Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐高温型电源插头,包括外壳体,所述外壳体上设置有铜插脚以及电线,所述外壳体内设置有线路板,所述线路板上设置有与所述铜插脚相配合的触点弹片,所述线路板与所述电线相电连接,所述外壳体的底部开设有安装孔,所述安装孔内设置有阶梯式连接件,所述连接件由耐高温材料制成,所述连接件的小端部插设于所述安装孔内,其大端部位于所述外壳体的腔体内,所述连接件上具有用于连接铜插脚的插槽,通过仅仅将于铜插脚的连接处设置耐高温材料的连接件,插头其余不仅仍为普通材料,大大减少生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐高温型电源插头。
背景技术
   现有的耐高温电源插头,一般是通过将电源插头的整个外壳用耐高温材料制成,或者在外壳外部涂覆耐高温漆,生产成本较高,由于高温的发生点仅仅在于铜插脚与外壳的连接处,继而上述方案造成了很大的成本浪费。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种耐高温型电源插头,生产成本较低。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是提供了一种耐高温型电源插头,包括外壳体,所述外壳体上设置有铜插脚以及电线,所述外壳体内设置有线路板,所述线路板上设置有与所述铜插脚相配合的触点弹片,所述线路板与所述电线相电连接,所述外壳体的底部开设有安装孔,所述安装孔内设置有阶梯式连接件,所述连接件由耐高温材料制成,所述连接件的小端部插设于所述安装孔内,其大端部位于所述外壳体的腔体内,所述连接件上具有用于连接铜插脚的插槽。
进一步改进的是:所述铜插脚的末端具有倒刺结构。
进一步改进的是:所述线路板上设置有漏电保护电路,所述触点弹片连接有控制其与铜插脚接触或者分离的驱动机构,所述漏电保护电路与所述驱动机构相连接。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:通过仅仅将于铜插脚的连接处设置耐高温材料的连接件,插头其余不仅仍为普通材料,大大减少生产成本。

如图1所示,一种耐高温型电源插头,包括外壳体2,所述外壳体2上设置有铜插脚1以及电线,所述外壳体2内设置有线路板,所述线路板上设置有与所述铜插脚1相配合的触点弹片,所述线路板与所述电线相电连接,所述外壳体2的底部开设有安装孔,所述安装孔内设置有阶梯式连接件3,所述连接件3由耐高温材料制成,所述连接件3的小端部插设于所述安装孔内,其大端部位于所述外壳体2的腔体内,所述连接件3上具有用于连接铜插脚1的插槽。
无图示,所述铜插脚1的末端具有倒刺结构。
无图示,所述线路板上设置有漏电保护电路,所述触点弹片连接有控制其与铜插脚接触或者分离的驱动机构,所述漏电保护电路与所述驱动机构相连接。

1.一种耐高温型电源插头,其特征在于:包括外壳体,所述外壳体上设置有铜插脚以及电线,所述外壳体内设置有线路板,所述线路板上设置有与所述铜插脚相配合的触点弹片,所述线路板与所述电线相电连接,所述外壳体的底部开设有安装孔,所述安装孔内设置有阶梯式连接件,所述连接件由耐高温材料制成,所述连接件的小端部插设于所述安装孔内,其大端部位于所述外壳体的腔体内,所述连接件上具有用于连接铜插脚的插槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的耐高温型电源插头,其特征在于:所述铜插脚的末端具有倒刺结构。
3.如权利要求2所述的耐高温型电源插头,其特征在于:所述线路板上设置有漏电保护电路,所述触点弹片连接有控制其与铜插脚接触或者分离的驱动机构,所述漏电保护电路与所述驱动机构相连接。
