本发明属于固体饮品技术领域,具体公开了一种含有维生素调节剂的固体饮品,原料包括以下物质:维生素C、维生素B6、维生素D、维生素E、柠檬酸、酒石酸、门冬氨酸镁、牛磺酸、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、乳糖、甘露醇、甜橙粉、阿斯巴甜、聚乙二醇6000、乙醇、甜味剂。本发明固体饮品能够快速补充能量、增强抵抗力,是一种用于调节人体机能的功能性饮品制剂;适合运动型人群饮用。

本发明涉及固体饮品技术领域。
背景技术
伴随着社会经济活动的日益复杂,生活方式更趋于多样化,人们运动的时间与机会越来越少,由于缺乏体育锻炼而带来的越来越严重的各种问题,如肥胖、高血压、失眠、亚健康等,已经引起人们的重视,因此越来越多的人积极的参加到体育锻炼中。但是由于社会生活节奏快,特别是城市生活压力大,都市运动人群往往参与体育运动时带有精神疲劳,参与体育运动的时间有限,且活动量大,带来诸如抽筋、身体疲劳、乏力等问题,往往不能快速恢复,影响运动后正常的工作和休息。
维生素C是一种水溶性维生素,有研究证实,人脑是人体含维生素C最多的地方,其在人体内的作用主要有以下几点: 一是参与羟化反应,促进胶原合成,维生素C缺乏时,胶原合成障碍,从而导致坏血病;维生素C能提升混合功能氧化酶的活性,增强药物或毒物的解毒(羟化)过程。 二是具有还原作用,维生素C在体内可作为供氢体,又可作为受氢体,在体内氧化还原过程中发挥重要作用,可以促进抗体形成,高浓度的维生素C有助于食物蛋白质中的胱氨酸还原为半胱氨酸,进而合成抗体;促进铁的吸收,维生素C能使难以吸收的三价铁还原为易于吸收的二价铁,从而促进了铁的吸收。此外,还能使亚铁络合酶等的巯基处于活性状态,以便有效地发挥作用。
镁元素是一种重要的微量元素,镁补充改善心肌代谢,抑制钙积累和心肌细胞死亡,它可以提高血管张力,降低外周血管阻力,减少心律失常,改善脂质代谢。同时它还可激活人体内325个酶系统,参与各种能量的代谢活动,是人体一切生长过程,包括骨、细胞、核糖核酸、脱氧核糖核酸以及各种生物膜形成的重要物质,镁在细胞能源生产中扮演着关键角色,与人体必需的能量物质——ATP(三磷酸腺苷)密切相关,因此缺乏镁可能会使你感到疲倦和低能量。镁元素与肌肉痉挛发生相关联,补充镁元素可以有助于肌肉的恢复。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种含有维生素调节剂的饮品组合物,本发明饮品组合物能够补充能量、增强抵抗力,具有调节人体机能的功能,其产品感官评判佳,适合运动型人群饮用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采取的技术方案是:一种含有维生素调节剂的固体饮品,其特征在于:原料按重量份包括以下物质:维生素C 0.01~1.5份、维生素B6 0.01~0.5份、维生素D 0.01~0.5份、维生素E 0.01~0.5份、门冬氨酸镁0.01~0.5份、柠檬酸0.01~3.3份、牛磺酸0.01~2份、酒石酸0~22份、碳酸钠0~2.2份、碳酸氢钠0~20份、乳糖0~41份、甘露醇0~41份、聚乙二醇6000含量0~3份、乙醇0~3份、甜味剂0~15份。
所述甜味剂包括天然甜橙粉0~3份,余量为阿斯巴甜。
原料还包括除甜味剂以外的调味剂、辅料等,还可以包括清茶、纯净水、碳酸饮料或果汁等。
所述原料中维生素C含量为1.5份,维生素B6、维生素D和维生素E的总含量不超过0.5份。
所述原料中牛磺酸含量为2份、柠檬酸含量为3.3份。
本发明所添加物质的功能效果如下:
维生素B6参与近百种酶反应。参与某些神经介质、核酸和DNA合成,有利于维持适宜的免疫功能。
