一种治疗妇科阴道炎的中药组合物，它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到：箭杆风15份、翅茎香青12份、紫草10份、侧柏叶10份、杜仲15份、川芎10份、牛膝10份、鱼腥草15份、蛇床子10份、炒米仁15份、茯苓15份、山药10份、陈皮15份、百部15份、石菖蒲10份、土茯苓15份、黄芪15份、红藤15份、白术12份。

本发明中箭杆风为姜科山姜属植物华山姜Alpinia chinensis Rosc.，以根状茎入药。翅茎香青为菊科植物翅茎香青的全草。其余药物均符合药典标准或记载在中药大辞典中。

1.1称取箭杆风15g、翅茎香青12g、紫草10g、侧柏叶10g、杜仲15g、川芎10g、牛膝10g、鱼腥草15g、蛇床子10g、炒米仁15g、茯苓15g、山药10g、陈皮15g、百部15g、石菖蒲10g、土茯苓15g、黄芪15g、红藤15g、白术12g，加10倍量水，煎煮2小时，过滤；滤渣加8倍量水，煎煮1小时，过滤；合并滤液，浓缩，干燥，装入胶囊壳，即得符合正常成人1天用量的胶囊剂。用于治疗妇科阴道炎。口服，每日分早晚两次服用。

2.本发明对妇科阴道炎的临床研究
2.1一般资料：发明人2011年8月-2013年12月间共收集50例妇科阴道炎的门诊患者，年龄22-63岁，病程1-4月。随机分为：治疗组30例，空白组20例。两组年龄、病情等资料无显著性差异，具有可比性。
2.2诊断标准：
2.2.1阴道分泌物呈灰白色，很粘稠，甚至像面糊状，均匀一致，但不是脓性分泌物，量多少不定。分泌物中胺含量特别高，故呈鱼腥味，性交时或活动后往往因促进胺释放而使气味加重，分泌物中加入10％氢氧化钾后也可释出胺味。阴道分泌物中的ph值增高，ph范围5.0-5.5，而正常人为3.7-4.5。阴道分泌物的湿涂片中可检出经线索细胞。

2.5典型病例
王某，女，35岁，阴道分泌物呈灰白色，很粘稠，呈鱼腥味，阴道分泌物中的ph值为5.0，阴道分泌物的湿涂片中见经线索细胞，口服本发明按照具体实施例1.1制得的胶囊，早晚各一次，15后临床症状全部消失，试验室检查正常。

1.一种治疗妇科阴道炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，它由如下重量份数的原料制备得到：箭杆风15份、翅茎香青12份、紫草10份、侧柏叶10份、杜仲15份、川芎10份、牛膝10份、鱼腥草15份、蛇床子10份、炒米仁15份、茯苓15份、山药10份、陈皮15份、百部15份、石菖蒲10份、土茯苓15份、黄芪15份、红藤15份、白术12份。
2.如权利要求1所述治疗妇科阴道炎的中药组合物在治疗妇科阴道炎的药物中的应用。
