Abstract

本发明提出一种PA6纳米纤维膜制备的生产技术,其特征在于:以PA6切片为原料,以PP无纺布为基材,将PA6切片溶于甲酸和醋酸混合溶剂制成纺丝溶液,用辊式静电纺丝机,经过连续纺丝制备PA6纳米纤维膜。通过以上设置,该纳米纤维膜生产效率较高、具有较强的吸附性能、良好的过滤性与阻隔性,本发明主要用于过滤材料、膜材料等方面。

一种PA6纳米纤维膜的制备技术
技术领域
本发明涉及化工新材料领域,特别是一种PA6纳米纤维膜的制备技术。
背景技术
静电纺纳米纤维材料所具有的表面效应,如高表面活性、高表面能和高比表面积等,使其在制备高性能过滤材料方面表现出了巨大的潜力。通过静电纺丝得到纳米级纤维无纺薄膜,膜柔软,厚度可根据需要调节。但纳米纤维毡的强度低,机械性能差,需要增加衬底来提高强度;同时还有许多其他问题有待解决,如电纺设备都或多或少的存在一些不足,没有实现产业化、规模化。
尼龙6纤维是合成纤维中的一个主要品种,具有良好的力学性能,断裂强度在普通合成纤维中是较高的,其耐磨性能优于其他普通的合成纤维,耐碱性良好。由常规方法制得的尼龙6纤维直径通常在10~500μm。近来,基于纳米纤维的特殊性质,对静电纺丝法制备尼龙6纳米纤维做了很多的研究和探讨,但大部分是基于针纺仪器。因此,独创PA6静电纺纳米纤维膜的连续化生产技术将使该新型材料在过滤工业中发挥更大的作用。
发明内容
本发明提出一种PA6纳米纤维膜制备的生产技术,其特征在于:以PA6切片为原料,以PP无纺布为基材,将PA6切片溶于甲酸和醋酸混合溶剂制成纺丝溶液,用辊式静电纺丝机,经过连续纺丝制备PA6纳米纤维膜。
通过以上设置,该纳米纤维膜生产效率较高、具有较强的吸附性能、良好的过滤性与阻隔性,本发明主要用于过滤材料、膜材料等方面。
具体实施方式
所述一种PA6纳米纤维膜的制备技术,基本工艺为4个方面1、将甲酸和冰醋酸混合,加入PA6切片,PA6的质量百分数为11%,电磁搅拌仪搅拌得到均匀透明的纺丝溶液;2、以30cm宽幅的PP非织造无纺布作为接收基材,接收器转速2m/min;3、将配制好纺丝溶液送入辊式静电纺丝机进行纺丝,转子转速20rpm,发生器距离180mm,电压75KV;4、通过连续纺丝,得到成卷的PA6静电纺纳米纤维膜。PA6静电纺纳米纤维制备技术将使该新型材料在过滤工业得到广泛应用,经济效益及社会效益显著。

1.一种PA6纳米纤维膜制备的生产技术,其特征在于:以PA6切片为原料,以PP无纺布为基材,将PA6切片溶于甲酸和醋酸混合溶剂制成纺丝溶液,用辊式静电纺丝机,经过连续纺丝制备PA6纳米纤维膜。
