Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型电源插头,包括外壳体,外壳体上设置有铜插脚以及电线,外壳体内设置有线路板,线路板上设置有与铜插脚相配合的触点弹片,线路板与电线相电连接,外壳体包括上壳体以及下壳体,上壳体与下壳体通过螺栓连接,铜插脚设置于下壳体上,电线设置于上壳体上,下壳体上开设有安装孔,铜插脚的末端位于安装孔内,铜插脚的末端设置有防止其与安装孔脱离的倒刺结构,使用过程中当某个铜插脚变形或者损坏后,可以将电源插头拆开进行更换,其余部分可以继续使用,节约成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型电源插头。
背景技术
   现有的电源插头其外壳通常为一体式,在其使用过程中,铜插脚容易磨损、折弯或者损坏,此时只能将整个电源插头进行更换,造成成本浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种新型电源插头,更换、维修铜插脚方便。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是提供了一种新型电源插头,其特征在于:包括外壳体,所述外壳体上设置有铜插脚以及电线,所述外壳体内设置有线路板,所述线路板上设置有与所述铜插脚相配合的触点弹片,所述线路板与所述电线相电连接,所述外壳体包括上壳体以及下壳体,所述上壳体与所述下壳体通过螺栓连接,所述铜插脚设置于所述下壳体上,所述电线设置于所述上壳体上,所述下壳体上开设有安装孔,所述铜插脚的末端位于所述安装孔内,所述铜插脚的末端设置有防止其与所述安装孔脱离的倒刺结构。
进一步改进的是:所述上壳体与所述下壳体之间设置有弹性限位板,所述弹性限位板与所述铜插脚的端部相抵触。
进一步改进的是:所述线路板上设置有漏电保护电路,所述触点弹片连接有控制其与铜插脚接触或者分离的驱动机构,所述漏电保护电路与所述驱动机构相连接。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:使用过程中当某个铜插脚变形或者损坏后,可以将电源插头拆开进行更换,其余部分可以继续使用,节约成本。

如图1所示,一种新型电源插头,包括外壳体,所述外壳体上设置有铜插脚1以及电线,所述外壳体内设置有线路板,所述线路板上设置有与所述铜插脚1相配合的触点弹片,所述线路板与所述电线相电连接,所述外壳体包括上壳体3以及下壳体4,所述上壳体3与所述下壳体4通过螺栓连接,所述铜插脚1设置于所述下壳体4上,所述电线设置于所述上壳体3上,所述下壳体4上开设有安装孔5,所述铜插脚1的末端位于所述安装孔5内,所述铜插脚1的末端设置有防止其与所述安装孔脱离的倒刺结构6。
如图1所示,所述上壳体3与所述下壳体4之间设置有弹性限位板2,所述弹性限位板2与所述铜插脚1的端部相抵触。
无图示,所述线路板上设置有漏电保护电路,所述触点弹片连接有控制其与铜插脚接触或者分离的驱动机构,所述漏电保护电路与所述驱动机构相连接。

1.一种新型电源插头,其特征在于:包括外壳体,所述外壳体上设置有铜插脚以及电线,所述外壳体内设置有线路板,所述线路板上设置有与所述铜插脚相配合的触点弹片,所述线路板与所述电线相电连接,所述外壳体包括上壳体以及下壳体,所述上壳体与所述下壳体通过螺栓连接,所述铜插脚设置于所述下壳体上,所述电线设置于所述上壳体上,所述下壳体上开设有安装孔,所述铜插脚的末端位于所述安装孔内,所述铜插脚的末端设置有防止其与所述安装孔脱离的倒刺结构。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型电源插头,其特征在于:所述上壳体与所述下壳体之间设置有弹性限位板,所述弹性限位板与所述铜插脚的端部相抵触。
3.如权利要求2所述的新型电源插头,其特征在于:所述线路板上设置有漏电保护电路,所述触点弹片连接有控制其与铜插脚接触或者分离的驱动机构,所述漏电保护电路与所述驱动机构相连接。
