本发明公开了一种车载空调净化器,所述净化器可去除PM2.5颗粒,其包括包括净化器壳体,进风口,出风口,进风过滤网层,多孔电极,复合锥形电极,车载电源逆变器、出风口过滤芯和固定在空调出风口的固定座,所述车载电源逆变器的输入端与车载电源相连,所述固定座对应汽车空调出风口,所述进风口内设有进风过滤网层,所述多孔电极设置在进风过滤网层的另一侧,所述多孔电极开设有多个通孔,所述多孔电极的通孔内表面水平方向上设置有多条齿条,通过具体设置,实现了可以对PM2.5粉尘进行高效过滤,还人类一个清洁的气体环境。

一种车载空调净化器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种空气净化装置,具体涉及一种可去除PM2.5颗粒的车载空调净化器。
背景技术
车辆在行进中,车内空气中通常会包含可吸入颗粒。PM2.5是指大气中直径小于或等于2.5微米的颗粒物,也称为可入肺颗粒物。它的直径还不到人的头发丝粗细的1/20。虽然PM2.5只是地球大气成分中含量很少的组分,但它对空气质量和能见度等有重要的影响。与较粗的大气颗粒物相比,PM2.5粒径小,富含大量的有毒、有害物质且在大气中的停留时间长、输送距离远,因而对人体健康和大气环境质量的影响更大。
目前进行车内空气净化的产品主要有几类:车用光触媒,其缺点在于车辆内由于贴有防紫外线膜等物品,导致车内紫外线强度很低,而光触媒分解有害气体的能力和紫外线强度成正比,所以车用光触媒所起的作用非常有限,目前使用车用光触媒的车辆也越来越少。车用净化器和负离子发生器,但其缺点在于:不接触皮革和胶垫等污染源,一边是污染源在释放污染,一边是在净化,如果关闭车窗,相当于人和净化器一起吸收有害气体,其清污染物的效率甚至不如开车窗通风。臭氧,以及具有物理吸附性的活性炭。
发明内容
一种车载空调净化器,所述净化器可去除PM2.5颗粒,其包括净化器壳体,进风口, 出风口,进风过滤网层,多孔电极,复合锥形电极,车载电源逆变器、出风口过滤芯和固定在空调出风口的固定座,所述车载电源逆变器的输入端与车载电源相连,所述固定座对应汽车空调出风口,所述进风口内设有进风过滤网层,所述多孔电极设置在进风过滤网层的另一侧,所述多孔电极开设有多个通孔,该通孔的厚度为10mm-12mm,多孔电极连接车载电源逆变器一个输出端,所述复合锥形电极插入到多孔电极开设的孔洞中,该复合锥形电极包括一根主锥形电极和多根沿主锥形电极的锥形斜面倾斜设置的次锥形电极,多个复合锥形电极连接电极联通棒,所述电极联通棒连接车载电源逆变器另一个输出端,出风口处设置有出风口过滤芯,该出风口过滤芯成圆锥形设置,该出风口过滤芯包括最外层的与车载电源逆变器一个输出端连接的第一锥形静电吸附网,和靠近第一锥形静电吸附网的与车载电源逆变器另一个输出端连接的第二锥形静电吸附网,第二锥形静电吸附网靠出风口一侧设有一层出风过滤网层。所述多孔电极的通孔内表面水平方向上设置有多条齿条,所述齿条的最高点与最低点的高度差为2-3mm,齿条的个数为6-10个。
 本发明的效果在于:
(1)本发明通过固定座安装于车辆空调出风口处,通过空调出风口出风进行过滤,节约能源、结构简单;本发明通过多孔电极与复合锥形电极对空气中的粉尘预先进行放电后再由第一锥形静电吸附网和第二锥形静电吸附网进行吸附过滤,过滤效果好、过滤效率高。
(2)此外本发明通过多孔电极与复合锥形电极呈插入式设计,提高电极发电效率,复合锥形电极包括主锥形电极和次锥形电极设计增加放电触角,使得空气中的可吸入颗粒物在通过电极孔时被充分放电,达到对微小颗粒(如PM2.5)的有效充电。再通过第一锥形静电吸附网和第二锥形静电吸附网的吸附可以有效去除空气中的可吸入颗粒物。
(3)通过在出风过滤网层设置蜂窝状光触媒滤网层、位于所述蜂窝状光触媒滤网层一侧的固载纳米二氧化钛滤网层,达到充分去除剩余PM2.5颗粒的效 果。
(4)出风口过滤芯为可拆卸设计,并且其上的第一锥形静电吸附网,第二锥形静电吸附网,出风过滤网层都可风口过滤芯拆卸下来,所述进风过滤网层为可拆卸设计,其上的玻璃纤维网,过滤棉层、活性炭过滤层,涤纶丝织层均为为可拆卸设计。该设计便于进行对上述部件进行清洗或更换。
(5)在多孔电极的通孔内表面水平方向上设置有多条齿条,更好的配合了复合锥形电极放电,有效提高了放电效率,并且有效的降低风速,使得PM2.5颗粒在瞳孔中的通过时间增加,使颗粒充分充电。

