技术领域
本发明涉及一种钻机，特别是一种建筑基础工程中应用的圆管护孔钻机。
背景技术
目前，建筑基础工程中应用的钻机都是通过钻杆带动钻头旋转成孔，在成孔过程中，由于加注高压水，由此造成高压水将孔壁冲刷的坑坑洼洼，不平整，不规则，有时还造成孔壁塌方。
发明内容
本发明弥补了以上缺点，提供了一种圆管护孔钻机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种圆管护孔钻机，固定轴下端固定有驱动机，驱动机下端固定有变速箱，变速箱下端设有转动轴，转动轴下端设有钻头；变速箱左端设有第一轮盘，第一轮盘上离圆心一定距离固定有第一轮轴，第一连接臂上端铰接第一轮轴，第一连接臂下端铰接上盖的左上部；变速箱右端设有第二轮盘，第二轮盘上离圆心一定距离固定有第二轮轴，第二连接臂上端铰接第二轮轴，第二连接臂下端铰接上盖的右上部；上盖的前上部固定一个滑轨的下端，滑轨的上部插入两个滑套孔内，此两个滑套固定于变速箱前部，上盖的后上部固定另一个滑轨的下端，此滑轨的上部插入另两个滑套孔内，此两个滑套固定于变速箱后部；上盖的下端外周固定有一段圆管，圆管的下端均布有多个切齿。
本发明具有以下的特点：
本发明圆管在上下运动的过程中圆管下端的切齿切孔，圆管护住孔壁，钻头与高压水在圆管内切削土体，由于整个下钻过程中钻头以及高压水都在圆管内工作，因此，孔壁光滑、无塌方。

附图为本发明的一种具体实施例，该实施例固定轴1下端固定有驱动机2，驱动机下端固定有变速箱3，变速箱下端设有转动轴18，转动轴下端设有钻头20；变速箱左端设有第一轮盘4，第一轮盘上离圆心一定距离固定有第一轮轴6，第一连接臂8上端铰接第一轮轴，第一连接臂下端铰接上盖10的左上部；变速箱右端设有第二轮盘5，第二轮盘上离圆心一定距离固定有第二轮轴7，第二连接臂9上端铰接第二轮轴，第二连接臂下端铰接上盖10的右上部；上盖的前上部固定一个滑轨15的下端，滑轨的上部插入两个滑套16孔内，此两个滑套固定于变速箱前部，上盖的后上部固定另一个滑轨的下端，此滑轨的上部插入另两个滑套孔内，此两个滑套固定于变速箱后部；上盖的下端外周固定有一段圆管19，圆管的下端均布有多个切齿17。
所述固定轴为中空。
所述固定轴的下部左边连于第一水管的上端，第一水管的下端延伸到钻头处。
所述第一水管的下端设有第一水嘴。
所述固定轴的下部右边连于第二水管的上端，第二水管的下端延伸到钻头处。
所述第二水管的下端设有第二水嘴。
所述上盖为圆环状，转动轴、第一水管、第二水管都从上盖中间的圆孔中通过。
圆管的内径稍大于钻头的直径。
钻头的上部部分在圆管内。
第一水嘴的下端位置以及第二水嘴的下端位置不超出圆管的下端位置。
本发明工作时，驱动机通过变速箱驱动转动轴以及钻头转动，同时，固定轴上端进入高压水，一股高压水经第一水管从第一水嘴喷出，另一股高压水经第二水管从第二水嘴喷出，同时，变速箱驱动第一轮盘、第二轮盘转动，第一轮盘、第二轮盘转动过程中通过第一连接臂、第二连接臂驱动圆管上下运动，圆管在上下运动的过程中圆管下端的切齿切孔，圆管护住孔壁，钻头与高压水在圆管内切削土体，由于整个下钻过程中钻头以及高压水都在圆管内工作，因此，孔壁光滑、无塌方。

Claims (6)

1. 一种圆管护孔钻机，固定轴（1）下端固定有驱动机（2），驱动机下端固定有变速箱（3），变速箱下端设有转动轴（18），转动轴下端设有钻头（20）；其特征在于：变速箱左端设有第一轮盘（4），第一轮盘上离圆心一定距离固定有第一轮轴（6），第一连接臂（8）上端铰接第一轮轴，第一连接臂下端铰接上盖（10）的左上部；变速箱右端设有第二轮盘（5），第二轮盘上离圆心一定距离固定有第二轮轴（7），第二连接臂（9）上端铰接第二轮轴，第二连接臂下端铰接上盖（10）的右上部；上盖的前上部固定一个滑轨（15）的下端，滑轨的上部插入两个滑套（16）孔内，此两个滑套固定于变速箱前部，上盖的后上部固定另一个滑轨的下端，此滑轨的上部插入另两个滑套孔内，此两个滑套固定于变速箱后部；上盖的下端外周固定有一段圆管（19），圆管的下端均布有多个切齿（17）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆管护孔钻机，其特征在于：所述固定轴为中空。
3.根据权利要求1所述的圆管护孔钻机，其特征在于：所述固定轴的下部左边连于第一水管的上端，第一水管的下端延伸到钻头处。
4.根据权利要求1所述的圆管护孔钻机，其特征在于：所述上盖为圆环状，转动轴、第一水管、第二水管都从上盖中间的圆孔中通过。
5.根据权利要求1所述的圆管护孔钻机，其特征在于：圆管的内径稍大于钻头的直径。
