本发明公开了一种锥形磨浆机，包括有圆锥形的磨浆机壳体，磨浆机壳体上设有进浆口和出浆口，所述磨浆机壳体内套装有圆锥形的定子，磨浆机壳体中套装有可左右移动的主轴，所述主轴上固定套装有锥筒型的转子，转子的环壁上插装有若干倒钩型的刀片，刀片的下部设有柱形的插入端，插入端穿过转子环壁并伸入转子内腔中，且刀片的插入端设有挡块，所述刀片的伸出部位套装有弹簧，弹簧一端抵在转子的内壁上，另一端抵在挡块上。本发明结构设计巧妙，通过弹簧、橡胶套的作用，刀片可以随着磨浆体壳体内浆料的情况上下前后左右移动，增强了磨浆效果。

技术领域：
    本发明主要涉及造纸厂技术领域，尤其涉及一种锥形磨浆机。
背景技术：
锥形磨浆机主要是由镶有刀片的转子和圆锥形的磨浆机壳体及间隙调节机构所组成。一般，浆料从进浆口送入，通过转子上刀片的作用将浆料打碎处理后，再从出浆口排出。但是，已有技术中刀片在转子上的位置是固定的，会影响到磨浆的效果。
发明内容：
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种锥形磨浆机，它使得刀片可以再转子上晃动，增强了磨浆的效果。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种锥形磨浆机，包括有圆锥形的磨浆机壳体，磨浆机壳体上设有进浆口和出浆口，所述磨浆机壳体内套装有圆锥形的定子，磨浆机壳体中套装有可左右移动的主轴，所述主轴上固定套装有锥筒型的转子，其特征在于：所述转子的环壁上插装有若干倒钩型的刀片，刀片的下部设有柱形的插入端，插入端穿过转子环壁并伸入转子内腔中，且刀片的插入端设有挡块，所述刀片的伸出部位套装有弹簧，弹簧一端抵在转子的内壁上，另一端抵在挡块上。
一种锥形磨浆机，其特征在于：所述刀片排列成排并环形分布在转子的环壁上。
一种锥形磨浆机，其特征在于：所述转子环壁上的插入孔中套装有橡胶套。
本发明的优点是：
本发明结构设计巧妙，通过弹簧、橡胶套的作用，刀片可以随着磨浆体壳体内浆料的情况上下前后左右移动，增强了磨浆效果。

一种锥形磨浆机，包括有圆锥形的磨浆机壳体1，磨浆机壳体1上设有进浆口2和出浆口3，所述磨浆机壳体1内套装有圆锥形的定子4，磨浆机壳体1中套装有可左右移动的主轴5，所述主轴5上固定套装有锥筒型的转子6，转子6的环壁上插装有若干倒钩型的刀片7，刀片7的下部设有柱形的插入端，插入端穿过转子6环壁并伸入转子6内腔中，且刀片7的插入端设有挡块8，所述刀片7的伸出部位套装有弹簧9，弹簧9一端抵在转子6的内壁上，另一端抵在挡块8上。
刀片7排列成排并环形分布在转子6的环壁上。
转子6环壁上的插入孔中套装有橡胶套10。

1.一种锥形磨浆机，包括有圆锥形的磨浆机壳体，磨浆机壳体上设有进浆口和出浆口，所述磨浆机壳体内套装有圆锥形的定子，磨浆机壳体中套装有可左右移动的主轴，所述主轴上固定套装有锥筒型的转子，其特征在于：所述转子的环壁上插装有若干倒钩型的刀片，刀片的下部设有柱形的插入端，插入端穿过转子环壁并伸入转子内腔中，且刀片的插入端设有挡块，所述刀片的伸出部位套装有弹簧，弹簧一端抵在转子的内壁上，另一端抵在挡块上。