维生素D 能提高肌体对钙、磷的吸收,使血浆钙和血浆磷的水平达到饱和程度;维持血液中柠檬酸盐的正常水平;防止氨基酸通过肾脏损失;促进生长和骨骼钙化,促进牙齿健全。相关研究表明,运动型人群在运动后维生素D的低于普通人体的平均值,更需要在运动后补充维生素D 。
维生素E具有全面、高效的抗氧化作用,能保护细胞膜上的多不饱和脂肪酸免受自由基的攻击,维持细胞膜的完整性,人体在运动时,呼吸、新陈代谢等过程加快,发生氧化作用,产生大量自由基,若自由基产生过量,则会破坏健康的细胞,加速机体的衰老进程并诱发癌症、心脑血管疾病等。维生素E能有效清除体内的自由基,减少维生素A及多元不饱和脂肪酸的氧化、控制细胞氧化、促进伤口的愈合、抑制皮肤晒伤反应,保护细胞膜、皮肤、血管、心脏、眼睛、肝脏及乳房等组织,减少罹患动脉硬化等疾病的机率。
牛磺酸能明显促进神经系统的生长发育和细胞增殖、分化,提高神经传导和视觉机能,保持人体正常血压对心肌细胞有保护作用,同时能促进垂体激素分泌,活化胰腺功能,改善机体内分泌系统的状态,给机体代谢以有益的调节;并具有促进有机免疫力的增强和抗疲劳的作用。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:本发明饮品组合物能够补充能量、提高精力、抗衰老、抗疲劳,由维生素类、微量元素、添加剂类等成分构成,门冬氨酸镁能够提供人体必需的镁元素;维生素类水溶性好,人体易吸收,与门冬氨酸镁合用具有良好的协同作用;是一种用于调节人体机能的功能性饮品制剂;适合旅游爱好者、运动员、体力劳动和脑力劳动者饮用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种含维生素C的固体饮品,原料按重量份由以下物质组成:维生素C 1.5份、维生素B6 0.2份、维生素D 0.1份、维生素E 0.2份、门冬氨酸镁0.2份、柠檬酸3.3份、牛磺酸2份、酒石酸22份、碳酸钠2.2份、碳酸氢钠20份、乳糖22份、甘露醇19份、天然甜橙粉2.3份、阿斯巴甜2份、聚乙二醇6000为1份、乙醇1份。
将维生素C、维生素B6、维生素D、维生素E、门冬氨酸镁、柠檬酸、牛磺酸、酒石酸与天然甜橙粉相应份量在双锥混合机内混合均匀,并标注酸粉。将碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、乳糖、阿斯巴甜、聚乙二醇6000成分按对应的份量在双锥混合机内混合均匀,并标注碱粉,混合均匀后,用自动喷雾器喷洒对应量的乙醇和甘露醇的混合水溶液,喷雾过程中保持双锥转动,喷雾完成后,将酸粉加入碱粉中再次混合,升温至60℃,真空干燥3小时后取样检测水分为0.2%,停止干燥,开始分装至包装袋内。
饮用时根据个人口味取本品3g-5g置于水杯中,加入常温水300毫升,搅拌使其完全溶解即可饮用。与此同时还可以根据个人口味适量添加蔗糖等增加甜度的成分。
实施例2
一种含维生素C的固体饮品,原料按重量份由以下物质组成:维生素C 0.01份、维生素B6 0.01份、维生素D 0.5份、维生素E 0.5份、门冬氨酸镁0.5份、柠檬酸0.01份、牛磺酸1份、碳酸氢钠10份、乳糖41份、天然甜橙粉3份、阿斯巴甜12份、聚乙二醇6000为3份。
按要求将维生素C、维生素B6、维生素D、维生素E、门冬氨酸镁、柠檬酸、牛磺酸与天然甜橙粉相应份量在双锥混合机内混合均匀,并标注酸粉。将碳酸氢钠、乳糖、阿斯巴甜、聚乙二醇6000成分按对应的份量在双锥混合机内混合均匀,并标注碱粉,混合均匀后,用自动喷雾器喷洒重量份为1份的水,喷雾过程中保持双锥转动,喷雾完成后,将酸粉加入碱粉中再次混合,升温真空干燥2.5小时取样检测水分为0.27%,开始分装至包装袋内。
