本发明涉及一种冲击钻,特别是一种钻孔工程中应用的重力冲击钻。
背景技术
目前,钻孔工程中应用的冲击钻均是动力置于孔外,用一根油丝绳吊着锤冲击地层成孔,由此造成孔壁塌方。
发明内容
本发明弥补了以上缺点,提供了一种重力冲击钻。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种重力冲击钻,其上部设有相互啮合的Ⅰ齿轮和Ⅱ齿轮,Ⅰ齿轮的正面设有Ⅰ半轴,Ⅰ齿轮的反面设有Ⅲ半轴,Ⅱ齿轮的反面设有Ⅱ半轴,Ⅱ齿轮的正面设有Ⅳ半轴;Ⅰ纵轴的上端设有Ⅰ横轴,下端固定在钢圆筒一边的上部,Ⅱ纵轴的上端设有Ⅱ横轴,下端固定在钢圆筒另一边的上部,Ⅲ纵轴的上端设有Ⅲ横轴,下端固定在锤一边的上部,Ⅳ纵轴的上端设有Ⅳ横轴,下端固定在锤另一边的上部,Ⅰ纵轴和Ⅱ纵轴之间设有Ⅰ拉簧,Ⅲ纵轴和Ⅳ纵轴之间设有Ⅱ拉簧,钢圆筒为钢制圆筒,具有一定的重量,设于锤外周,钢圆筒的高度比锤高。

Ⅰ齿轮和Ⅱ齿轮的直径相等,Ⅰ半轴、Ⅲ半轴到Ⅰ齿轮圆心的距离与Ⅱ半轴、Ⅳ半轴到Ⅱ齿轮圆心的距离均相等。
Ⅰ半轴到Ⅰ齿轮圆心连线与Ⅲ半轴到Ⅰ齿轮圆心连线的夹角为45°,Ⅱ半轴到Ⅱ齿轮圆心连线与Ⅳ半轴到Ⅱ齿轮圆心连线的夹角亦为45°。
本发明工作时,Ⅰ齿轮正转同时带动Ⅱ齿轮同速反转,Ⅰ齿轮在正传过程中通过Ⅰ半轴带动钢圆筒的左端向上移动,Ⅱ齿轮在反传过程中通过Ⅱ半轴带动钢圆筒的右端向上移动,当钢圆筒升高到最顶端时,Ⅰ纵轴顶端由于受定轴的阻挡而脱离Ⅰ半轴,Ⅱ纵轴顶端由于受定轴的阻挡脱离Ⅱ半轴,钢圆筒坠下,护住孔壁,同时,Ⅰ齿轮在正传过程中通过Ⅲ半轴带动锤的左端向上移动,Ⅱ齿轮在反传过程中通过Ⅳ半轴带动锤的右端向上移动,当锤升高到最顶端时,Ⅲ纵轴顶端由于受定轴的阻挡而脱离Ⅲ半轴,Ⅳ纵轴顶端由于受定轴的阻挡脱离Ⅳ半轴,锤坠下冲击土层,反复动作成孔。

2.根据权利要求1所述的重力冲击钻,其特征在于:Ⅰ齿轮和Ⅱ齿轮的直径相等,Ⅰ半轴、Ⅲ半轴到Ⅰ齿轮圆心的距离与Ⅱ半轴、Ⅳ半轴到Ⅱ齿轮圆心的距离均相等。
3.根据权利要求1所述的重力冲击钻,其特征在于:Ⅰ半轴到Ⅰ齿轮圆心连线与Ⅲ半轴到Ⅰ齿轮圆心连线的夹角为45°,Ⅱ半轴到Ⅱ齿轮圆心连线与Ⅳ半轴到Ⅱ齿轮圆心连线的夹角亦为45°。
