一种齿轮挖槽机,包括上部的提升滑轮组、横梁A、两边的两根立管,每根立管下端连有一根伸缩软管,伸缩软管的下端连于矩形锤;减速电机设于横梁B上,减速电机的传动轴下端设有锥度齿轮,锥度齿轮啮合于齿轮A,齿轮A与齿带轮A通过中间的轴A固定,轴A两端支撑于两个立柱A的上端,齿带轮A圆周上的左边设有与齿带A相同的齿数,齿带轮A上的齿啮合于齿带A,齿带A固定于纵杆A右边中部,纵杆A下端固定于矩形锤左上端;齿轮A啮合于齿轮B,齿轮B与齿带轮B通过中间的轴B固定,轴B两端支撑于两个立柱B的上端,齿带轮B圆周上的右边设有与齿带B相同的齿数,齿带轮B上的齿啮合于齿带B,齿带B固定于纵杆B左边中部,纵杆B下端固定于矩形锤右上端。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例,该实施例包括上部的提升滑轮组1、横梁A2、两边的两根立管7,每根立管下端连有一根伸缩软管24,伸缩软管的下端连于矩形锤23;减速电机3设于横梁B6上,减速电机的传动轴8下端设有锥度齿轮9,锥度齿轮啮合于齿轮A12,齿轮A与齿带轮A14通过中间的轴A16固定,轴A两端支撑于两个立柱A20的上端,齿带轮A圆周上的左边设有与齿带A相同的齿数,齿带轮A上的齿啮合于齿带A,齿带A固定于纵杆A10右边中部,纵杆A下端固定于矩形锤左上端;齿轮A啮合于齿轮B13,齿轮B与齿带轮B15通过中间的轴B17固定,轴B两端支撑于两个立柱B21的上端,齿带轮B圆周上的右边设有与齿带B相同的齿数,齿带轮B上的齿啮合于齿带B19,齿带B固定于纵杆B11左边中部,纵杆B下端固定于矩形锤右上端。
纵杆A、纵杆B可分别在其上下的两个滑套内上下滑动。
本发明工作时,高压射水通过挖槽机两边的两根立管、两根伸缩软管进入矩形锤内,从射水嘴射出,同时,减速电机通过锥度齿轮驱动齿轮A正转、齿轮B同速反转,由于齿带轮A与齿轮A同轴固定、齿带轮B与齿轮B同轴固定,所以,齿带轮A亦正转、齿带轮B亦同速反转,当齿带轮A与齿带A啮合、齿带轮B与齿带B啮合时,齿带A与齿带B同速上升,驱动矩形锤左右两端同速上升,当齿带轮A上的齿转过齿带A、齿带轮B上的齿转过齿带B时,矩形锤左右两端同速降落,如此反复,刀头与高压射水反复切割地质土成泥浆,泥浆泛出地面成槽。

1. 一种齿轮挖槽机,包括上部的提升滑轮组(1)、横梁A(2)、两边的两根立管(7),每根立管下端连有一根伸缩软管(24),伸缩软管的下端连于矩形锤(23);减速电机(3)设于横梁B(6)上,其特征在于:减速电机的传动轴(8)下端设有锥度齿轮(9),锥度齿轮啮合于齿轮A(12),齿轮A与齿带轮A(14)通过中间的轴A(16)固定,轴A两端支撑于两个立柱A(20)的上端,齿带轮A圆周上的左边设有与齿带A相同的齿数,齿带轮A上的齿啮合于齿带A,齿带A固定于纵杆A(10)右边中部,纵杆A下端固定于矩形锤左上端;齿轮A啮合于齿轮B(13),齿轮B与齿带轮B(15)通过中间的轴B(17)固定,轴B两端支撑于两个立柱B(21)的上端,齿带轮B圆周上的右边设有与齿带B相同的齿数,齿带轮B上的齿啮合于齿带B(19),齿带B固定于纵杆B(11)左边中部,纵杆B下端固定于矩形锤右上端;纵杆A的的上端设有一个挡头,纵杆B的上端设有一个挡头,纵杆A、纵杆B分别在其上下的两个滑套内上下滑动;工作时,减速电机通过锥度齿轮驱动齿轮A正转、齿轮B同速反转,由于齿带轮A与齿轮A同轴固定、齿带轮B与齿轮B同轴固定,所以,齿带轮A亦正转、齿带轮B亦同速反转,当齿带轮A与齿带A啮合、齿带轮B与齿带B啮合时,齿带A与齿带B同速上升,驱动矩形锤左右两端同速上升,当齿带轮A上的齿转过齿带A、齿带轮B上的齿转过齿带B时,矩形锤左右两端同速降落。
