多见，可泛发全身；可发展成亚急性或慢性湿疹，时轻时重，反复不愈。2)亚急性湿疹：皮损渗出较少，以丘疹、丘疱疹、结痂、鳞屑为主。有轻度糜烂面，颜色较暗红；亦可见轻度浸润，剧烈瘙痒。3)慢性湿疹：多局限于某一部位，境界清楚，有明显的肥厚浸润，表面粗糙，或呈苔藓样变，颜色褐红或褐色，常伴有丘疱疹、痂皮、抓痕；倾向湿润变化，常反复发作，时轻时重，有阵发性瘙痒。
3、治疗方法治疗组患儿使用本发明所述中药外敷剂，称取泡泡草4.5g、蓬子菜13g、蒟酱叶6g、七星剑13g、五眼果树皮4g、橹罟子8.5g、紫河车1.5g、金雀花4g、禾叶墨斛4g、风轮菜7.5g、合萌6g，加水至2000mL，煮开后小火煎至约1500mL，待冷却后将纱布在药液中浸透，取出后稍拧挤，干湿适宜，湿敷患处10～15min，每日2～4次。对照组给予西医常规治疗，口服氯雷他定分散片(北京双鹭制药有限公司，10mg/片，国药H20030208)，体质量＞30kg，每次10mg，每日1次；体质量＜30kg，每次5mg，每日1次。外用丁酸氢化可的松乳膏(天津药业集团有限公司，0.1％×10//支，国药准字H10940095)，每次0.01～0.02g，每日2次。两组均以15d为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程后判定疗效。
4、疗效标准参照国家中医药管理局颁发的《中医病证诊断疗效标准》制定。临床治愈：皮损完全消退，自觉症状消失。显效：皮损消退70％以上，自觉症状明显改善。有效：皮损消退30％，自觉症状有所改善。无效：皮损消退30％以下，自觉症状无明显改善。
5、治疗结果(1)两组治疗2个疗程后疗效比较见表1

治疗组的治愈率、总有效率明显优于对照组的治愈率、总有效率，具有可比性P＜0.05。
(2)两组治疗结束后，一部分治疗有效的患儿随访治疗组复发率明显低于对照组(P＜0.01)，见表2

具体实施方式
实施例一：称取泡泡草4.5g、蓬子菜13g、药酱叶6g、七星剑13g、五眼果树皮4g、橹罟子8.5g、紫河车1.5g、金雀花4g、禾叶墨斛4g、风轮菜7.5g、合萌6g，将上述中药加水2000ml，煮开后小火煎至约1500ml备用。
实施例二：称取泡泡草6g、蓬子菜10g、蒟酱叶7g、七星剑15g、五眼果树皮5g、橹罟子10g、紫河车2g、金雀花5g、禾叶墨斛5g、风轮菜10g、合萌5g，将上述中药加水2000ml，煮开后小火煎至约1500ml备用。
实施例三：称取称取泡泡草3g、蓬子菜15g、蒟酱叶5g、七星剑10g、五眼果树皮3g、橹罟子7g、紫河车1g、金雀花3g、禾叶墨斛3g、风轮菜5g、合萌7g，将上述中药加水2000ml，煮开后小火煎至约1500ml备用。

Claims (2)

1.一种治疗小儿湿疹的中药外洗剂，其特征在于该中药外洗剂由以下重量份的中药制成：泡泡草3-6份、蓬子菜10-15份、药酱叶5-7份、七星剑10-15份、五眼果树皮3-5份、橹罟子7-10份、紫河车1-2份、金雀花3-5份、禾叶墨斛3-5份、风轮菜5-10份、合萌5-7份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗小儿湿疹的中药外洗剂，其特征在于该中药外洗剂由以下重量份的中药制成：泡泡草4.5份、蓬子菜13份、蒟酱叶6份、七星剑13份、五眼果树皮4份、橹罟子8.5份、紫河车1.5份、金雀花4份、禾叶墨斛4份、风轮菜7.5份、合萌6份。
