The use method of the device for preparing the environment-friendly bast fiber film by using the lapping-papermaking combined method as claimed in claim 1 comprises the following specific steps: the raw materials are sent into an airflow lapper (2) through a feeder (1) for opening, removing impurities and carding to make long fibers into a fibrilia net, sending the fibrilia net output by an air-flow net forming machine (2) onto a screen (14) by a transmission mechanism (15), extracting gas in the fibrilia net by an air suction device (3), beating short fibers of the fibrilia into slurry by a pulping device (4) to be infiltrated onto the long fibrilia net to make the short fibers as a film forming material, drying a wet fibrous film by a suction filtration device (5) and a compression roller (6), spraying a curing liquid onto the fibrous film by a spraying machine (7), exhausting and drying the fibrous film by an air exhaust device (8) and a drying device (9), sending the fibrous film dried by the drying device (9) into a coating device (10) for surface coating treatment, sending the coated film into a calender (11) for hot-rolling and polishing treatment, and sending the fibrilia film subjected to the hot-rolling and polishing treatment into a trimming machine (12) and a lap forming machine (13) for cutting into rolls.
