Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of reconstituted tobacco manufacturing, and particularly relates to a method for improving the strength of a reconstituted tobacco substrate.
Background
The tobacco sheet remade through the paper-making method is commonly called as tobacco sheet, and is characterized in that tobacco waste such as tobacco stems, tobacco scraps and fragments is used as a main raw material, the tobacco raw material is soaked in water, then water-soluble substances and insoluble substances in the tobacco are subjected to solid-liquid separation, by means of paper-making equipment and technology, the insoluble substances such as tobacco fibers and the like are dispersed in the water and then made into a fiber sheet base through a paper-making machine, meanwhile, the water-soluble substances are coated and added back to the sheet base after being concentrated, and the tobacco sheet remade through the paper-.
In the production process of the paper-making reconstituted tobacco, because the tobacco stems and the tobacco powder pulp are short in fiber, the tobacco stems and the tobacco powder pulp are difficult to be divided into single fiber, and the single fiber generally exists in a fiber bundle or fragment form, the tensile strength of the substrate is poor, the papermaking performance is poor, and the poor papermaking performance is mainly reflected in the paper breaking at a coating machine caused by the low tensile strength and the defects of the substrate. In order to improve the paper-making property of the reconstituted tobacco, non-tobacco additional fibers such as wood pulp and the like need to be added into the reconstituted tobacco slurry, so that the tensile strength and the tearing index of the base sheet are obviously improved, but the release amount of tar and CO is reduced to different degrees. The increase of the wood pulp addition amount can bring adverse effects on the sensory quality of the reconstituted tobacco, and generates 'wood gas', so the wood pulp addition amount cannot be too high and is generally 6-15%, if the sensory quality of the reconstituted tobacco is further improved, the use proportion of the added wood pulp fiber needs to be continuously reduced, thus the papermaking performance of the reconstituted tobacco paper base is limited, the papermaking speed of a paper machine is lower, the production efficiency is not high, and the production cost is increased. Therefore, the sensory quality of the reconstituted tobacco product is improved, the papermaking performance of the pulp is guaranteed, and the method has important significance for further development of the reconstituted tobacco.
Patent CN102240065B discloses a method for improving wet strength and softness of a sheet-made substrate by a paper-making method, which is to prepare chitosan acetic acid solution from specific food-grade chitosan, add the chitosan acetic acid solution into tobacco pulp, and then make the sheet by paper, so as to effectively improve the wet tensile strength and softness of the tobacco sheet.
Patent CN102823934B discloses a method for improving the wet tensile strength of a tobacco sheet by a paper making method, wherein a solution is prepared from specific hydroxyethyl cellulose and chitosan, and then the solution is added into tobacco slurry to improve the wet tensile strength of the tobacco sheet and ensure the production continuity of low-basis-weight tobacco sheets made by paper making.
The patent CN107080279A discloses a method for improving the strength of a reconstituted tobacco paper base, which comprises the steps of adding an externally added paper pulp fiber into tobacco pulp together with paper pulp subjected to conventional low-concentration pulp grinding after carrying out sticky pulping treatment, mixing and then carrying out paper making, and improving the tensile strength and the paper making speed of the reconstituted tobacco paper base.
From the prior art, the strength of the wet paper of the tobacco sheet is improved mainly by adding chitosan and hydroxyethyl cellulose compound additives into the pulp, the strength of the dry paper at a coating machine cannot be obviously improved, and the problems of combination loss with fine fibers and anionic garbage in the pulp or loss along with white water exist in the application process, so that the production cost is high; and the paper base reinforcement in the aspect of fiber treatment can not obviously reduce the added wood pulp fiber amount, and can still not solve the contradiction problem of the sensory quality and the production efficiency of the reconstituted tobacco.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects and shortcomings of the prior art, and provides a method for improving the strength of a reconstituted tobacco substrate by applying a substrate reinforcing agent to the rear section or the squeezing part of a water net formed by dehydrating a large number of paper sheets under the condition of reducing the proportion of wood pulp fibers added in reconstituted tobacco slurry, so that the sensory quality is improved, the papermaking performance of the slurry is guaranteed, and the cost is controllable.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

(2) spraying the polyvinyl alcohol solution obtained in the step (1) on wet paper sheets in the reconstituted tobacco manufacturing process through a spraying device;
(3) and at least drying and gluing the reconstituted tobacco manufacturing process to obtain the reconstituted tobacco substrate.
The set temperature of the hot water is 70-90 ℃, and the set mass percentage concentration of the polyvinyl alcohol solution is 0.5-2.0%.
The spraying device at least comprises a variable frequency water pump and a water spraying pipe which are adjusted by a flow meter, and a nozzle is arranged on the water spraying pipe.
And a pipeline filter and an adjusting valve are arranged at the water inlet end of the water spraying pipe.
The filtering precision of the pipeline filter is 100-200 meshes.
The nozzles are fan nozzles, and the width of the water spray pipe is the same as the width of the paper web of the wet paper sheet.
The polyvinyl alcohol solution is sprayed on wet paper of the back section of the mesh part procedure or the pressing part procedure.
If the reconstituted tobacco manufacturing process adopts double-felt blanket squeezing, the polyvinyl alcohol solution is sprayed on wet paper at the rear section of the mesh part procedure; if single felt press is adopted, the polyvinyl alcohol solution is sprayed on the wet paper of the press part.
The nozzles are arranged above the wet paper of the rear section of the mesh part process or below the wet paper of the pressing part.
According to the weight percentage, the addition amount of the polyvinyl alcohol is 0.1-0.5% of the absolute dry slurry.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the polyvinyl alcohol contains a large amount of hydroxyl, has good binding force with hydrophilic cellulose, is easy to form a film, has excellent mechanical properties, and can improve the tensile strength, the wear resistance, the folding resistance and the tearing strength of paper when used as a paper surface sizing agent. And the reconstituted tobacco is non-toxic, has no irritation to human skin, has no peculiar smell after combustion, and can well meet the requirements of the safety and the smoking quality of the reconstituted tobacco.
After the technical scheme is applied to the production of reconstituted tobacco, the tensile strength of a finished product is improved by 50-80%, the paper breaking frequency is reduced by more than 60%, the production efficiency is obviously improved, and the labor intensity of personnel and the production operation cost are obviously reduced.
