Abstract

本发明公开了一种高温高压耐磨泵,该泵的结构特征是泵体的入口侧装入导叶扩散器,防止导叶扩散器旋转的防转销将导叶扩散器固定在泵体上;泵体流道采用环形流道;所述的叶轮为由后盖板、导叶组成的半开式叶轮,叶轮的出口处的导叶内凹形成内凹出口。导叶扩散器设置平衡了流道内外压差,增强了耐磨性,便于维修和更换,延长了泵体使用寿命;半开式叶轮可平衡吸入口的轴向推力,叶轮在出口处形成凹形,使叶轮两侧前后其盖板处的速度大于中间速度,浆体在出口处分为两股流体,向中心旋转,迫使颗粒向中心流动造成内旋涡状,使两侧的浓度降低,从而减轻了泵体流道和两侧壁的磨损。总之,解决了高温高压耐磨泵在高吸入压力与高温状态下壳体与密封的承压,以及过流部件磨损严重、使用寿命短与性能下降的问题。

Description

高温高压耐磨泵
一、技术领域
本发明涉及机械工程泵类技术领域,具体讲是一种高温高压耐磨泵。 
二、背景技术
高温高压耐磨离心泵是特定领域和装置用泵---用于煤气化装置,该系列泵应用工况苛刻,要求耐高温高压耐磨。高温高压耐磨泵吸入压力大,密封腔压力高并含有杂质,密封磨损严重,高温导致密封腔温度过高、封液黏性下降、导致工况恶化,影响密封运行寿命,机封寿命短;轴向力大,出现轴承端螺栓断裂或轴承使用寿命短、轴承发热;过流部分因液流速度高、液体中含有固体颗粒,对叶轮、泵壳、衬板等部件冲刷,尤其是叶轮出口和蜗壳冲刷严重,使用寿命短,叶轮和密封的磨损随着转速的增加明显加剧;介质中含腐蚀性成分,对过流部件产生腐蚀磨损;几种原因导致高温高压耐磨泵使用寿命短,故障频发。 
三、发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种高温高压耐磨泵。 
实现本发明的目的采用的技术方案是:该高温高压耐磨泵主要由泵体、叶轮、导流板、衬板、导叶扩散器、泵盖、泵轴构成;泵轴的尾端固定有叶轮,叶轮背部的泵盖上固定有衬板和导流板;其特征是所述的泵体的入口侧装入导叶扩散器,防止导叶扩散器旋转的防转销将导叶扩散器固定在泵体上;泵体流道采用环形流道;所述的叶轮为由后盖板、导叶组成的半开式叶轮,叶轮的出口处的导叶内凹形成内凹出口;叶轮与导叶扩散器通过对中对应后,导叶的前端形成的对应面和导叶扩散器的工作面形成0.5mm的间隙。 
本发明高温高压耐磨泵与现有技术相比的优点是:导叶扩散器作为泵体的内泵壳部分,其含固液流的冲击、磨损均在其内进行,流道 内外承压压差小,寿命相对长,即使磨损造成性能下降不更换泵体,只要更换导叶扩散器即可修复,维修方便,降低维修成本;环形流道与导叶扩散器配合,可平衡掉绝大部分的径向力平衡,使压力转换在导叶扩散器内进行,环形流道出口只是导流与承压且热变形均匀;叶轮采用半开式叶轮,可平衡一部分吸入口的轴向推力;叶轮在出口处形成凹形,使叶轮两侧前后其盖板处的速度大于中间速度,浆体在出口处分为两股流体,向中心旋转,迫使颗粒向中心流动造成内旋涡状,使两侧的浓度降低,从而减轻了泵体流道和两侧壁的磨损。总之,解决了高温高压耐磨泵在高吸入压力与高温状态下壳体与密封的承压,以及过流部件磨损严重、使用寿命短与性能下降的问题。

在附图中,本发明高温高压耐磨泵主要由泵体、叶轮、导流板、衬板、导叶扩散器、泵盖、泵轴构成;泵轴10的尾端固定有叶轮3,叶轮3背部的泵盖上固定有衬板4和导流板2;其特征是所述的泵体1的入口侧装入导叶扩散器5,防止导叶扩散器5旋转的防转销7将导叶扩散器固定在泵体1上;泵体1流道采用环形流道6;所述的叶轮3为由后盖板、导叶组成的半开式叶轮,叶轮3的出口处的导叶内凹形成内凹出口8;叶轮3与导叶扩散器5通过对中对应后,导叶的前端形成的对应面和导叶扩散器5的工作面形成0.5mm的间隙。

1.一种高温高压耐磨泵,该泵主要由泵体、叶轮、导流板、衬板、导叶扩散器、泵盖、泵轴构成;泵轴(10)的尾端固定有叶轮(3),叶轮(3)背部的泵盖上固定有衬板(4)和导流板(2);其特征在于:所述的泵体(1)的入口侧装入导叶扩散器(5),防止导叶扩散器(5)旋转的防转销(7)将导叶扩散器固定在泵体(1)上;泵体(1)流道采用环形流道(6);所述的叶轮(3)为由后盖板、导叶组成的半开式叶轮,叶轮(3)的出口处的导叶内凹形成内凹出口(8);叶轮(3)与导叶扩散器(5)通过对中对应后,导叶的前端形成的对应面和导叶扩散器(5)的工作面形成0.5mm的间隙。
