3. tobacco product according to claim 1 and 2, wherein fire retardant is included in described tobacco product, and comprises carbonate, phosphate or their mixture.
4. tobacco product according to claim 3, wherein said fire retardant comprises the alkali metal salts or ammonium salt of carbonic acid or phosphoric acid.
5. according to tobacco product in any one of the preceding claims wherein, wherein said fire retardant exists with the amount of about 0.1% to about 20% by weight, and described polymers compositions exists with the amount of about 0.1% to about 10% by weight.

10., according to tobacco product in any one of the preceding claims wherein, wherein before the described coating of formation, fire retardant is applied to described reconstituted tobacco materials.
11. according to tobacco product in any one of the preceding claims wherein, and wherein said reconstituted tobacco materials comprises the reconstituted tobacco sheets with first surface and second, and wherein said reconstituted tobacco sheets is only coated with described polymers compositions in one side.
12. according to tobacco product in any one of the preceding claims wherein, wherein said reconstituted tobacco materials comprises the reconstituted tobacco sheets with first surface and second, and wherein said tobacco sheet is coated with described polymers compositions on described first surface and described second.
