Patent CN200810219901.4 discloses a filter material of a cigarette filter stick and the cigarette filter stick, which adopts a method that expanded tobacco particles are added into a fiber base material, and the fiber base material is acetate fiber. The invention has the functions of adsorbing and intercepting harmful components in smoke for the application of the traditional cigarette, but if the invention is applied to the field of heating non-combustion tobacco products, the phenomenon that the filter stick base material is damaged due to overhigh smoke temperature exists.

1) taking a certain fiber material to prepare a hollow fiber filter tip, and cutting out a certain length to serve as a hollow section for later use;
2) taking a certain fiber material to make a solid section, coating a flavoring agent on the fiber material in the manufacturing process to make a solid fiber filter tip rod, and cutting out a certain length to serve as the solid section for later use;
3) taking the forming paper with certain air permeability, and wrapping the hollow section and the solid section;
4) and (4) drilling two rows of first through holes on the hollow section by laser to prepare the filter rod.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:

And taking a proper amount of acetate fibers, making a solid acetate filter tip with the length of 120mm and the circumference of 16.8mm on a tip forming machine, and cutting 10mm to obtain a solid section for later use. And another piece of forming paper with the air permeability of 50CU and the width of 30mm is wrapped and connected with the two sections of filter rods by using white cigarette adhesive, and two rows of round holes are punched at positions 12mm and 20mm away from the solid section by using laser drilling equipment, wherein the hole diameter is 0.2mm, and the number of the holes is 10, so that the semi-hollow hole filter rod with the acetate fibers is prepared. The filter tip was compounded with a self-made heated non-combustible tobacco material and tested for the temperature profile of 5 puffs (see figure 3) for sensory evaluation: the temperature of the smoke of the 1 st port is slightly higher, the temperature of the latter ports is more appropriate, the smoke amount is moderate, and the smoke is free from fragrance.
Example 2
Taking a proper amount of acetate fibers, making a thin-wall hollow acetate fiber filter tip with the length of 120mm, the circumference of 16.8mm and the wall thickness of 1mm on a tip forming machine, and cutting out the thin-wall hollow acetate fiber filter tip with the length of 23mm to be used as a hollow section for later use. Taking another appropriate amount of paper fiber, coating 1% menthol inclusion compound on the paper fiber with 5% guar gum, making into a solid mint paper filter tip with length of 120mm and circumference of 16.8mm on a paper rod forming machine, and cutting 7mm to obtain a solid section for later use. And another piece of forming paper with the air permeability of 10CU and the width of 30mm is wrapped and connected with the two sections of filter rods by using white cigarette adhesive, and two rows of round holes are punched at positions 12mm and 17mm away from the solid section by using laser drilling equipment, wherein the hole diameter is 0.15mm, and the number of the holes is 12, so that the semi-hollow hole filter rod with the acetate fibers is prepared. The filter tip was compounded with a self-made heated non-combustible tobacco material and tested for the temperature profile of 5 puffs (see figure 4) for sensory evaluation: the temperature of the smoke of the 1 st mouth is proper, the temperature of the back mouths is also proper, the smoke amount is small, and the smoke has mint flavor, but only the front 3 mouths.
Example 3
Taking a proper amount of paper fibers, making the paper fibers into a hollow paper fiber filter tip with the length of 120mm, the circumference of 24.25mm and the wall thickness of 2mm on a paper rod forming machine, and cutting the paper fiber filter tip into a length of 23mm to be used as a hollow section for later use. Taking a proper amount of cellulose acetate, mixing the micro-capsule tea essence with 2% carboxymethyl cellulose according to the concentration of 1%, spraying the mixture into the cellulose acetate, making a tea-flavored solid acetic acid filter tip with the length of 120mm and the circumference of 24.25mm on a filter tip forming machine, and cutting the solid acetic acid filter tip into 7mm to be used as a solid section for later use. And another piece of forming paper with the air permeability of 0CU and the width of 30mm is wrapped and connected with the two sections of filter rods by using white cigarette adhesive, and two rows of round holes are punched at the positions 8mm and 12mm away from the solid section by using laser drilling equipment, wherein the hole diameter is 0.25mm, and the number of the holes is 8, so that the semi-hollow hole filter rod with the acetate fibers is prepared. The filter tip was compounded with a self-made heated non-combustible tobacco material and tested for the temperature profile of 5 mouthpieces prior to smoking (see figure 5), for sensory evaluation: the temperature of the smoke of the 1 st mouth of the suction is slightly higher, the temperature of the later mouths of the suction is more suitable, the smoke amount is proper, the aroma of tea is provided, the aroma of the 1 st mouth of the suction is smaller, the later mouths of the suction are better, and the smoke has certain continuity.
