一种有限密闭空间空气净化装置,在机体内从进风口到出风口依次设有初效过滤网、HEPA过滤网、分子筛过滤网、光触媒过滤网和紫外灯,所述出风口安装有风机向外排风,所述HEPA过滤网和分子筛过滤网之间安装有等离子发生器,所述出风口安装有负离子发生器。本实用新型能深度去除有限密闭空间空气中的细颗粒物、甲醛、苯等有害气体。

背景技术
[0002] 人们日常生活中有70%的时间是在室内度过的。现代生活水平不断提高,家居装饰条件日益改善,随之而来的是有限密闭空间空气污染越来越严重。由建筑材料、装饰材料、家具、电器等释放出来的挥发性有机物,其中大部分对人体有害。此外空气中还有大量的细菌、臭气也对人体健康不利。在较小的空间里,如汽车、轮船、飞机等,因装饰材料和烟草燃烧也给空气带来了污染,由此带来的是人们患病概率增加,类似空调病的病症也不断涌现。近期,随着灰霾天气凸显,大气中的二次气溶胶等微颗粒物也严重影响人们健康。
实用新型内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的在于针对现有技术的不足提供一种能深度去除有限密闭空间空气中的细颗粒物、甲醛、苯等有害气体的一种有限密闭空间空气净化装置。

[0005] 一种有限密闭空间空气净化装置,在机体内从进风口到出风口依次设有初效过滤网、HEPA过滤网、分子筛过滤网、光触媒过滤网和紫外灯,所述出风口安装有风机向外排风,所述HEPA过滤网和分子筛过滤网之间安装有等离子发生器,所述出风口安装有负离子发生器。
[0006] 所述初效过滤网由无纺布或/和尼龙网或/和金属孔网构成,所述初效过滤网的过滤孔径为I μ m〜10 μ m,主要过滤5 μ m以上尘埃粒子及毛发等物质。
[0007] 所述HEPA过滤网由亚玻璃纤维膜制成,所述HEPA过滤网由亚玻璃纤维膜制成,所述HEPA过滤网的过滤孔径为0.1 μ m〜0.5 μ m,主要过滤直径0.1 μ m-0.3 μ m的细颗粒物。
[0008] 所述分子筛过滤网由颗粒状的分子筛制成,分子筛采用3A或4A或5A或IOX或13X。
[0009] 所述光触媒过滤网为纳米二氧化钛光触媒层。
[0010] 采用上述结构,本实用新型可以方便的安装在室内,在较小的密闭空间里能深度去除有限密闭空间空气中的细颗粒物、甲醛、苯等有害气体的装置。

[0013] 如图1所示,一种有限密闭空间空气净化装置,在机体内从进风口 9到出风口 10依次设有初效过滤网1、HEPA过滤网4、分子筛过滤网5、光触媒过滤网6和紫外灯7,所述出风口 10安装有风机8向外排风,所述HEPA过滤网4和分子筛过滤网5之间安装有等离子发生器2,所述出风口 10安装有负离子发生器3,所述初效过滤网I由无纺布或/和尼龙网或/和金属孔网构成,所述初效过滤网I的过滤孔径为5 μ m。所述HEPA过滤网4由亚玻璃纤维膜制成,所述HEPA过滤网4的过滤孔径为0.1 μ m-0.3 μ m。所述分子筛过滤网5由颗粒状的分子筛制成,分子筛采用3A或4A或5A或IOX或13X。所述光触媒过滤网6为纳米二氧化钛光触媒层。
[0014] 污染空气在风机8的作用下进入空气净化装置,先经过初效过滤网1,空气中的大颗粒物、毛发等被去除;然后经过HEPA过滤网4,去除空气中的细颗粒物;通过等离子发生器2放出大量的正离子和负离子,通过正负离子的中和碰撞去除部分有害的V0C、细菌等;再经过分子筛过滤网5,去除V0C、甲醛等有害气体;再经过光触媒过滤网6,在紫外灯7的作用下,进行深度去除V0C、苯类、甲醛和细菌等;通过安装在出风口的负离子发生器3释放大量的负氧离子,增强出风口 10空气的品质,最终得到洁净空气。
Claims (5)
1.一种有限密闭空间空气净化装置,其特征在于:在机体内从进风口到出风口依次设有初效过滤网、HEPA过滤网、分子筛过滤网、光触媒过滤网和紫外灯,所述出风口安装有风机向外排风,所述HEPA过滤网和分子筛过滤网之间安装有等离子发生器,所述出风口安装有负离子发生器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的有限密闭空间空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述初效过滤网由无纺布或/和尼龙网或/和金属孔网构成,所述初效过滤网的过滤孔径为I μ m〜10 μ m。
3.根据权利要求1所述的有限密闭空间空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述HEPA过滤网由亚玻璃纤维膜制成,所述HEPA过滤网的过滤孔径为0.1 μ m〜0.5 μ m。
4.根据权利要求1所述的有限密闭空间空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述分子筛过滤网由颗粒状的分子筛制成,所述分子筛采用3A型或4A型或5A型或IOX型或13X型。
5.根据权利要求1所述的有限密闭空间空气净化装置,其特征在于:所述光触媒过滤网为纳米二氧化钛光触媒层。
