本发明涉及一种钻机,特别是一种钻井用的动力下置式冲击钻机
背景技术
目前,钻井用的冲击钻机都是动力在井上地面上,用一曲柄连杆游轮卷扬机通过油丝绳冲击钻头提升一定高度然后自由落体降落,冲击地层造孔,如此,功率消耗较大,效率低下。
发明内容
本发明弥补了以上缺点,提供了一种动力下置式冲击钻机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种动力下置式冲击钻机,包括上端的液压马达,下端的从动轮以及中间的支撑体组成的驱动结构,其外围环有链条,链条上等距离设有两块下挡块;冲击钻头上设有两根立杆,右边的立杆上端固定一块上挡块,上挡块挂在下挡块上,左右两立杆上分别设有滑套,滑套通过横杆连接,横杆通过连接杆连于支撑体上,冲击钻头下端设有多个刀齿。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明通过链条驱动冲击钻头上升,冲击钻头上升一定高度后,自动脱扣降落,冲击效率高。

具体实施方式
附图为本发明的一种具体实施例,该实施例包括上端的液压马达2,下端的从动轮7以及中间的支撑体4组成的驱动结构,其外围环有链条3,链条上等距离设有两块下挡块5;冲击钻头上设有两根立杆11,右边的立杆上端固定一块上挡块6,上挡块挂在其中的一块下挡块上,左右两立杆上分别设有滑套10,滑套通过横杆9连接,横杆通过连接杆8连于支撑体上,冲击钻头12下端设有多个刀齿。
本发明工作时,液压马达驱动链条逆时针方向转动,链条上的一块下挡块挂住上挡块通过立杆带动冲击钻头上升,当上升到液压马达位置时,由于下挡块转到液压马达的上端而造成上挡块自动脱扣,冲击钻头自由落体降落冲击地层,此时,第二块下挡块又挂住上挡块,重复完成此动作,如此,循环往复冲击。

1.一种动力下置式冲击钻机,包括上端的液压马达2,下端的从动轮7以及中间的支撑体4组成的驱动结构,其外围环有链条3,链条上等距离设有两块下挡块5,其特征在于:冲击钻头上设有两根立杆11,右边的立杆上端固定一块上挡块6,上挡块挂在其中的一块下挡块上,左右两立杆上分别设有滑套10,滑套通过横杆9连接,横杆通过连接杆8连于支撑体上。
