马驹早期生长发育是为将来发挥其用途打基础的。然而母乳是马驹出生到断奶期和采食饲料前最重要的营养物质来源,母马的泌乳量直接影响到马驹的生长发育。母马产驹后进入泌乳期,母马的泌乳量会迅速增加达到泌乳高峰期,在泌乳后期泌乳量逐渐下降直至干乳,每个泌乳期都呈现这种先上升后下降的泌乳规律。而乳的营养成分也随着泌乳量的变化而出现变化。随着泌乳时间的推进,泌乳量呈逐步下降趋势的同时乳中营养成分的含量也呈下降。随着对氨基酸相关生理功能的进一步深入研究,已被广泛应用作为一种安全饲料添加剂,且具有提高动物采食量,改善肝脏、肾脏功能,抗应激,促进动物生长和增强抵抗力等功能。此外氨基酸可以调节胃肠道胃泌素的分泌,以调节机体胃肠道的活动。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:筛选出并添加适用于哺乳马驹的氨基酸并进行科学的饲喂,该方法可提高哺乳马驹的体重和体尺的增长。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种适用于哺乳马驹补饲氨基酸的饲喂方法,该饲喂方法由下述步骤组成:一、饲料的制备:A料,即精料补充料的制备:将精料补充料制备成4-5mm颗粒,备用;所述的精料补充料按重量份数由下述原料组成:由玉米1-10份、麸皮0.1-4份、次粉0.05-3份、豆粕0.1-2份、磷酸氢钙0.05-1份、石粉0.01-2份、预混料0.01-2份、食盐0.01-2份组成;其中,预混料由氯化钴0.3-3份、硫酸铜0.25-5份、碘化钾0.1-6份、硫酸亚铁1-20份、硫酸锰1-10份、亚硒酸钠0.2-2份、硫酸锌1-15份、维生素A 0.1-3份、维生素D 0.05-2份、维生素E 0.5-10份、维生素B10.05-5份、维生素B20.05-5份、烟酰胺0.05-2份、泛酸0.05-2份、维生素B60.05-2份、生物素0.05-2份、维生素B120.05-2份、维生素C 0.05-2份、氯化胆碱0.5-4份、金霉素0.1-5份、膨润土20-80份组成;B料,即氨基酸胶囊的制备;取市售的γ-氨基丁酸2-240份、赖氨酸2-200份、蛋氨酸1-180份、苏氨酸1-180份、色氨酸2-220份、精氨酸2-200份,混合均匀后装入胶囊即可,以上氨基酸均可以在市场上购买到,备用;二、哺乳马驹的饲喂:每匹马每天饲喂补充A料0.1-2kg,分三次饲喂,即早9:00时、午14:00时、晚18:00时;每天早9:00时饲喂A料的同时补喂B料,补喂量0.01-10g;之后自由采食饲草,自由饮水。
所述的次粉为面粉与麸皮间的部分,面粉厂可以买到;根据次粉的生成工艺与营养特性,又称黑面、黄粉、下面或三等粉等,是以小麦籽实为原料磨制各种面粉后获得的副产品之一。市面上在面粉厂可以购买到,主要用作饲料使用。所述的石粉为饲料中添加的石粉,即石灰石矿石粉,简称石粉。含钙量32%(市场上销售的石粉,有的地方也叫重钙,或重质碳酸钙,为浅灰色或灰白色)。所述的膨润土是一种以蒙脱石为主要矿物成分(可达85%~90%)的粘土岩、亦称蒙脱石粘土岩,属含水硅酸盐。市场上可以购买,饲料中添加一定量的膨润土对畜禽增重、饲料利用率和提高产品质量都有明显效果。同时还可使畜禽精神旺盛,采食量增强。
本发明的有益效果:以处于哺乳期的伊犁马马驹为试验动物,在同一营养水平下补喂不同种类和不同剂量的氨基酸,测定马驹体重和体尺,通过分析所得数据得出,饲喂本产品能明显提高马驹体重,并且增加马驹体尺。作用机理:氨基酸通过促进机体代谢,调节机体的内分泌,从而调节机体生理功能,发挥重要的生理作用。作为氨基酸饲料添加剂能够明显的提高幼畜生长发育,增加免疫机能,促进血清相关激素的分泌,降低粮重比,提高饲料的利用率和转化率。
具体实施方式
本发明结合实施例作进一步的说明。
实施例1、一种适用于哺乳马驹补饲氨基酸的饲喂方法,该饲喂方法由下述步骤组成:一、饲料的制备:A料,即精料补充料的制备:将精料补充料制备成4-5mm颗粒,备用;所述的精料补充料按重量份数由下述原料组成:由玉米1-10份、麸皮0.1-4份、次粉0.05-3份、豆粕0.1-2份、磷酸氢钙0.05-1份、石粉0.01-2份、预混料0.01-2份、食盐0.01-2份组成;其中,预混料由氯化钴0.3-3份、硫酸铜0.25-5份、碘化钾0.1-6份、硫酸亚铁1-20份、硫酸锰1-10份、亚硒酸钠0.2-2份、硫酸锌1-15份、维生素A 0.1-3份、维生素D 0.05-2份、维生素E 0.5-10份、维生素B10.05-5份、维生素B20.05-5份、烟酰胺0.05-2份、泛酸0.05-2份、维生素B60.05-2份、生物素0.05-2份、维生素B120.05-2份、维生素C 