本发明公开了一种新型环保型材配方及其制备方法,以重量份计,由下列原料组成:聚氯乙烯树脂65-85,聚氯乙烯回收料70-80、碳酸钙粉20-30,氯化聚乙烯5-15,ACR助剂1-2,钛白粉2.5-4.2,硬脂酸0.05-0.1,无铅钙锌热稳定剂3-4,聚乙烯蜡0.3-0.4,紫外线吸收剂0.1-0.15,群青0.01-0.03。本发明生产的塑料型材有良好散热性能、拉伸性能好,同时改变所含铅、镉、汞等材料的分子结构,降低其有害分子的活性,中和部分有害分子在制品中的含量,使其达到欧盟ROHS及相关的IEE标准。

一种新型环保型材配方及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及环保型材技术领域,具体属于一种新型环保型材配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
塑料型材由于庞大的市场需求和广阔的发展前景,近年来在我国得到了飞速发展,由于市场竞争的激烈程度,所有塑料机械生产厂家都考虑一个问题,如何在保证产品质量的前提下提高塑料型材产品生产率和合格率,发挥设备的最大能力从而降低产品的生产成本;同时塑料型材制品分为窗框、楼梯扶手、走线槽、壁脚板、异型管等。原材料主要是PVC,传统的塑料型材制品,大都采用一种低级的含铅盐稳定剂的原材料,所含铅、汞、铬、多溴联苯等有害物质严重超标,不符合环保要求。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供了一种新型环保型材配方及其制备方法,生产的塑料型材有良好散热性能、拉伸性能好,同时改变所含铅、镉、汞等材料的分子结构,降低其有害分子的活性,中和部分有害分子在制品中的含量,使其达到欧盟ROHS及相关的IEE标准。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种新型环保型材配方,其特征在于:以重量份计,由下列原料组成:聚氯乙烯树脂65-85,聚氯乙烯回收料70-80、碳酸钙粉20-30,氯化聚乙烯5-15,ACR助剂1-2,钛白粉2.5-4.2,硬脂酸0.05-0.1,无铅钙锌热稳定剂3-4,聚乙烯蜡0.3-0.4,紫外线吸收剂0.1-0.15,群青0.01-0.03。
所述该配方,以重量份计,由下列原料组成:聚氯乙烯树脂75,聚氯乙烯回收料70、碳酸钙粉25,氯化聚乙烯10,ACR助剂1.5,钛白粉3.8,硬脂酸0.08,无铅钙锌热稳定剂3.3,聚乙烯蜡0.35,紫外线吸收剂0.12,群青0.03。
环保型材的生产方法,其步骤为:将聚氯乙烯树脂和聚氯乙烯回收料混合中加入填充剂碳酸钙、冲击改性剂为氯化聚乙烯、ACR助剂,再加入润滑剂硬脂酸、聚乙烯蜡,然后加入紫外线吸收剂、钛白粉、群青,最后加入无铅钙锌热稳定剂,一起放入高速混料机中在132-138℃进行高温混炼9-10分钟,后放置低速混料机中冷却到35-45℃,再将此混合料进行挤出成型,经切割得成品。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明生产的塑料型材有良好散热性能、拉伸性能好,同时改变所含铅、镉、汞等材料的分子结构,降低其有害分子的活性,中和部分有害分子在制品中的含量,使其达到欧盟ROHS及相关的IEE标准,较为环保,便于回收利用。
具体实施方式
环保型材配方及其制备方法,以重量份计,由下列原料组成:聚氯乙烯树脂75,聚氯乙烯回收料70、碳酸钙粉25,氯化聚乙烯10,ACR助剂1.5,钛白粉3.8,硬脂酸0.08,无铅钙锌热稳定剂3.3,聚乙烯蜡0.35,紫外线吸收剂0.12,群青0.03;将聚氯乙烯树脂和聚氯乙烯回收料混合中加入填充剂碳酸钙、冲击改性剂为氯化聚乙烯、ACR助剂,再加入润滑剂硬脂酸、聚乙烯蜡,然后加入紫外线吸收剂、钛白粉、群青,最后加入无铅钙锌热稳定剂,一起放入高速混料机中在132-138℃进行高温混炼9-10分钟,后放置低速混料机中冷却到35-45℃,再将此混合料进行挤出成型,经切割得成品。

1.一种新型环保型材配方,其特征在于:以重量份计,由下列原料组成:聚氯乙烯树脂65-85,聚氯乙烯回收料70-80、碳酸钙粉20-30,氯化聚乙烯5-15,ACR助剂1-2,钛白粉2.5-4.2,硬脂酸0.05-0.1,无铅钙锌热稳定剂3-4,聚乙烯蜡0.3-0.4,紫外线吸收剂0.1-0.15,群青0.01-0.03。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型环保型材配方,其特征在于:所述该配方,以重量份计,由下列原料组成:聚氯乙烯树脂75,聚氯乙烯回收料70、碳酸钙粉25,氯化聚乙烯10,ACR助剂1.5,钛白粉3.8,硬脂酸0.08,无铅钙锌热稳定剂3.3,聚乙烯蜡0.35,紫外线吸收剂0.12,群青0.03。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的环保型材的生产方法,其特征在于,其步骤为:将聚氯乙烯树脂和聚氯乙烯回收料混合中加入填充剂碳酸钙、冲击改性剂为氯化聚乙烯、ACR助剂,再加入润滑剂硬脂酸、聚乙烯蜡,然后加入紫外线吸收剂、钛白粉、群青,最后加入无铅钙锌热稳定剂,一起放入高速混料机中在132-138℃进行高温混炼9-10分钟,后放置低速混料机中冷却到35-45℃,再将此混合料进行挤出成型,经切割得成品。
