本发明涉及果蔬饮料技术领域,尤其是指一种保健抗疲劳的果蔬汁配方及其制备工艺。
背景技术
疲劳综合症是现代医学新认识的疾病,是一种以长期持续疲劳为突出表现,同时伴有低热(或自觉发热)咽喉痛、肌痛、关节痛、头痛、注意力不易集中、记忆力差、睡眠障碍和抑郁等的一组症状群。长期疲劳引起患者体力下降,工作效率下降,影响生活质量,而体检和常规实验室检查一般无异常发现;随着生活节奏的加快,工作强度和工作压力的增大,疲劳综合症的患者亦越来越多。
由于现代医学目前对疲劳综合症的病因和发病机制尚不十分清楚,因此临床上缺乏有效的治疗药物。
发明内容
本本发明针对目前疲劳综合症无有效的药物治疗的存在不足,而提供一种抗疲劳的果蔬汁配方及其制备工艺,为实现以上目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种保健抗疲劳的果蔬汁配方,所述果蔬汁配方包括有下述按重量份数组成的原料:蔬菜类: 西红柿3-8份、甜菜根3-8份、胡萝卜2-9份、西芹1-4份、黄豆芽3-8份;水果类:猕猴桃3-8份、火龙果3-8份、苹果1-6份、菠萝1-6份、葡萄1-5份、柠檬1-5份;坚果种子类:亚麻籽0.5-3份、黑芝麻0.5-3份、核桃0.2-2份、枸杞1-3份;香料:老姜0.2-2份、香菜0.2-2 份;其它,纤维粉0.2-2 份、蜂蜜0.2-2 份。
较佳的,所述各原料按重量份数为:蔬菜类:西红柿5 份、甜菜根5 份、胡萝卜5份、西芹2份、黄豆芽5份;水果类:猕猴桃5份、火龙果5份、苹果3份、菠萝3份、葡萄2份、柠檬2份;坚果种子类:亚麻籽1份、黑芝麻1 份、核桃0.5份、枸杞1.5份;香料:老姜0.5份、香菜0.5 份;其它,纤维粉1 份、蜂蜜1份。
较佳的,所述原料中还包括水35-70 份,形成液体果蔬汁配方。

一种保健抗疲劳的果蔬汁的制备工艺,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)、备料:按上述的果蔬汁配方的比例进行备料;
(2)、备料处理:将步骤1 中的备料中的蔬菜类、水果类、坚果类、香料类清洗并处理:甜菜根、胡萝卜及西红柿切块、西芹切段、柠檬去外皮;
(3)、将步骤2 中备料处理的各原料与步骤1 中备料的水一起加入蔬果粉碎机粉碎;
(4)、在步骤3 粉碎的果蔬汁中加入步骤1 备料的纤维粉及蜂蜜,继续粉碎搅拌,既得本发明的果蔬汁。
较佳的,所述步骤3 中粉碎时间为1-5 分钟。
较佳的,所述步骤4 粉碎时间为5-23 秒。

本实施例为一种鲜果蔬汁的配方及其制备工艺:
本实施例的果蔬汁配方包括有下述按重量份数组成的原料:蔬菜类:西红柿3份、甜菜根8份、胡萝卜2份、西芹4份、黄豆芽3份;水果类:猕猴桃8份、火龙果3份、苹果6份、菠萝1份、葡萄5份、柠檬1份;坚果种子类:亚麻籽3份、黑芝麻0.5份、核桃2份、枸杞1份;香料:老姜2份、香菜0.2份;其它,纤维粉2份、蜂蜜0.2份,饮用水35份。
做为常见的加工制备工艺,采用以下步骤:
(1)、备料:按以上的果蔬汁配方的比例进行备料;
(2)、备料处理:将步骤1 中的备料中的蔬菜类、水果类、坚果类、香料类清洗并处理:甜菜根、胡萝卜及西红柿切块、西芹切段,便于加工处理,柠檬去外皮,猕猴桃、火龙果、菠萝去外皮,老姜为连皮老姜,这样保证果蔬汁具有良好的口感,并保留较高的植物营养成分,更大的发挥疗效;洗净所有配料待用;
(3)、将步骤2中备料处理的各原料与步骤1 中备料的水一起加入蔬果粉碎机粉碎,本领域技术人员根据量的情况以及粉碎效果,一般粉碎时间为1-5分钟;
(4)、在步骤3 粉碎的果蔬汁中加入步骤1 备料的纤维粉和蜂蜜,继续粉碎搅拌,既得本发明的果蔬汁,此步骤中,本领域技术人员根据量的情况以及粉碎效果,粉碎时间一般为5—25 秒。
当然以上制备工艺为常见的鲜榨液体果汁的处理工艺,作为工业生产的本领域技术人员的基础知识及常识,在配方中也相应的增加些像甜味剂、防腐剂、使果汁清亮的凝固剂、防止果汁变色的添加剂等等,加工工艺中增加灌装、灭菌等步骤,工业生产的配方及制备工艺也属于本发明所保护的范畴。
实施例2,本实施例的果蔬汁配方包括有下述按重量份数组成的原料:蔬菜类: 西红柿8份、甜菜根3份、胡萝卜9份、西芹1份、黄豆芽8份;水果类:猕猴桃3份、火龙果8份、苹果1份、菠萝6份、葡萄1份、柠檬5份;坚果种子类:亚麻籽0.5份、黑芝麻3份、核桃0.2份、枸杞3 份;香料:老姜0.2份、香菜2份;其它,纤维粉0.2份、蜂蜜2份,饮用水70份。
此配方作为鲜榨液体果汁的配方,其制备工艺与实施例1 基本类似,在此不做过的赘述。
实施例3,本实施例的果蔬汁配方包括有下述按重量份数组成的原料:蔬菜类:西红柿5份、甜菜根5份、胡萝卜5份、西芹2份、黄豆芽5份;水果类:猕猴桃5份、火龙果5份、苹果3份、菠萝3份、葡萄2份、柠檬2份;坚果种子类:亚麻籽1份、黑芝麻1份、核桃0.5份、枸杞1.5份;香料:老姜0.5份、香菜0.5份;其它,纤维粉1份、蜂蜜1份。
本实施例为果蔬粉的原材料配方,消费者通过用水冲兑果蔬粉后形成果蔬汁,达到同样的保健疗效功能,运用本领域技术人员的基础知识及常识,还可在在配料中加入适当的水及请他添加剂后进行加工处理,根据本领域技术的生产方式和工艺,生产果蔬粉采用常见的:(1)、湿法生产工艺,原配方加适当的水加工成果蔬汁后再进行浓缩、干燥、包装等工艺,形成果蔬粉;(2) 干法生产工艺在加工的果蔬汁后进行干燥、粉碎、包装,随着现代加工设备和工艺的进一步发展和优化,本领域技术人员还可以选择更加优化的方案。
本发明的果蔬汁经历多个患者进行试验,除了不适宜肾性高血压并高血钾患者外,均取得良好的疗效,获得患者的一致好评。现列举其中的一案例:秦某、男、40 岁,某公司老板,每次开2至3小时的会议时因为疲劳而需要中途休息20 分钟再继续,经诊断为疲劳综合症患者,经过建议每天喝750 毫升的本发明配方的蔬果汁,并作食物过敏检测后搭配营养专家建议的饮食2 个月后,现在2至3小时的会议对他来说不但不需要中断而且非常轻松有活力,疲劳综合症的得到明显的缓解。