0.05-2份、氯化胆碱0.5-4份、金霉素0.1-5份、膨润土20-80份组成;B料,即氨基酸胶囊的制备;取市售的γ-氨基丁酸2-240份、赖氨酸2-200份、蛋氨酸1-180份、苏氨酸1-180份、色氨酸2-220份、精氨酸2-200份,混合均匀后装入胶囊即可,以上氨基酸均可以在市场上购买到,备用;二、哺乳马驹的饲喂:每匹马每天饲喂补充A料0.1-2kg,分三次饲喂,即早9:00时、午14:00时、晚18:00时;每天早9:00时饲喂A料的同时补喂B料,补喂量0.01-10g;之后自由采食饲草,自由饮水。
实施设计配方及效果验证:
1材料与方法
1.1试验时间与地点
本试验于2014年7月-2014年10月在伊犁昭苏马场试验基地进行。
1.2试验动物及试验设计
试验选取昭苏马场出生日期和体重相近的哺乳马马驹20匹,随机分为4组,每组5匹,分别为对照组、试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组和试验Ⅲ组。
对照组和试验组所有马驹补喂同一营养水平和同一剂量的补充饲料即A料,补充量0.1-2kg,将全天的量分3次补喂,分别于每天的早9:00时、午14:00时和晚18:00时进行补喂,同时保证自由采食牧草、自由饮水。在此基础上,试验组每匹马驹每天于早9:00时补喂氨基酸,即B料0.01g-10g。
2体重体尺的测量
2.1体重、体尺测量
在试验的0天、15天、30天、45天、60天、75天、90天对各组马驹进行体重、体尺(体斜长、体高、胸围、管围)测量,分别在早晨空腹进行。体重:用磅秤进行测量。体斜长:用卷尺测量,从宏骨突前端到坐骨结节后缘的直线距离。体高:用测丈测量,从鬓甲最高点垂直地面的垂直高度。胸围:用卷尺测量,从肩甲骨后缘处的体躯周径。管围:用卷尺测量,在左前肢掌骨上1/3处周径。
3数据分析
试验结果以平均数(Mean)±标准差(SD)表示。试验数据均采用SPSS16.0软件进行方差分析。试验结果采用Duncan进行多重比较。
4结果与分析
4.1补喂氨基酸对哺乳马驹体重的影响,见表1。

注:同行数据肩标不同小写字母表示差异显著(P<0.05),肩标不同大写字母表示差异极显著(P<0.01),肩标相同字母或无字母标注表示差异不显著(P>0.05)。
由表1可知,初始体重各试验组与对照组接近,差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验结束时各试验组体重发生了变化,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组分别比对照组提高了6.08%、14.10%和8.73%(P>0.05)。在总增重方面,试验Ⅱ组与对照组差异极显著(P<0.01),试验Ⅰ组、Ⅲ组与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。在平均日增重方面,试验组明显高于对照组,且分别比对照组提高了16.90%(P<0.05)、30.03%(P<0.01)和23.94%(P<0.05)。
4.2补喂氨基酸对哺乳马驹体尺变化的影响,见表2。

在体高方面,试验组与对照组初始体高差异不显著(P>0.05)。在试验结束时,试验组与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),但在总的增高方面各试验组与对照组出现了差异显著,且分别比对照组提高21.86%(P<0.05)、25.14%(P<0.05)和33.33%(P<0.01)。在体斜长方面,试验开始与结束时体斜长差异均不显著(P>0.05),但各试验组总增长明显高于对照组,且分别提高了17.99%、5.76%和20.86%。在胸围的变化方面,试验开始时各试验组与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);试验结束时试验组与对照组相比有所提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05);在总增加方面,各试验组比对照组分别增加了6.55%、7.56%和2.25%(P>0.05)。在管围变化方面,试验开始至结束时各试验组与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),但从增加量上来看,试验组明显优于对照组,且分别比对照组提高了18.64%、7.12%和1.69%。
