背景技术
产蛋率是蛋鸡生产中的重要指标,是蛋鸡经济效益好坏的体现,产蛋率下降给养殖场户造成严重的经济损失,产蛋率下降分正常性产蛋率下降和非正常性产蛋率下降,正常性产蛋率下降属于生理性表现(如日龄、品种等因素),非正常性产蛋率下降又分环境因素(如光照、温度、湿度、噪音、应激等)、饲料因素(质量低劣、钙磷比例不当、营养缺乏等)、疾病因素等(如病毒病、细菌病、寄生虫病等),现在各地均出现蛋鸡产蛋率下降或高峰期持续时间短等问题,究其原因。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的在于提供一种蛋鸡饲料及其制备方法,该蛋鸡饲料及其制备方法通过设置有红豆杉粉末,利用红豆杉树叶和树皮制备的粉末,添加到蛋鸡饲料中,不仅可以增强蛋鸡的免疫能力,避免疾病的产生,而且蛋鸡产的鸡蛋中含有水溶性黄酮和多种不饱和脂肪酸含量高,营养价值高。
为了达到上述目的,本发明一种蛋鸡饲料,由下述组分按重量份数组成:玉米50~60%;豆柏20~25%;麦麸6~8%;石粉2~6%;预混料5~6%;红豆杉粉末5~8%;松柏粉0~2%。
进一步,其具体组成分成为:玉米50%;豆柏25%;麦麸8%;石粉2%;预混料5%;红豆杉粉末8%;松柏粉2%。

(3)将混合均匀的物料放入锅中或者加热炉进行蒸煮,当物料煮沸后,停止加热,按照比例添加红豆杉粉和松柏粉,进行搅拌让其自然冷却,在温度降低至30~40℃时,加入预混料,然后通过制粒机制成不同粒径的颗粒料。

(2)将玉米粉、豆柏粉、麦麸粉、2%石粉和水进行混合5~10min;水的重量设置为粉料重量的80~120%;
(3)将混合均匀的物料放入锅中或者加热炉进行蒸煮,当物料煮沸后,停止加热,按照比例添加红豆杉粉和松柏粉,进行搅拌让其自然冷却,在温度降低至30~40℃时,加入5%预混料,然后通过制粒机制成不同粒径的颗粒料。
该饲料主要用于18周龄以上幼鸡至开始产蛋前食用,该实施例中通过松柏粉有利于幼鸡消化饲料,。

2.如权利要求1所述的蛋鸡饲料及其制备方法,其特征在于:其具体组成分成为:玉米50%;豆柏25%;麦麸8%;石粉2%;预混料5%;红豆杉粉末8%;松柏粉2%。
3.如权利要求1所述的蛋鸡饲料及其制备方法,其特征在于:玉米58%;豆柏20%;麦麸6%;石粉6%;预混料5%;红豆杉粉5%。
4.如权利要求1~3任一项所述的蛋鸡饲料,其特征在于:所述预混料包括乙酸脂、胆钙化醇、磷酸氢钙、石粉、一水硫酸锌、一水硫酸亚铁、意一水硫酸锰、亚硒酸钠、碘酸钙、硫酸钙、乙氧基喹啉、蛋氨酸、D-生物素、叶酸、D-泛酸钙、核黄素、硫胺素和钴胺素。
5.一种制备权利1~4任一项所述蛋鸡饲料的制备方法,其特征在于:其步骤如下,
(1)将玉米、豆柏、麦麸、松柏树枝和/或树皮、红豆杉树叶和/或树皮经初清筛去除杂质,分别粉碎至粒径为0.1~0.3cm;
(2)将玉米粉、豆柏粉、麦麸粉、石粉和水进行混合5~10min;水的重量设置为粉料重量的80~120%;
(3)将混合均匀的物料放入锅中或者加热炉进行蒸煮,当物料煮沸后,停止加热,按照比例添加红豆杉粉和松柏粉,进行搅拌让其自然冷却,在温度降低至30~40℃时,加入预混料,然后通过制粒机制成不同粒径的颗粒料。