如图1和图2所示,一种车载空调净化器,所述净化器可去除PM2.5颗粒,其包括净化器壳体1,进风口2, 出风口3,进风过滤网层4,多孔电极5,复合锥形电极6,车载电源逆变器7、出风口过滤芯8和固定在空调出风口的固定座9,所述车载电源逆变器7的输入端与车载电源相连,所述固定座9对应汽车空调出风口,所述进风口2内设有进风过滤网层4,所述多孔电极5设置在进风过滤网层的另一侧,所述多孔电极5开设有多个通孔10,该通孔的厚度为10mm-12mm,多孔电极5连接车载电源逆变器一个输出端,所述复合锥形电极6插入到多孔电极开设的孔洞中,该复合锥形电极6包括一根主锥形电极11和多根沿主锥形电极的锥形斜面倾斜设置的次锥形电极12,多个复合锥形电极6连接电极联通棒13,所述电极联通棒13连接车载电源逆变器另一个输出端,出风口3处设置有出风口过滤芯8,该出风口过滤芯8成圆锥形设置,该出风口过滤芯8包括最外层的与车载电源逆变器一个输出端连接的第一锥形静电吸附网14,和靠近第一锥形静电吸附网14的与车载电源逆变器另一个输出端连接的第二锥形静电吸附网15,第二锥形静电吸附网靠出风口一侧设有一层出风过滤网层16。所述多孔电极5的通孔10内表面水平方向上设置有多条齿条,所述齿条的最高点与最低点的高度差为2-3mm,齿条的个数为6-10个。
车辆空调出口冷风通过本发明车载空调净化器进风口进入,随后依次通过玻璃纤维网,过滤棉层、活性炭过滤层,涤纶丝织层进入到净化器内部,冷风随后进入到多孔电极的孔洞中,在点击的作用下给空气中的颗粒充电,充电后,带电的颗粒随气流进入到锥形出风口滤芯,经过第一锥形静电吸附网和第二锥形静电吸附网的静电吸附,将PM2.5颗粒进行吸附,最后气流通过出风过滤网层进行残余PM2.5颗粒过滤,干净清洁的空气进入到车辆内室。

1.一种车载空调净化器,所述净化器可去除PM2.5颗粒,净化器包括净化器壳体(1),进风口(2), 出风口(3),进风过滤网层(4),多孔电极(5),复合锥形电极(6),车载电源逆变器(7)、出风口过滤芯(8)和固定在空调出风口的固定座(9),所述车载电源逆变器(7)的输入端与车载电源相连,所述固定座(9)对应汽车空调出风口,所述进风口(2)内设有进风过滤网层(4),所述多孔电极(5)设置在进风过滤网层的另一侧,所述多孔电极(5)开设有多个通孔(10),该通孔的厚度为10mm-12mm,多孔电极(5)连接车载电源逆变器一个输出端,所述复合锥形电极(6)插入到多孔电极开设的孔洞中,该复合锥形电极(6)包括一根主锥形电极(11)和多根沿主锥形电极的锥形斜面倾斜设置的次锥形电极(12),多个复合锥形电极(6)连接电极联通棒(13),所述电极联通棒(13)连接车载电源逆变器另一个输出端,出风口(3)处设置有出风口过滤芯(8),该出风口过滤芯(8)成圆锥形设置,该出风口过滤芯(8)包括最外层的与车载电源逆变器一个输出端连接的第一锥形静电吸附网(14,和靠近第一锥形静电吸附网(14)的与车载电源逆变器另一个输出端连接的第二锥形静电吸附网(15),第二锥形静电吸附网靠出风口一侧设有一层出风过滤网层(16),所述多孔电极(5)的通孔(10)内表面水平方向上设置有多条齿条,所述齿条的最高点与最低点的高度差为2-3mm,齿条的个数为6-10个。
