Abstract
一种用于治疗脱肛的中药，是由下列药物制备而成的：人参、升麻、乌梅、黄芪、赤石脂、柴胡、陈皮、炙甘草，将上述药物第一剂加700毫升水煎至200毫升，第二剂加500毫升水煎至200毫升，每日两次，早晚空服。

背景技术：
脱肛是指肛管和直肠的黏膜层以及整个直肠碧脱落坠出，向远端移位，脱出肛外的一种疾病。中医称脱肛或直肠脱垂。脱肛发病原因与人体气血虚弱，机体的新陈代谢功能减弱，自身免疫力降低，疲劳、酒色过度等因素有关。
临床上治疗脱肛较为棘手，一般的治疗只是口服西药或中成药，达不到治疗的目的。
发明内容：
本发明是一种见效快，疗效好，无副作用的药物。
本发明的药物是由以下重量的中药为原料制备而成的。
人参10克 升麻10克 乌梅10克 黄芪50克 赤石脂12克 柴胡10克 陈皮6克 炙甘草10克
可以将上述药物制成药剂学上的任何一种内服剂型，本发明优选的剂型是汤剂。
本发明是将上述药物第一剂加700毫升水煎至200毫升，第二剂加500毫升水煎至200毫升。
使用方法是将煎好的汤剂口服，每日两次，早晚空服。
中医认为治疗脱肛应以补气生阳、涩肠举阳为治疗原则。方中人参、黄芪、陈皮、炙甘草益气生阳；乌梅、赤石脂、升麻、柴胡涩肠举阳。上述药物配伍使用，协同作用。从而达到治疗的目的。
本发明的药物见效快，疗效好，对脱肛有很好的治疗效果。
为进一步证明本发明的药物的临床疗效和安全性。选择100位患者进行临床观察，100例患者中，10天为一个疗程，一个疗程痊愈者38例，二个疗程痊愈者32例，二个疗程以上痊愈者27例，无效者3例。全部使用本发明药物进行治疗，每日两次，早晚空服。
疗效标准：显效：脱肛症状消失；有效：脱肛症状减轻或消失；无效：无明显变化。
