Abstract
本发明公开了一种富硒黑麦仁酒的生产方法,包括:在黑小麦种植的灌浆期间向其叶面喷洒富硒氨基酸肥,得富硒黑小麦;经过除杂筛选的富硒黑小麦去皮除渣,得富硒黑麦仁;再将所得富硒黑麦仁发酵成富硒黑麦仁酒;本发明富硒酒里所含的硒区别于其他富硒酒类直接添加的无机硒或者有机硒,而是通过对黑小麦喷施富硒氨基酸肥经过黑小麦体内转化得到富硒黑小麦,其硒的安全性和吸收性更高;该酒具有了黑小麦的保健功能,同时所得的黑麦仁酒酿能直接食用,避免酒糟的浪费;在酿酒过程中加入富硒枸杞、富硒党参、富硒明月草等中药成分,使该酒不仅能够补硒,同时更具有了以上中药成分的保健功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保健酒的生产方法,具体涉及一种富硒黑麦仁酒的生产方法。
背景技术
市场上出现了多种富硒食品,富硒酒就是其中的一类,这类酒具有很好的保健作用。已报道的富硒酒主要是以葡萄、桑葚、红米、糯米或大米酿造而成,还未出现用富硒黑小麦酿造的富硒酒;专利CN96107981.9公开了一种富硒黑糯米酒的制作方法,它是在酿酒的过程中添加有机硒,而得富硒黑糯米酒。专利CN101323827公开一种富硒黄酒的生产方法,是在酿酒的过程中添加无机硒盐作为硒源。以上专利生产富硒酒都是靠添加外源硒才达到生产富硒酒的目的。而本发明直接是用富硒黑小麦内的有机硒来生产富硒酒,不需要外源添加,更安全。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种黑麦仁酒的生产方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
富硒黑麦仁酒的生产方法,包括:
(1)在黑小麦种植的灌浆期间向其叶面喷洒富硒氨基酸肥,每亩地每次用100-2000ml,兑水50-100kg均匀喷施,间隔7-10天,共计喷施2-6次;成熟后将其收割、晾晒,即得富硒黑小麦;
(2)经过除杂筛选的富硒黑小麦去皮除渣,得富硒黑麦仁;
(3)所得富硒黑麦仁用蒸馏水浸泡7-12 h后,加入中药料包,所述的中药料包为富硒枸杞1-3、富硒党参1-3、富硒明月草1-3、肉苁蓉2-4、雄黄3-5、金樱子2-4、制何首乌3-4、菟丝子1-2、怀牛膝3-5、小蓑衣藤1-3和马盖麻2-4;蒸制1-1.5h,冷却放置至40℃,加入0.5-1.0%根曲酶并拌匀;
(4)装窖压实,72h后出酒,即得富硒黑麦仁酒和富硒黑麦仁酒酿。
所述酿制的富硒黑麦仁酒的硒含量为0.1-0.5 mg/kg,所述富硒黑麦仁酒酿的硒含量为0.2-1.5 mg/kg。
所述的富硒氨基酸肥配方为:尿素35-40、氮磷钾复合肥20-25、硫酸亚铁3-4、硫酸锰1-2、钼酸铵1-2、亚硒酸钠3-4、氨基酸液4-5、硼砂30-40、百部3-5、柳树叶5-6、白毛藤根2-4、狗尾巴草3-5、益生菌2-4和植物油35-40。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明富硒酒里所含的硒区别于其他富硒酒类直接添加的无机硒或者有机硒,而是通过对黑小麦喷施富硒氨基酸肥经过黑小麦体内转化得到富硒黑小麦,其硒的安全性和吸收性更高;
(2)本发明是用黑小麦麦仁酿制的酒,该酒具有了黑小麦的保健功能,同时所得的黑麦仁酒酿能直接食用,避免酒糟的浪费;
(3)在酿酒过程中加入富硒枸杞、富硒党参、富硒明月草等中药成分,使该酒不仅能够补硒,同时更具有了以上中药成分的保健功能。
具体实施方式
实施例1:富硒黑麦仁酒的生产方法,包括:
(1)在黑小麦种植的灌浆期间向其叶面喷洒富硒氨基酸肥,每亩地每次用1000ml,兑水100kg均匀喷施,间隔7天,共计喷施3次;成熟后将其收割、晾晒,即得富硒黑小麦,其硒含量为1.0-10.0 mg/kg;
(2)经过除杂筛选的富硒黑小麦去皮除渣,得富硒黑麦仁;
(3)所得富硒黑麦仁用蒸馏水浸泡10 h后,加入中药料包,所述的中药料包(g)为富硒枸杞2、富硒党参2、富硒明月草2、肉苁蓉3、雄黄4、金樱子3、制何首乌3.5、菟丝子1.5、怀牛膝4、小蓑衣藤2和马盖麻3;蒸制1.5h,冷却放置至40℃,加入0.5%根曲酶并拌匀;
(4)装窖压实,72h后出酒,即得富硒黑麦仁酒和富硒黑麦仁酒酿。
所得富硒黑麦仁酒的硒含量为0.1-0.5 mg/kg,所述富硒黑麦仁酒酿的硒含量为0.2-1.5 mg/kg。
Claims (3)
1.一种富硒黑麦仁酒的生产方法,其特征在于包括:
(1)在黑小麦种植的灌浆期间向其叶面喷洒富硒氨基酸肥,每亩地每次用100-2000ml,兑水50-100kg均匀喷施,间隔7-10天,共计喷施2-6次;成熟后将其收割、晾晒,即得富硒黑小麦;
(2)经过除杂筛选的富硒黑小麦去皮除渣,得富硒黑麦仁;
(3)所得富硒黑麦仁用蒸馏水浸泡7-12 h后,加入中药料包,所述的中药料包为富硒枸杞1-3、富硒党参1-3、富硒明月草1-3、肉苁蓉2-4、雄黄3-5、金樱子2-4、制何首乌3-4、菟丝子1-2、怀牛膝3-5、小蓑衣藤1-3和马盖麻2-4;蒸制1-1.5h,冷却放置至40℃,加入0.5-1.0%根曲酶并拌匀;
(4)装窖压实,72h后出酒,即得富硒黑麦仁酒和富硒黑麦仁酒酿。
2.根据权利要求1所述的富硒黑麦仁酒的生产方法,其特征在于:所述酿制的富硒黑麦仁酒的硒含量为0.1-0.5 mg/kg,所述富硒黑麦仁酒酿的硒含量为0.2-1.5 mg/kg。
3.根据权利要求1所述的富硒黑麦仁酒的生产方法,其特征在于:所述的富硒氨基酸肥配方为:尿素35-40、氮磷钾复合肥20-25、硫酸亚铁3-4、硫酸锰1-2、钼酸铵1-2、亚硒酸钠3-4、氨基酸液4-5、硼砂30-40、百部3-5、柳树叶5-6、白毛藤根2-4、狗尾巴草3-5、益生菌2-4和植物油35-40。
