本实用新型提供了一种空气净化过滤挡板，包括边框、位于边框内的过滤芯板及位于边框外的密封海绵条，其特征在于：所述过滤芯板自外向内包括活动滤网、六角形活性炭网板、纸质折叠滤板，所述活动滤网通过胶粘贴于边框上；所述六角形活性炭网板的基础板为PVC塑料六角形网格，每个网孔内分布若干球形改性椰壳活性炭颗粒。与现有技术相比，本实用新型空气净化过滤挡板的PVC塑料六角形网格结构稳定，耐腐蚀，延长使用寿命，球形改性椰壳活性炭颗粒可以有效去除异味，吸附有害气体，减少噪音；活动滤网可以根据污染物附着情况随时更换，减少了更换整体过滤挡板的次数，结构稳定，使用寿命长，噪音小，过滤效果好。

本实用新型涉及空气净化技术领域，尤其涉及一种用于空气净化器的空气净化过滤挡板。
背景技术
空气中含有大量灰尘、花粉、异味、甲醛等污染物，加上日益增多的汽车排放尾气，使空气污染程度日趋严重，因此民众越来越重视空气质量，为有效提高空气清洁度，许多场合会用到空气净化器，用于吸附、分解或转化各种空气污染物，空气净化器的主要部件空气净化过滤挡板对过滤效果起到关键作用，现有的技术中的空气净化过滤挡板，存在着使用寿命短，除异味效果不明显，过滤细小微粒（PM2.5级）效果差的缺点。
鉴于此，有必要提供一种新的空气净化过滤挡板来解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本实用新型所解决的技术问题在于提供一种新的空气净化过滤挡板，其能够充分过滤空气中的异味，有害气体、细小微粒，结构简单，使用寿命长。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型采用如下技术方案：一种空气净化过滤挡板，包括边框、位于边框内的过滤芯板及位于边框外的密封海绵条，其特征在于：所述过滤芯板自外向内包括活动滤网、六角形活性炭网板、纸质折叠滤板，所述活动滤网通过胶粘贴于边框上。
作为本技术方案的进一步改进，所述六角形活性炭网板的基础板为PVC塑料六角形网格，每个网孔内分布若干球形改性椰壳活性炭颗粒，PVC塑料六角形网格结构稳定，耐腐蚀，延长使用寿命，改性椰壳活性炭可以有效增大空气接触面积，减少噪音。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型空气净化过滤挡板的活动滤网可以根据污染物附着情况随时更换，减少了更换整体过滤挡板的次数，结构稳定，使用寿命长，噪音小，过滤效果好。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图2所示，本实用新型提供一种空气净化过滤挡板，包括边框1、位于边框内的过滤芯板2及位于边框外的密封海绵条3，其特征在于：所述过滤芯板2自外向内包括活动滤网21、六角形活性炭网板22、纸质折叠滤板23，所述活动滤网通过胶粘贴于边框上。所述六角形活性炭网板22的基础板为PVC塑料六角形网格24，每个网孔内分布若干球形改性椰壳活性炭颗粒25。
本实用新型所述的空气净化过滤挡板安装于空气过滤器的进风口位置，使用中，活动滤网21过滤较大的异物、漂浮物，六角形活性炭网板22起到去除空气中异味，分解吸附有害气体的作用，纸质折叠滤板23最后过滤细微灰尘，当活动滤网21上方的污染物增多时，可以将其取下进行清洗或更换，本实用新型可以在空调、空气净化器等设备的过滤装置上安装使用。
本实用新型的实施例中，改性椰壳活性炭颗粒25以高吸附性纯天然椰壳为载体，可以高效吸附空气中甲醛、苯、TVOC、氨等分子，纸质折叠滤板23采用医用级HEPA高效滤纸，可高效过滤0.1~0.3微米的悬浮粒子，从而有效过滤汽车尾气、空气浮尘等产生的烟雾、细菌、病菌等固体微粒通过换气装置进入封闭空间，同时清除空气中有害物质，保证车内、房间等封闭空间的空气清洁度。

2.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化过滤挡板，其特征在于：所述六角形活性炭网板的基础板为PVC塑料六角形网格，每个网孔内分布若干球形改性椰壳活性炭颗粒。
