背景技术
慢性单纯性咽炎又称慢性咽炎，较多见。病变主要在黏膜层，表现为咽部黏膜慢性充血，其血管周围有较多淋巴细胞浸润，也可见白细胞及浆细胞浸润。黏膜及黏膜下结缔组织增生。黏液腺可肥大，分泌功能亢进，黏液分泌增多。多见成年人，病程长，易复发。
慢性咽炎全身症状均不明显，而以局部症状为主。各型慢性咽炎症状大致相似，且多种多样，如咽部不适感、异物感、痒感、灼热感、干燥感或刺激感，还可由微痛等。主要由其分泌物及肥大的淋巴滤泡刺激所致。可有咳嗽、伴恶心。
目前治疗方法以消除各种致病因素，如戒除烟酒，改善工作环境，积极治疗鼻及鼻咽慢性炎性病灶及有关全身性疾病。增强体质，提高机体免疫力，预防急性上呼吸道感染。局部治疗同急性咽炎，常用复方硼砂溶液、呋喃西林溶液、2％硼酸液含漱，以保持口腔、口咽的清洁。可用复方碘甘油、13％硝酸银溶液或10％弱蛋白银溶液涂抹咽部，有收敛及消炎作用。

金银花0.2-9份、黄芪1-10份、野菊花4-9份、藏青果8-23份、薄荷3-15份、象贝3-15份、桔梗3-15份、前胡3-16份、姜半夏3-16份、玄参3-15份、花粉4-20份。
上述治疗慢性咽炎中药雾化吸入剂的制备方法是：
⑴将所述金银花、野菊花、薄荷进行水蒸气蒸馏，收集蒸馏液，备用，药渣加其余原料组分，混匀，加水煎煮二次，其中花粉包煎，每次2h，进行挥发油和煎液的提取，过滤；
⑵合并两煎煮后的滤液，浓缩至相对密度为1.10(60℃)的清膏；
⑶精制加乙醇使含醇量达60％，静置24h，滤过，将滤液浓缩，回收乙醇浓缩至无醇味，煮沸，静置，滤过，加入步骤⑴中的蒸馏液，混匀，滤过，即得
⑷浓缩：回收乙醇，并浓缩至无醇味，煮沸，静置，滤过，加入上述蒸馏液，混匀，滤过，即得配制好的药液。
而且，所述配制好的药液应及时灌装于洁净干燥灭菌的容器中，加盖密封。

Claims (4)
1.一种治疗慢性咽炎中药雾化吸入剂，其特征在于：包括如下重量份数的原料组分：
金银花0.2-9份、黄芪1-10份、野菊花4-9份、藏青果8-23份、薄荷3-15份、象贝3-15份、桔梗3-15份、前胡3-16份、姜半夏3-16份、玄参3-15份、花粉4-20份。
2.一种制备如权利要求1所述的治疗慢性咽炎中药雾化吸入剂的方法，其特征在于：
⑴将所述金银花、野菊花、薄荷进行水蒸气蒸馏，收集蒸馏液，备用，药渣加其余原料组分，混匀，加水煎煮二次，其中花粉包煎，每次2h，进行挥发油和煎液的提取，过滤；
⑵合并两煎煮后的滤液，浓缩至相对密度为1.10(60℃)的清膏；
⑶精制加乙醇使含醇量达60％，静置24h，滤过，将滤液浓缩，回收乙醇浓缩至无醇味，煮沸，静置，滤过，加入步骤⑴中的蒸馏液，混匀，滤过，即得
⑷浓缩：回收乙醇，并浓缩至无醇味，煮沸，静置，滤过，加入上述蒸馏液，混匀，滤过，即得配制好的药液。
3.根据权利要求2所述的治疗慢性咽炎中药雾化吸入剂的制备方法，其特征在于：所述配制好的药液应及时灌装于洁净干燥灭菌的容器中，加盖密封。
4.根据权利要求2所述的治疗慢性咽炎中药雾化吸入剂的制备方法，其特征在于：所述密封后的药液在分装封口后应立即灭菌，100℃煮沸，灭菌30min。
