本发明涉及一种树脂及其制备方法,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种油墨用醇溶型聚氨酯树脂及其制备方法,属于高分子材料技术领域。
背景技术
油墨用醇溶型聚氨酯树脂是一种新型、环保的树脂,它既克服了溶剂型聚氨酯树脂的毒性大的缺点,又克服了水性聚氨酯树脂的水挥发慢,影响生产效率和能耗大的缺点,是目前综合性能优良,适合目前国内发展的新产品。
国家知识产权局于2012.11.28公开了一件公开号为CN102796242A,名称为“单组分耐蒸煮复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂的制备方法”的发明专利,该专利公开了一种单组分耐蒸煮复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,首先以二聚酸和脂肪族二元酸的混合酸与带支链的脂肪族二元醇反应,合成聚酯二元醇,再加入脂肪族或脂环族的二异氰酸酯和异氰酸酯三聚体混合物、二元胺扩链剂和分子量调节剂进行反应,制得单组分耐蒸煮复合油墨用聚氨酯树脂。本发明制备的聚氨酯树脂具有较好的耐蒸煮性能,由其配制的油墨单组分可耐100~125℃蒸煮,对PET、NYLON、BOPP等极性不同的多种塑料基材附着牢度好,对颜料润湿分散佳。本发明制备的聚氨酯树脂无芳香类异氰酸酯固化剂危害,以乙醇和乙酸乙酯为溶剂,实现了油墨聚氨酯树脂的无苯无酮化,环保安全。
国家知识产权局于2014.11.19公开了一件公开号为CN104151561A,名称为“印刷油墨用聚丙烯酸酯-聚氨酯树脂的制备方法”的发明专利,该专利公开了一种印刷油墨用聚丙烯酸酯-聚氨酯树脂的制备方法,是分别制备带有环氧基的聚丙烯酸酯树脂和制备含有伯氨基的聚氨酯树脂,将带有环氧基的聚丙烯酸酯树脂与含有伯氨基的聚氨酯树脂混合,使其环氧基与伯氨基反应,得到具有化学键连接结构的聚丙烯酸酯-聚氨酯树脂。本发明制备的聚丙烯酸酯-聚氨酯树脂,聚氨酯含量可调范围广,树脂性能稳定,对颜料润湿分散性佳,使用醇、酯类溶剂,经济环保,可配制单组分凹版印刷油墨,所配制的油墨着色力高、流动性好、状态稳定,且印刷适应性强、效果良好。
上述两种油墨用聚氨酯树脂,与特定油墨配合效果不佳,原料成本和生产成本高,干扰因素多,不能很好控制产品的不同含量。

B、加入催化剂进行预聚反应,预聚结束后冷却至室温,用异丙醇和环己酮稀释预聚反应产物;
C、在室温下滴加异佛尔酮二胺进行扩链,滴完后进行搅拌反应0.5-2h,再于50℃水浴中保温反应0.5-2h,用乙酸乙酯溶解,得到聚氨酯树脂溶液。

本发明带来的有益技术效果:
本发明解决了现有技术的油墨用聚氨酯树脂与特定油墨配合效果不佳,原料成本和生产成本高,干扰因素多,不能很好控制产品的不同含量的问题。本发明分别以聚己二酸丙二醇酯(PPA)和聚氧化丙烯二元醇(N220)与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)以及异佛尔酮二胺(IPDA)为主要原料,配合其它添加剂,控制制备过程中的各种影响因素,提供了一条制备不同含量的聚酯型和聚醚型油墨用醇溶聚氨酯树脂的技术路线。原料和生产成本低,产品质量提高。
