Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚四氟乙烯抗滴落剂的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:1)在反应釜中投入嵌段聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚、聚丙烯酸钠、去离子水、过氧二硫酸铵、二硫八氧酸钾、碳酸钙、过氧化苯甲酰、阁土粉、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、马来酸酐、硼酸、羟丙基甲基纤维素,升温,搅拌反应90分钟;2)再在反应釜中投入去离子水、过氧二硫酸铵、过氧化苯甲酰、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、二硫八氧酸钾、马来酸酐,升温,搅拌反应55分钟;3)再在反应釜中投入聚四氟乙烯分散液、去离子水,加热进行共混复合,在61℃加入凝聚剂溶液,得到沉淀;4)对沉淀进行离心分离,水洗,再离心分离,烘干粉碎,得到抗滴落剂。本发明制备的聚四氟乙烯抗滴落剂稳定性好。

本发明涉及聚四氟乙烯抗滴落剂的生产工艺。
背景技术
现有的聚四氟乙烯抗滴落剂稳定性有待提高。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种聚四氟乙烯抗滴落剂的生产工艺,其制备的聚四氟乙烯抗滴落剂稳定性好。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是设计一种聚四氟乙烯抗滴落剂的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)在反应釜中投入2重量份嵌段聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚、1重量份聚丙烯酸钠、18.4重量份去离子水、0.9重量份过氧二硫酸铵、0.7重量份二硫八氧酸钾、1.6重量份碳酸钙、0.9重量份过氧化苯甲酰、2.3重量份阁土粉、2.8重量份甲基丙烯酸丁酯、3.4重量份马来酸酐、2重量份硼酸、1重量份羟丙基甲基纤维素,升温至65℃,搅拌反应90分钟;
2)再在反应釜中投入24.1重量份去离子水、3.5重量份过氧二硫酸铵、3.7重量份过氧化苯甲酰、19.4重量份甲基丙烯酸丁酯、0.7重量份二硫八氧酸钾、9.8重量份马来酸酐,升温至63℃,搅拌反应55分钟;
3)再在反应釜中投入9.8重量份聚四氟乙烯分散液、24.6重量份去离子水,加热进行共混复合,在61℃加入凝聚剂溶液,得到沉淀;
4)对沉淀进行离心分离,水洗,再离心分离,烘干粉碎,得到抗滴落剂。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:提供一种聚四氟乙烯抗滴落剂的生产工艺,其制备的聚四氟乙烯抗滴落剂稳定性好。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明具体实施的技术方案是:
一种聚四氟乙烯抗滴落剂的生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
1)在反应釜中投入2重量份嵌段聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚、1重量份聚丙烯酸钠、18.4重量份去离子水、0.9重量份过氧二硫酸铵、0.7重量份二硫八氧酸钾、1.6重量份碳酸钙、0.9重量份过氧化苯甲酰、2.3重量份阁土粉、2.8重量份甲基丙烯酸丁酯、3.4重量份马来酸酐、2重量份硼酸、1重量份羟丙基甲基纤维素,升温至65℃,搅拌反应90分钟;
2)再在反应釜中投入24.1重量份去离子水、3.5重量份过氧二硫酸铵、3.7重量份过氧化苯甲酰、19.4重量份甲基丙烯酸丁酯、0.7重量份二硫八氧酸钾、9.8重量份马来酸酐,升温至63℃,搅拌反应55分钟;
3)再在反应釜中投入9.8重量份聚四氟乙烯分散液、24.6重量份去离子水,加热进行共混复合,在61℃加入凝聚剂溶液,得到沉淀;
4)对沉淀进行离心分离,水洗,再离心分离,烘干粉碎,得到抗滴落剂。

1.聚四氟乙烯抗滴落剂的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
1)在反应釜中投入2重量份嵌段聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯醚、1重量份聚丙烯酸钠、18.4重量份去离子水、0.9重量份过氧二硫酸铵、0.7重量份二硫八氧酸钾、1.6重量份碳酸钙、0.9重量份过氧化苯甲酰、2.3重量份阁土粉、2.8重量份甲基丙烯酸丁酯、3.4重量份马来酸酐、2重量份硼酸、1重量份羟丙基甲基纤维素,升温至65℃,搅拌反应90分钟;
2)再在反应釜中投入24.1重量份去离子水、3.5重量份过氧二硫酸铵、3.7重量份过氧化苯甲酰、19.4重量份甲基丙烯酸丁酯、0.7重量份二硫八氧酸钾、9.8重量份马来酸酐,升温至63℃,搅拌反应55分钟;
3)再在反应釜中投入9.8重量份聚四氟乙烯分散液、24.6重量份去离子水,加热进行共混复合,在61℃加入凝聚剂溶液,得到沉淀;
4)对沉淀进行离心分离,水洗,再离心分离,烘干粉碎,得到抗滴落剂。
