本发明涉及一种杞柳防开裂处理方法，包括以下步骤：（1）、杞柳条去皮；（2）、配制处理剂；（3）、将步骤（1）处理好的杞柳枝条使用步骤（2）配制的处理剂浸泡处理2-3天；（4）、将步骤（3）处理好的杞柳枝条在35-40℃条件下烘干至含水量不大于8%；本发明提供的杞柳防开裂处理方法，方法简单，可以有效避免杞柳开裂或者变形，进而可以延长杞柳制品的使用时间，提高杞柳制品的工艺价值和经济价值，而且本处理方法中不使用有毒物质，不产生毒性残留，处理后的杞柳枝条更适合柳编加工。

技术领域
本发明属于木制品处理领域，具体涉及一种杞柳防开裂处理方法。
背景技术
杞柳是重要的柳编原料，其生长迅速，适应力强，而且杞柳枝条具有很好的柔韧性，非常适合作为柳编原料，但是在使用过程中，由于温度或者湿度的变化，杞柳枝条易开裂，开裂后造成杞柳枝条强度下降，进而影响杞柳制品的使用时间和美感，造成柳编制品的价值降低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种杞柳防开裂处理方法，可以有效防止杞柳制品开裂或者变形，提高杞柳制品的价值。
本发明通过以下技术方案实现：
一种杞柳防开裂处理方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）、取新鲜杞柳枝条，剥皮，风干至含水量在30-45%；
（2）、配制处理剂，将蜂蜡与水混合，加热至80-85℃，搅拌5min，搅拌速度为60-70转/分，然后加入月桂醇硫酸钠，继续搅拌3min，然后加入丙三醇搅拌1min，最后加入失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯和二甲基羟基硅油，将搅拌速度调整为55-70转/分，搅拌10-15min，得到处理剂，所述处理剂中按重量计二甲基羟基硅油3.5份、蜂蜡14份、月桂醇硫酸钠0.75份、丙三醇12份、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯3份、水35份；
（3）、将步骤（1）处理好的杞柳枝条使用步骤（2）配制的处理剂浸泡处理2-3天；
（4）、将步骤（3）处理好的杞柳枝条在35-40℃条件下烘干至含水量不大于8%。
本发明的有益效果：本发明提供的杞柳防开裂处理方法，方法简单，可以有效避免杞柳开裂或者变形，进而可以延长杞柳制品的使用时间，提高杞柳制品的工艺价值和经济价值，而且本处理方法中不使用有毒物质，不产生毒性残留，处理后的杞柳枝条更适合柳编加工。
具体实施方式
一种杞柳防开裂处理方法，包括以下步骤：
（1）、取新鲜杞柳枝条，剥皮，风干至含水量在30-45%；
（2）、配制处理剂，将蜂蜡与水混合，加热至80-85℃，搅拌5min，搅拌速度为60-70转/分，然后加入月桂醇硫酸钠，继续搅拌3min，然后加入丙三醇搅拌1min，最后加入失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯和二甲基羟基硅油，将搅拌速度调整为55-70转/分，搅拌10-15min，得到处理剂，所述处理剂中按重量计二甲基羟基硅油3.5份、蜂蜡14份、月桂醇硫酸钠0.75份、丙三醇12份、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯3份、水35份；
（3）、将步骤（1）处理好的杞柳枝条使用步骤（2）配制的处理剂浸泡处理2-3天；
（4）、将步骤（3）处理好的杞柳枝条在35-40℃条件下烘干至含水量不大于8%。
本实施例处理好的柳条在65℃，空气湿度10%的暖房中进行实验，结果显示，本处理剂处理后的杞柳100h后才开始出现轻微裂痕，而没有经过处理的杞柳枝条在相同实验条件下9h就出现裂痕，20小时即出现大量的裂纹，因此本发明提供的杞柳防开裂处理方法具有很强的防开裂作用，在加工成制品后，在正常使用条件下，可以保持杞柳制品5年不出现开裂的情况。

Claims (1)

1.一种杞柳防开裂处理方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
（1）、取新鲜杞柳枝条，剥皮，风干至含水量在30-45%；
（2）、配制处理剂，将蜂蜡与水混合，加热至80-85℃，搅拌5min，搅拌速度为60-70转/分，然后加入月桂醇硫酸钠，继续搅拌3min，然后加入丙三醇搅拌1min，最后加入失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯和二甲基羟基硅油，将搅拌速度调整为55-70转/分，搅拌10-15min，得到处理剂，所述处理剂中按重量计二甲基羟基硅油3.5份、蜂蜡14份、月桂醇硫酸钠0.75份、丙三醇12份、失水山梨醇脂肪酸酯3份、水35份；
（3）、将步骤（1）处理好的杞柳枝条使用步骤（2）配制的处理剂浸泡处理2-3天；
（4）、将步骤（3）处理好的杞柳枝条在35-40℃条件下烘干至含水量不大于8%。
