本发明提供一种漆包线润滑油的涂覆装置,包括润滑油油槽、涂油锟筒,还包括供油锟筒,调节锟筒油膜厚度的刮板,温控仪表、转速控制仪表和均油元件;所述润滑油油槽为可加热恒温的箱型容器。实现本发明,由于设置供油锟筒及刮板,使涂油滚筒上的油量可以得到有效控制,可根据线径大小和走线速度,方便调整供油量,从而提高漆包线润滑油涂覆的均匀性;且与线材接触的涂油锟筒表面可以随时更新,油液的输送能力增强;调节刮板与供油锟筒间隙,调节供油锟筒、涂油锟筒转速可以方便改变供油速度。并能通过调节油槽、锟筒的恒温系统,能适应比较粘稠的润滑油。

一种漆包线润滑油的涂覆装置
技术领域
本发明涉及漆包线技术领域,特别是一种漆包线润滑油的涂覆装置。
背景技术
在漆包线制造工艺中,铜线在涂覆绝缘漆并固化后,还需要在表面涂覆一层润滑油,以利于在线圈绕制作业时,保护绝缘漆膜不受损坏。目前涂覆润滑油的方法普遍是采用油毡供油,即已涂覆绝缘漆的线材通过饱蘸润滑油的油毡,或者先使线材饱满地蘸油,通过油毡再将多余的油刮掉。这种方法装置的结构较简单,生产可靠性较高,具有一定粘性的润滑油可以均匀地沿漆包线圆周方向形成油膜。但是,这种方法也有一定局限性,油毡供油对于线径较粗,走线速度不是很快的条件是能够适应的。在生产微细线或超微细线时,由于走线速度很快,可以达到数百米/min以上,油毡供油方法有时就难以适应。主要表现在供油量调节困难,当线径和走线速度变化时,缺乏有效的调节措施,走线达数百米/min以上时,即使油毡上总体上有充足的油,但与线材接触的局部油毡,有浸润流动速度跟不上润滑油供给线材的速度,高速通过的微细线材不一定能均匀地蘸上润滑油,出现过薄或缺油的现象。为提高润滑油浸润流动速度,可以降低润滑油粘度,提高润滑油中溶剂的比例,但这又导致润滑效果下降。对于油毡供油,润滑油粘度略有变化,也会引起涂油效果的波动。最近也有一些企业在研究漆包线润滑油的涂油装置,如中国专利申请号201310125035.3(申请公布号为CN103219099A)公开了一种环保型的漆包线润滑油的涂油装置,该装置包括:用于存储润滑油的集油箱,集油箱上方设置有将润滑油涂于漆包线表面的涂油锟筒;集油箱连接一个固态润滑油蜡储存箱,集油箱通过导热管连接一个电热控制箱;一个润滑油液面控制器通过检测器和所述开关连接所述集油箱,用于调节润滑油液面高度。该发明的涂油装置,虽比现有技术油毡供油的涂油方法具有较好的涂油效果,减少溶剂油的使用,降低了使用成本。但由于是由涂油锟筒滚动将集油箱中的润滑油涂覆在漆包线的表面,涂油锟筒上的油量不能得到有效地控制,从而影响漆包线润滑油涂油的均匀性。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种涂油锟筒上的油量可以得到有效控制,从而使漆包线润滑油涂油的均匀性更高,并能通过调节油槽、锟筒的恒温系统,适应比较粘稠润滑油的涂覆的涂覆装置。
本发明的上述目的是通过这样的技术方案来实现的,一种漆包线润滑油的涂覆装置,包括润滑油油槽、涂油锟筒,其特征在于:还包括供油锟筒,调节锟筒油膜厚度的刮板,温控仪表、转速控制仪表和均油元件; 所述润滑油油槽为可加热恒温的箱型容器;所述供油锟筒、涂油锟筒设置有导热油和电加热元件并分别由调速电机驱动;所述刮板由金属材料制成,并由一对气缸和一对压力弹簧协同作用,调节刮板与供油锟筒的缝隙大小,从而调节锟筒油膜厚度;所述均油元件由上下两个半圆圆孔的油毡块构成,圆孔直径与漆包线线径相配合
所述润滑油油槽是带夹套的箱型容器,夹套内注有导热油并设置有加热元件。
所述供油锟筒、涂油锟筒内部设置有电加热元件和导热油,锟筒表面采用耐油橡胶如丁腈橡胶、氢化丁腈橡胶、丙烯酸酯橡胶、氟橡胶或氟硅胶。
所述供油锟筒、涂油锟筒分别由调速电机驱动,调速电机的类型,以直流变频调速电机为优。
所述刮板由金属材料制成,刮板的刚度、平直度较高,以保持与供油锟筒呈均匀的线接触状态;并由一对气缸和一对压力弹簧协同作用,调节刮板与供油锟筒的缝隙大小,从而调节锟筒油膜厚度。
所述均油元件由上下两个半圆圆孔的油毡块构成,圆孔直径与漆包线线径相配合。
该漆包线润滑油涂覆装置的工作原理是将涂覆线材的润滑油注入到油槽1中,液位达到供油锟筒直径方向下部的1/3即可。供油锟筒转动,将润滑油沾附在锟筒表面,经过刮板,刮去多余的油,供油锟筒表面保持一定厚度的油层,供油锟筒与转动的涂油锟筒接触后,涂油锟筒表面也保持了一定厚度的油层。待涂的漆包线按图示方向运动,与涂油锟筒转动的切线方向一致。漆包线在涂油锟筒上方与锟筒表面油层接触,可以均匀地涂上润滑油。再经过运动方向前方的均油元件,类似模具法涂油,使油膜沿线材圆周方向均匀并刮掉过厚的润滑油。根据线径大小和走线速度,可以方便调整供油量。若要增大供油量,可以减小气缸内压力,使刮板与供油锟筒之间间隙增大,锟筒表面油层变厚一些,还可以增大供油锟筒、涂油锟筒的转速。反之也然。根据不同润滑液的流动特性,设置润滑油油槽、供油锟筒、涂油锟筒导热油的温度,一般情况下,保持在30~40℃。
实现本发明,由于设置供油锟筒及刮板,使涂油滚筒上的油量可以得到有效控制,可根据线径大小和走线速度,方便调整供油量,从而提高漆包线润滑油涂覆的均匀性;且与线材接触的涂油锟筒表面可以随时更新,油液的输送能力增强;调节刮板与供油锟筒间隙,调节供油锟筒、涂油锟筒转速可以方便改变供油速度。并能通过调节油槽、锟筒的恒温系统,能适应比较粘稠的润滑油。