1. 一种保健抗疲劳的果蔬汁配方,其特征在于,所述果蔬汁配方包括有下述按重量份数组成的原料:蔬菜类: 西红柿3-8份、甜菜根3-8份、胡萝卜2-9份、西芹1-4份、黄豆芽3-8份;水果类:猕猴桃3-8份、火龙果3-8份、苹果1-6份、菠萝1-6份、葡萄1-5份、柠檬1-5份;坚果种子类:亚麻籽0.5-3 份、黑芝麻0.5-3份、核桃0.2-2份、枸杞1-3份;香料:老姜0.2-2份、香菜0.2-2份;其它,纤维粉0.2-2份、蜂蜜0.2-2份。
2. 根据权利要求1 所述的一种保健抗疲劳的果蔬汁配方,其特征在于,所述各原料按重量份数为:蔬菜类:西红柿5 份、甜菜根5 份、胡萝卜5 份、西芹2 份、黄豆芽5 份;水果类:猕猴桃5 份、火龙果5 份、苹果3 份、菠萝3 份、葡萄2 份、柠檬2 份;坚果种子类:亚麻籽1份、黑芝麻1 份、核桃0.5 份、枸杞1.5 份;香料:老姜0.5 份、香菜0.5 份;其它,纤维粉1份、蜂蜜1 份。
3. 根据权利要求1 或2 所述的一种保健抗疲劳的果蔬汁配方,其特征在于,所述原料中还包括水35—70 份,形成液体果蔬汁配方。
4. 根据权利要求1 所述的一种保健抗疲劳的果蔬汁配方,其特征在于,所述配方的原料成分为果蔬粉的原材料配方。
5. 根据权利要求1-4 任意项所述的一种保健抗疲劳的果蔬汁配方,其特征在于,所述猕猴桃为去皮的猕猴桃。
6. 根据权利要求1-4 任意项所述的一种保健抗疲劳的果蔬汁配方,其特征在于,所述火龙果、菠萝为去皮火龙果、去皮菠萝。
7. 根据权利要求1-4 任意项所述的一种保健抗疲劳的果蔬汁配方,其特征在于,所述老姜为连皮老姜。
8. 一种保健抗疲劳的果蔬汁的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)、备料:按权利要求3 所述的果蔬汁配方的比例进行备料;
(2)、备料处理:将步骤1 中的备料中的蔬菜类、水果类、坚果类、香料类清洗并处理:甜菜根、胡萝卜及西红柿切块、西芹切段、柠檬去外皮;
(3)、将步骤2 中备料处理的各原料与步骤1 中备料的水一起加入蔬果粉碎机粉碎;
(4)、在步骤3 粉碎的果蔬汁中加入步骤1 备料的纤维粉及蜂蜜,继续粉碎搅拌,既得本发明的果蔬汁。
9. 根据权利要求8 所述的一种保健抗疲劳的果蔬汁的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤3 中粉碎时间为1-5 分钟。
10. 根据权利要求8 所述的一种保健抗疲劳的果蔬汁的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述步骤4 粉碎时间为5—25 秒。