Example 4
Taking a proper amount of paper fibers, making the paper fibers into a hollow paper fiber filter tip with the length of 120mm, the circumference of 24.25mm and the wall thickness of 2mm on a paper rod forming machine, and cutting the paper fiber filter tip with the length of 30mm to be used as a hollow section for later use. Taking a proper amount of cellulose acetate, embedding the popping beads wrapped with milk fragrance in the cellulose acetate, making a solid acetic acid filter tip with the length of 120mm, the circumference of 24.25mm and the diameter of the popping beads of 2.5mm and flavor popping beads on a filter tip forming machine, cutting 10mm (containing the popping beads) to serve as a solid section for later use. And another piece of forming paper with the air permeability of 100CU and the width of 30mm is wrapped and connected with the two sections of filter rods by using white cigarette adhesive, and two rows of round holes are punched at positions 12mm and 15mm away from the solid section by using laser drilling equipment, wherein the hole diameter is 0.3mm, and the number of the holes is 8, so that the semi-hollow hole filter rod with the acetate fibers is prepared. The filter tip was compounded with a self-made heated non-combustible tobacco material, and the temperature profile of 5 puffs before puffing was measured by bead pinching (see fig. 6), and was evaluated organoleptically: the temperature of the smoke of the 1 st mouth is proper, the temperature of the 2 nd mouth is slightly higher, the temperature of the later mouths is also proper, the smoke amount is small, the front 3 mouths have milk fragrance and are full, the 5 th mouth has small fragrance, and the smoke has certain continuity.
Example 5
Taking 12g tobacco fiber (which can be tobacco flakes or tobacco stems), crushing the tobacco fiber into tobacco fiber particles with 10-12 meshes (1.7 mm-1.4 mm) on a crusher, adding 5g guar gum and 250ml water, and uniformly mixing to obtain tobacco fiber slurry for later use. And taking another hollow mold with the length of 20mm, the circumference of 24.25 and the wall thickness of 2.2mm, pressing and forming the tobacco fiber pulp, and drying to obtain a tobacco fiber hollow section for later use. The filter rods were compounded with a self-made heated non-combustible tobacco material and tested for the temperature profile of 5 puffs (see figure 7) for sensory evaluation: the smoke outlet time of the 1 st port of the suction is longer, the smoke amount is general, the smoke temperature is high, the temperature of the 2 nd port is reduced, the smoke temperature is still higher, the smoke temperatures of the last ports are gradually reduced, meanwhile, the smoke amount is reduced particularly obviously in the 4 th port, and the smoke amount is poor in continuity.
The invention provides a filter rod for heating a non-combustion tobacco product according to the characteristics of the non-combustion tobacco product and the prior research. Through the reasonable design of the hollow section structure, the characteristics of no high temperature resistance, overhigh smoke temperature and strong adsorbability of the common filter tip are reduced; the flavoring design at the rear end of the filter tip provides powerful supplement for increasing tobacco fragrance in smoke. The invention has simple process and strong practicability, and obviously improves the smoking feeling of the heated non-combustion tobacco products.

Claims (10)

1. A filter rod for heating non-combustion tobacco products is characterized by comprising a hollow section (1) and a solid section (2) which are connected in sequence, wherein the hollow section (1) and the solid section (2) are both made of fiber materials; the hollow section (1) is provided with a plurality of first through holes (4) penetrating through the inner surface and the outer surface of the hollow section, and the maximum size of the cross section of each first through hole (4) is 0.05-0.5 mm.

taking fiber materials to prepare required solid sections for later use;
connecting the hollow section with the solid section;
a first through hole is formed in the hollow section as required;
and obtaining a finished filter rod product.