下面结合附图对本发明的结构原理作进一步详细的描述:
一种漆包线润滑油的涂覆装置,包括润滑油油槽1、涂油锟筒4,还包括供油锟筒2,调节锟筒油膜厚度的刮板6,温控仪表、转速控制仪表、均油元件10; 所述润滑油油槽1为可加热恒温的带夹套的箱型容器夹套内注有导热油11并设置有电加热元件12;所述供油锟筒2、涂油锟筒4内部设置有电加热元件和导热油,锟筒表面采用耐油的丁腈橡胶,供油锟筒2、涂油锟筒4分别由调速电机3和5驱动,调速电机采用直流变频调速电机;所述刮板6由金属材料制成,刮板6的刚度、平直度较高,以保持与供油锟筒2呈均匀的线接触状态;并由一对气缸7和一对压力弹簧8协同作用,调节刮板6与供油锟筒2的缝隙大小,从而调节锟筒油膜的厚度。所述均油元件10由上下两个半圆圆孔的油毡块构成,圆孔直径与漆包线9的线径相配合。

1.一种漆包线润滑油的涂覆装置,包括润滑油油槽、涂油锟筒,其特征在于:还包括供油锟筒,调节锟筒油膜厚度的刮板,温控仪表、转速控制仪表和均油元件; 所述润滑油油槽为可加热恒温的箱型容器;所述供油锟筒、涂油锟筒设置有导热油和电加热元件并分别由调速电机驱动;所述刮板由金属材料制成,并由一对气缸和一对压力弹簧协同作用,调节刮板与供油锟筒的缝隙大小,从而调节锟筒油膜厚度;所述均油元件由上下两个半圆圆孔的油毡块构成,圆孔直径与漆包线线径相配合
