Abstract
本发明公开了一种用于防水板材的封边条,包括一体成型的底边和侧边,所述侧边为两片,且与底边组成U字形,所述底边和侧边为一体成型的多层结构,其中从与防水板材接触的端面从内向外依次为粘附层、碳纤维层、热熔胶层、基材层、印刷层、表面防水层,所述侧边的内侧设有朝向底边的倒挂边。本发明包括的两片侧边与底边组成U字形,这种外包式结构可以更好与防水板材的断面进行贴合,提高了对空气和水分的隔绝效果;在侧边的内侧设有朝向底边的倒挂边,使得封边条的隔绝效果更佳;多层结构中包括碳纤维层,碳纤维层可以有效地提高封边条的结构强度,可以在一定程度上避免封边条在使用过程发生的机械损坏。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于家居装饰品领域,尤其是涉及一种用于防水板材的封边条。
背景技术
常规实木板材、竹质、木质胶合板、锯末板、创花板、中高纤维板、指接板、集成板和OSB板等普遍应用在建筑、家具、地板等领域。由于这些板材无法防水防潮,因而这些板材大都只是作为复合板材的基板使用,在其表面复合一层乃至多层不同防水材质的薄膜、薄片类表层,起到保护与装饰作用,可以做到有效的防水。但在实际使用中,板材时常需要被锯割使用,被锯割时其断面没有保护膜,直接暴露在空气中,无法实现防水防潮。因此,需要设计一种可以对空气和水分进行隔离的封边条,防止板材断面的破坏,使板材真正达到防水的效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有的封边条不能有效的隔离空气和水分的缺陷,提供一种能够把板材断面与外界的空气和水分有效隔离的封边条。
本发明通过下述方案实现:
一种用于防水板材的封边条,包括一体成型的底边和侧边,所述侧边为两片,且与底边组成U字形,所述底边和侧边为一体成型的多层结构,其中从与防水板材接触的端面从内向外依次为粘附层、碳纤维层、热熔胶层、基材层、印刷层、表面防水层,所述侧边的内侧设有朝向底边的倒挂边。
进一步地,在所述碳纤维层上设有贯穿的穿胶孔,热熔胶层的溶胶穿过穿胶孔与碳纤维层对应连接。
进一步地,在所述基材层上设有加固凹槽,所述热熔胶层的溶胶灌入加固凹槽中。
进一步地,所述粘附层的厚度为0.5-1mm。
进一步地,所述碳纤维层的厚度为1-2mm。
进一步地,所述基材层的厚度为2-4mm。
进一步地,所述基材层的材料为PVC塑料、ABS塑料、PE塑料、PP塑料、EVA弹性体、PET塑料的一种或几种。
进一步地,所述底边与侧边的夹角为75-85度。
本发明的有益效果为:
1.本发明一种用于防水板材的封边条包括一体成型的底边和侧边,且两片侧边与底边组成U字形,这种外包式结构可以更好与防水板材的断面进行贴合,提高了对空气和水分的隔绝效果;
2.本发明一种用于防水板材的封边条在侧边的内侧设有朝向底边的倒挂边,倒挂边可以有利于在板材的断面内外形成封闭的空间,使得封边条的隔绝效果更佳;
3.本发明一种用于防水板材的封边条为多层结构,其中最内层为粘附层,可以与防水板材的断面进行紧密的粘合,增加了对空气和水分的隔绝效果,也防止了封边条在使用过程中脱落;
4.本发明一种用于防水板材的封边条的多层结构中包括碳纤维层,碳纤维层可以有效地提高封边条的结构强度,可以在一定程度上避免封边条在使用过程发生的机械损坏;
5.本发明一种用于防水板材的封边条在碳纤维层上设有贯穿的穿胶孔,热熔胶层的溶胶穿过穿胶孔与碳纤维层对应连接,保证了碳纤维层与相邻结构结合牢固度,提高了封边条使用过程中的稳定性;
6.本发明一种用于防水板材的封边条在所述基材层上设有加固凹槽,热熔胶层的溶胶灌入加固凹槽中,加固凹槽的设置能够让溶胶与基材层的接触面积更大,极大地提高了封边条基材层与其它结构的咬合力,保证了整体的结构稳定性;
7.本发明一种用于防水板材的封边条底边与侧边的夹角为75-85度,这种角度更有利于封边条与防水板材断面的贴合,提高了封边条的效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1和图2对本发明优选的实施例进一步说明:
实施例1
