Abstract

本发明提供一种愈合膏，该愈合膏包括以下原料：枯矾10-50重量份、冰片2-5重量份、青霉素0.48-1.44重量份和链霉素2重量份。本发明经长期试验将上述中西药以最优配比混合而成优质愈合制剂，该制剂可激活和加快细胞因子增生，有改善其局部病变，用于伤口、手术刀口、糖尿病伤口、深度烧伤、疮、静脉曲张溃烂，干脚气等久不愈合的创口。

愈合膏
技术领域
本发明涉及一种药物组合物，特别涉及一种中西药混合制成的、用于伤口等愈合的膏剂。
背景技术
各种原因引起的伤口、手术刀口、糖尿病伤口、深度烧伤、疮、静脉曲张溃烂、干脚气等久不愈合的病症长时间困扰着诸如糖尿病患者、术后病人等体质较弱、免疫力低下的病人。由于无法得到有效地治疗、自身免疫系统障碍等原因很容易导致小小伤口经几个月甚至几年不愈合，往往最后可能会截肢。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗上述病症的愈合膏。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的：一种愈合膏，其包括以下原料(按重量份计)：枯矾10-50重量份、冰片2-5重量份、青霉素0.48-1.44重量份和链霉素2重量份；并且用180-260重量份医用凡士林作为调和剂调和有效成分。
上述原料均为市售常用原料。其中，0.48g青霉素(1支)为80万单位；1g链霉素(1支)为100万单位。
本发明的愈合膏的制备方法为：将原料药物(枯矾、冰片、青霉素和链霉素)共研细面后，与医用凡士林调和均匀即可。
本发明的愈合膏的使用方法为：用药前每次先把伤口用氯化钠溶液洗净，用酒精把伤口外消毒，根据伤口的大小适量上药。每2-3天换一次。
在用药前必须先做青霉素皮试，如有过敏决不能用(禁用)。
本发明的愈合膏各原料本身具有：
1.枯矾：外用有收敛，渗湿，生肌等功效；
2.冰片：外用有解热止痛生肌的功效；
3.青霉素：有抗菌消炎，抗感染等作用；
4.链霉素：有抗菌消炎，抗感染，外用有收敛等作用。
本发明经长期试验将上述中西药以最优配比混合而成优质愈合制剂，该制剂可激活和加快细胞因子增生，有改善其局部病变，用于伤口、手术刀口、糖尿病伤口、深度烧伤、疮、静脉曲张溃烂，干脚气等久不愈合(几个月或几年不愈合)的创口，100％有效。
具体实施方式
以下实施方式仅用于阐述本发明，而本发明的保护范围并非仅仅局限于以下实施例。所述技术领域的普通技术人员依据本发明的公开内容，均可实现本发明的目的。
实施例一
愈合膏，包括以下原料：枯矾50g、冰片2g、青霉素3支(80万单位/支)和链霉素2支(100万单位/支)；用180g医用凡士林混合均匀制成。
实施例二
愈合膏，包括以下原料：枯矾100g、冰片50g、青霉素20支(80万单位/支)和链霉素20支(100万单位/支)；用2600g医用凡士林混合均匀制成。
实施例三
愈合膏，包括以下原料：枯矾2.5kg、冰片2kg、青霉素150支(80万单位/支)和链霉素200支(100万单位/支)；用20kg医用凡士林混合均匀制成。
以下为使用本发明的实施例制得产品的病例：
1、于某，男，75岁，脚后根下有一伤口，2厘米宽，3厘米深。有一年多伤口不愈合。到晚上痛不能睡，也到县市医院看过数次，没有效果。后用本发明实施例一的产品，第一次用药就不痛了，晚上也能睡了，经一个月后已完全愈合。
2、王xx，男，80岁，脚根外踝下，脚面多处在火口上烧伤，以伤到骨头上。3个多月不见好转，也到县市医院看过，不给治。后用本发明实施例二的产品，经两个月施用，病情稳定、基本完全愈合。
3、曹某，女，76岁，患有糖尿病，脚部有一伤口也到县市医院看过，2个多月不见好转，用本发明实施例三的产品两次后，伤口愈合。
4、梁某，女，75岁，患有脑梗，下肢两小腿深度烧伤，已有3月多不好，以烧到小腿骨头上，烧伤后前往医院诊治，并不见好转。后用本发明实施例一的产品，一个半月后烧伤治愈。
5、赵某，女，60岁，大腿中部有4公分宽，3公分深一伤口，在本乡医院治疗一月不见好转。后用本发明实施例一产品，经施用二十天左右后伤口愈合。
本发明的产品研发至今治愈各类患者数以千计(4000多例)，利用中西药结合治疗的特性，并未发现不良反应、抗药性的情况，经这些实例证明是治愈由于免疫力低下、长期不能愈合的创口的良药。

1.一种愈合膏，其特征在于，该愈合膏按重量份计包括以下原料：枯矾10-50重量份、冰片2-5重量份、青霉素0.48-1.44重量份和链霉素2重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的愈合膏，其特征在于，所述愈合膏还包括原料：180-260重量份医用凡士林。
