本发明公开了一种焊接式电机机座，包括筒体、底座；底座通过支撑板焊接连接在筒体下部；进一步改进在于：筒体外壁设有若干加强筋板；筒体内壁设有若干肋条；肋条的数量是5～9以内的奇数。本发明为焊接件，无需大型铸造模具，制造周期短，废品率低，制造成本低，冷却降温效果好。

背景技术
现有大型电机机座为铸件，需大型铸造模具，废品率高，因此制造周期长，制造成本高。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足，提出一种制造周期短，制造成本低的焊接式电机机座。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
焊接式电机机座，包括筒体、底座；其改进之处在于：所述底座通过支撑板焊接连接在筒体下部。
上述结构中，所述筒体外壁设有若干加强筋板。
上述结构中，所述筒体内壁设有若干肋条。
上述结构中，所述肋条的数量是5～9以内的奇数。
本发明与现有技术相比，具有以下积极效果：
1、本发明为焊接件，无需大型铸造模具，制造周期短，废品率低，制造成本低。
2、本发明筒体外壁设有加强筋板，增强电机机座强度和刚性。
3、本发明筒体内壁设有肋条，进一步增强电机机座强度和刚性。
4、本发明肋条的数量为奇数，所形成的通风道易形成紊流风，不规则流动的风显著提高冷却降温效果。

 下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示的焊接式电机机座，包括筒体1、底座5；底座5通过支撑板4焊接连接在筒体1下部；筒体1外壁设有若干加强筋板2；筒体1内壁设有若干肋条6；肋条6的数量是5～9以内的奇数。

1.一种焊接式电机机座，包括筒体（1）、底座（5）；其特征在于：所述底座（5）通过支撑板（4）焊接连接在筒体（1）下部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的焊接式电机机座，其特征在于：所述筒体（1）外壁设有若干加强筋板（2）。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的焊接式电机机座，其特征在于：所述筒体（1）内壁设有若干肋条（6）。
4.根据权利要求3所述的焊接式电机机座，其特征在于：所述肋条（6）的数量是5～9以内的奇数。