本实施例公开了一种用于防水板材的封边条,其包括一体成型的底边1和侧边2,所述侧边2为两片,且与底边1组成U字形,这种外包式结构可以更好与防水板材的断面进行贴合,提高了对空气和水分的隔绝效果。所述底边1和侧边2为一体成型的多层结构,其中从与防水板材接触的端面从内向外依次为粘附层4、碳纤维层5、热熔胶层6、基材层7、印刷层8、表面防水层9,粘附层4可以与防水板材的断面进行紧密的粘合,增加了对空气和水分的隔绝效果,也防止了封边条在使用过程中脱落;碳纤维层5可以有效地提高封边条的结构强度,可以在一定程度上避免封边条在使用过程发生的机械损坏。所述侧边2的内侧设有朝向底边的倒挂边3。倒挂边3可以有利于在板材的断面内外形成封闭的空间,使得封边条的隔绝效果更佳。
在所述碳纤维层5上设有贯穿的穿胶孔10,热熔胶层6的溶胶穿过穿胶孔10与碳纤维层5对应连接。在碳纤维层5上设有贯穿的穿胶孔10,热熔胶层6的溶胶穿过穿胶孔10与碳纤维层5对应连接,保证了碳纤维层5与相邻结构结合牢固度,提高了封边条使用过程中的稳定性。在所述基材层7上设有加固凹槽11,所述热熔胶层6的溶胶灌入加固凹槽11中。加固凹槽11的设置能够让溶胶与基材层7的接触面积更大,极大地提高了封边条基材层7与其它结构的咬合力,保证了整体的结构稳定性。所述粘附层4的厚度为0.5mm。所述碳纤维层5的厚度为1mm。所述基材层7的厚度为2mm。所述基材层7的材料为PVC塑料。所述底边1与侧边2的夹角为75度,这种角度更有利于封边条与防水板材断面的贴合,提高了封边条的效果。
实施例2
本实施例中,与实施例1的相同之处不赘述,不同之处在于,本实施例中,所述粘附层的厚度为1mm,所述碳纤维层的厚度为2mm,所述基材层的厚度为4mm,所述基材层的材料为ABS塑料。进一步地,所述底边与侧边的夹角为85度。
实施例3
本实施例中,与实施例1的相同之处不赘述,不同之处在于,本实施例中,所述粘附层的厚度为0.7mm,所述碳纤维层的厚度为1.5mm,所述基材层的厚度为3mm,所述基材层的材料为ABS塑料。进一步地,所述底边与侧边的夹角为80度。
尽管已经对本发明的技术方案做了较为详细的阐述和列举,应当理解,对于本领域技术人员来说,对上述实施例做出修改或者采用等同的替代方案,这对本领域的技术人员而言是显而易见,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

1.一种用于防水板材的封边条,包括一体成型的底边和侧边,所述侧边为两片,且与底边组成U字形,其特征在于:所述底边和侧边为一体成型的多层结构,其中从与防水板材接触的端面从内向外依次为粘附层、碳纤维层、热熔胶层、基材层、印刷层、表面防水层,所述侧边的内侧设有朝向底边的倒挂边。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于防水板材的封边条,其特征在于:在所述碳纤维层上设有贯穿的穿胶孔,热熔胶层的溶胶穿过穿胶孔与碳纤维层对应连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于防水板材的封边条,其特征在于:在所述基材层上设有加固凹槽,所述热熔胶层的溶胶灌入加固凹槽中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于防水板材的封边条,其特征在于:所述粘附层的厚度为0.5-1mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于防水板材的封边条,其特征在于:所述碳纤维层的厚度为1-2mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于防水板材的封边条,其特征在于:所述基材层的厚度为2-4mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于防水板材的封边条,其特征在于:所述基材层的材料为PVC塑料、ABS塑料、PE塑料、PP塑料、EVA弹性体、PET塑料的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于防水板材的封边条,其特征在于:所述底边与侧边的夹角为75-85度。
