目前，混凝土灌注桩所使用的成孔设备大都是成一圆孔的钻机，有些工程需要建造截面为矩形的混凝土灌注桩，圆孔的钻机就无能为力了。

本发明弥补了以上空白，提供了一种矩形混凝土灌注桩成孔机。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种矩形灌混凝土灌注桩成孔机，油压驱动机设于连接体上端，链轮设于连接体下端，油压驱动机以及链轮外围设有双链条，一根链条上等距离设有两个下挡板A，另一根链条上等距离设有两个下挡板B，下挡板B在最大高度时，下挡板A在最小高度，反之亦然；其中的一个下挡板A上端挂设上挡板A，其中的一个下挡板B上端挂设上挡板B，上挡板B固定于右边滑杆B上端，滑杆B下端固定有锤体B，上挡板A固定于右边滑杆A上端，滑杆A下端固定有锤体A；滑杆A外围设有外套A，滑杆B外围设有外套B，两个外套A和两个外套B通过横管连接，横管提供支撑杆连于连接体。
本发明具有以下的特点：
本发明通过矩形锤体A与矩形锤体B反复冲击地层，成槽效率有很大提高。

所述下挡板B在最大高度时，下挡板A在最小高度，反之亦然。
所述两个外套A能分别在两个滑杆A上滑动，两个外套B能分别在两个滑杆B上滑动。
所述锤体B为中空的矩形框体，锤体A为矩形体。
本发明工作时，液压驱动机驱动双链条逆时针方向转动，下挡板B通过上挡板B、滑杆B拉动锤体B升高，当升高到一定位置时，下挡板B转到右边，上挡板B脱扣，锤体B自由下落，此时，下挡板A通过上挡板A、滑杆A拉动锤体A升高，当升高到一定位置时，下挡板A转到右边，上挡板A脱扣，锤体A自由下落，如此，锤体A与锤体B反复冲击地层成矩形孔。

1. 一种矩形混凝土灌注桩成孔机，油压驱动机（1）设于连接体（7）上端，链轮（18）设于连接体下端，其特征在于：油压驱动机以及链轮外围设有双链条（6），一根链条上等距离设有两个下挡板A（2），另一根链条上等距离设有两个下挡板B（3），其中的一个下挡板A上端挂设上挡板A（9），其中的一个下挡板B上端挂设上挡板B（4），上挡板B固定于右边滑杆B（5）上端，滑杆B下端固定有锤体B（14），上挡板A固定于右边滑杆A（15）上端，滑杆A下端固定有锤体A。
2.根据权利要求1所述的矩形混凝土灌注桩成孔机，其特征在于：所述滑杆A外围设有外套A（11），滑杆B外围设有外套B（10），两个外套A和两个外套B通过横管连接，横管通过支撑杆连于连接体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的矩形混凝土灌注桩成孔机，其特征在于：所述下挡板B在最大高度时，下挡板A在最小高度，反之亦然。
4.根据权利要求1所述的矩形混凝土灌注桩成孔机，其特征在于：所述两个外套A能分别在两个滑杆A上滑动，两个外套B能分别在两个滑杆B上滑动。
5.根据权利要求1所述的矩形混凝土灌注桩成孔机，其特征在于：所述锤体B为中空的矩形框体，锤体A为矩形体。
