Abstract

本发明公开了一种治疗感冒后咳嗽的药物，将前胡8-12g、桔梗8-12g、制半夏8-12g、陈皮8-12g、紫苏8-12g、紫菀8-12g、甘草2-5g、荆芥8-12g、蝉蜕25-35g、细辛1-3g、五味子5-8g、米壳2-5g、炒杏仁8-12g混合均匀后，提取中药的活性组分，加水煎煮3次，每次20～30分钟，合并3次煎液，过滤，浓缩成60℃相对密度为1.25～1.3的稠膏，于50～60℃干燥后，粉碎至100目的药粉，装入胶囊中，灭菌消毒制得胶囊剂产品。本发明药物补疏风宣肺止咳，治疗感冒后咳嗽疗效快、疗程短、无副作用，经临床60例患者疗效观察，60例患者经口服本发明药物治疗1疗程，治愈49例、好转7例、无效4例，有效率93%，治愈率82%。

Description

一种治疗感冒后咳嗽的药物
技术领域
本发明提供了一种治疗咳嗽的药物，具体地说，是一种治疗感冒后咳嗽的药物。
背景技术
感冒后咳嗽是指患者感冒好转后，咳嗽久延不愈，是临床常见病症。感冒后咳嗽者多表现为一是阵咳，不咳时如常；二是无痰或痰少；三是咽痒，遇风遇凉气则咳；四是血象胸透无异常。现代医学认为感冒后咳嗽是由于感冒后一过性道高反应性导致的呼吸道变态反应性炎症所致，缺乏对症治疗的方法。
发明内容
本发明解决了现有技术的不足，提供了一种疗效好、疗程短的治疗感冒后咳嗽的药物。
本发明的药物是由以下重量份数的原料药制备获得：
前胡8-12   桔梗8-12    制半夏8-12    陈皮8-12
紫苏8-12   紫菀8-12    甘草2-5       荆芥8-12
蝉蜕25-35  细辛1-3     五味子5-8     米壳2-5
炒杏仁8-12。
所述原料药的优选重量份数为：
前胡10   桔梗10    制半夏10    陈皮10
紫苏10   紫菀10    甘草3       荆芥10
蝉蜕30   细辛2     五味子6     米壳3
炒杏仁10。
将上述各种中药按照所述的重量份数比混合均匀后，加水煎煮3次，每次20～30分钟，合并3次煎液，过滤，浓缩成60℃相对密度为1.25～1.3的稠膏，于50～60℃干燥后，粉碎至100目的药粉，装入胶囊中，灭菌消毒制得胶囊剂产品。
本发明组方中，制半夏、陈皮理气降气，调理中焦气机，以利肺气速降；紫苏、荆芥、蝉蜕、细辛散寒祛风，祛邪外出；前胡、紫菀、桔梗、甘草宣肺止咳，清利咽喉；五味子、米壳敛肺气，以防疏散太过；炒杏仁止咳降气润肠。诸药合用则疏风宣肺止咳。
本发明组方中蝉蜕用量大，用到30g可增强其祛风作用，对咽痒效佳；炒杏仁除其止咳降气作用，还具有润肠作用，肺与大肠相表里，大便通畅，有利于肺气的速降，有利于治疗咳嗽；五味子、米壳敛肺止咳，用量宜少，不仅能止咳，同时又不影响其他药驱邪外出。
为进一步考察本发明药物治疗感冒后咳嗽的临床疗效，选择60例感冒后咳嗽患者进行了临床疗效观察。
临床资料：
选择门诊病人60例，其中男25例、女35例，病程3～8周，年龄3～80岁。
诊断标准
日本咳嗽指南对于感冒后咳嗽诊断则有如下原则：
1）感冒症状消失后持续咳嗽；
2）胸部X线照片无明显异常；
3）用力肺活量、一秒率正常；
4）无慢性呼吸系统疾患的既往史；
5）排除其它原因引起的慢性咳嗽。
治疗方法
口服本发明药物，口服一次4粒，一日三次，小儿量稍减。不服用其他止咳药物，3天1个疗程。
疗效标准
参照《中医病症诊断疗效标准》中咳嗽的疗效标准制定：
治愈：咳嗽及临床体征均消失，2周以上未复发；
显效：咳嗽及临床体征基本消失；
有效：咳嗽及临床体征有所减轻；
无效：治疗后症状体征无明显变化或有加重。
治疗结果：
60例患者经口服本发明药物治疗1疗程，治愈49例、好转7例、无效4例，有效率93%，治愈率82%。

1.一种治疗感冒后咳嗽的药物，由以下重量份数的原料药制备获得：

蝉蜕25-35  细辛1-3     五味子5-8     米壳2-5
炒杏仁8-12。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗感冒后咳嗽的药物，所述原料药的重量份数为：