饮用时根据个人口味取本品5g置于水杯中,加入常温水300毫升,搅拌使其完全溶解即可饮用。与此同时还可以根据个人口味适量添加蔗糖等增加甜度的成分。
实施例3
一种含维生素C的固体饮品,原料按重量份由以下物质组成:维生素C 1份、维生素B6 0.5份、维生素D 0.01份、维生素E 0.01份、门冬氨酸镁0.01份、柠檬酸2份、牛磺酸0.01份、酒石酸11份、碳酸钠1.1份、甘露醇41份、阿斯巴甜15份、乙醇3份。
将维生素C、维生素B6、维生素D、维生素E、门冬氨酸镁、柠檬酸、牛磺酸、酒石酸相应份量在双锥混合机内混合均匀,并标注酸粉。将碳酸钠、阿斯巴甜按对应的份量在双锥混合机内混合均匀,并标注碱粉,混合均匀后,用自动喷雾器喷洒对应量的乙醇和甘露醇的混合水溶液,水与乙醇比例为1:3,喷雾过程中保持双锥转动,喷雾完成后,将酸粉加入碱粉中再次混合,升温真空干燥3小时后取样检测水分,当水分≤0.5%时停止混粉,开始分装至包装袋内。
饮用时根据个人口味取本品3g-5g置于水杯中,加入常温水300毫升,搅拌使其完全溶解即可饮用。与此同时还可以根据个人口味适量添加蔗糖等增加甜度的成分。

一种含维生素C的固体饮品,原料按重量份由以下物质组成:维生素C 0.5份、维生素B6 0.2份、维生素D 0.1份、维生素E 0.2份、门冬氨酸镁0.2份、柠檬酸3.3份、牛磺酸2份、酒石酸22份、碳酸钠2.2份、碳酸氢钠20份、乳糖25份、甘露醇16份、天然甜橙粉1.5份、聚乙二醇6000为1.5份、乙醇1份。
按要求将维生素C、维生素B6、维生素D、维生素E、门冬氨酸镁、柠檬酸、牛磺酸、酒石酸与天然甜橙粉相应份量在双锥混合机内混合均匀,并标注酸粉。将碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、乳糖、聚乙二醇6000成分按对应的份量在双锥混合机内混合均匀,并标注碱粉,混合均匀后,用自动喷雾器喷洒对应量的乙醇和甘露醇的混合水溶液,水与乙醇比例为1:1.5,喷雾过程中保持双锥转动,喷雾完成后,将酸粉加入碱粉中再次混合,升温真空干燥3小时后取样检测水分,当水分≤0.5%时停止混粉,开始分装至包装袋内。
饮用时根据个人口味取本品3g-5g置于水杯中,加入常温水300毫升,搅拌使其完全溶解即可饮用。与此同时还可以根据个人口味适量添加蔗糖等增加甜度的成分。

1.一种含有维生素调节剂的固体饮品,其特征在于:原料按重量份由以下物质组成:维生素C 0.01~1.5份、维生素B6 0.01~0.5份、维生素D 0.01~0.5份、维生素E 0.01~0.5份、门冬氨酸镁0.01~0.5份、柠檬酸0.01~3.3份、牛磺酸0.01~2份、酒石酸0~22份、碳酸钠0~2.2份、碳酸氢钠0~20份、乳糖0~41份、甘露醇0~41份、聚乙二醇6000含量0~3份、乙醇0~3份、甜味剂0~15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有维生素调节剂的固体饮品,其特征在于:所述甜味剂包括天然甜橙粉0~3份,余量为阿斯巴甜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种含有维生素调节剂的固体饮品,其特征在于:原料中所述维生素C含量为1.5份,维生素B6、维生素D和维生素E的总含量不超过0.5份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种含有维生素调节剂的固体饮品,其特征在于:原料中所述牛磺酸含量为2份、柠檬酸含量为3.3份。
