Abstract

本发明涉及一种制作手套用浸渍液及制作手套的工艺。所述浸渍液按质量百分比包括:水性聚氨基甲酸酯38~70%;发泡剂1~4%;稳泡剂0.5~3%;增稠剂0.5~5%;余量为水。所述工艺为:配制凝聚液和浸渍液后,手套表面涂覆所述凝聚液后在常温下干燥,然后浸渍于所述浸渍液中,并使手套表面的浸渍液涂层流平或磨砂处理;将覆有浸渍液涂层的手套干燥,手套浸渍液涂层干燥后脱模。本发明浸渍液及制作工艺避免了环境污染,保证了手套长期穿戴的安全性,具有更加优异的耐溶剂、耐酸碱性和耐磨性。

一种制作手套用浸渍液及制作手套的工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及手套制作技术领域,尤其涉及一种制作手套用浸渍液及制作手套的工艺。
背景技术
作为劳防用品的手套广泛应用于各类行业,为达到一定的防护效果或戴入手套后操作的灵活性,手套正面涂覆涂层。通常手套的涂层有溶剂型聚氨基甲酸酯涂层、丁腈涂层和乳胶涂层等,但它们都存在一定的缺陷,在手套的生产和穿戴过程中,对周围环境造成一定污染或对人体产生伤害。
溶剂型聚氨基甲酸酯涂覆手套(聚氨基甲酸酯简称PU),在溶剂型PU中本身就含有大量的高毒性溶剂二甲基甲酰胺DMF,在生产过程中通过热水处理,大部分DMF会被置换掉,但还是有少量的DMF残留在手套涂覆层中,由于在常温下DMF的挥发速度很慢,所以它会一直残留在手套中,穿戴这种手套进行工作时,残留在手套涂覆层中的DMF会一直缓慢的挥发,这样势必对长时间穿戴这种手套的人体健康造成伤害,严重时会导致其呼吸系统及肺部损伤。丁腈涂覆手套,生产过程中需要将丁腈胶硫化处理,因此手套中残存的硫会造成皮肤过敏;乳胶涂覆手套,乳胶中含有蛋白质,皮肤敏感性的人会容易过敏,而且不耐溶剂和酸碱化学品。
CN 102397833A公开了一种水性聚氨基甲酸酯涂覆手套的制作方法,即配制手套涂层的凝聚液和浸渍液,凝聚液的成份为可溶解性钙离子盐5~15%,可挥发型溶剂85~95%;浸渍液成份为水性聚氨基甲酸酯45~65%、发泡剂0.5~5%、稳泡剂0.5~5%、增稠剂0.5~5%和水30~50%;上述为重量百分比;将手套表面涂覆凝聚液后常温下干燥1~2分钟,再浸渍于浸渍液中,并使手套表面的浸渍液涂层流平或磨砂处理;将覆有浸渍液涂层的手套放入80~100℃干燥箱内干燥60~80分钟,手套浸渍液涂层干燥后脱模。
通过上述方法制作的手套的耐磨性、耐酸碱性能等方面还存在缺陷,需要研制一种各方面性能更优异的手套制作工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提出了一种制作手套用浸渍液及制作手套的工艺。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种制作手套用浸渍液,所述浸渍液按质量百分比包括:水性聚氨基甲酸酯38~70%;发泡剂1~4%;稳泡剂0.5~3%;增稠剂0.5~5%;余量为水。
本发明所述的水性聚氨酯甲酸酯的质量百分比可选择38.02~69.8%,40.5~65.3%,43.2~62.5%,45.6~60%,48.7~53.8%,51.6%等,均可实施本发明。
本发明所述的发泡剂的质量百分比可选择1.01~3.89%,1.3~3.65%,1.66~3.2%,1.9~3%。2.04~2.76%,2.36%等,均可实施本发明。
本发明所述的稳泡剂的质量百分比可选择0.52~2.96%,0.7~2.68%,0.96~2.33%,1.3~2.04%,1.5~1.86%,1.72%等,均可实施本发明。
本发明所述的增稠剂的质量百分比可选择0.51~4.96%,0.7~4.5%,0.92~4.31%,1.4~4%,1.85~3.23%,2~3.02%,2.3~2.86%,2.5%等,均可实施本发明。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述浸渍液按质量百分比包括:水性聚氨基甲酸酯42~65%;发泡剂1.6~3%;稳泡剂0.8~2.3%;增稠剂1~4%;余量为水。
本发明所述浸渍液按质量百分比还包括丙三醇3.2~6%。本发明所述丙三醇的质量百分比可选择3.21~5.89%,3.4~5.5%,3.67~5.21%,3.89~5%,4~4.86%,4.35%等,均可实施本发明
本发明所述浸渍液按质量百分比还包括交联剂2~5%。本发明所述交联剂的质量百分比可选择2.01~4.96%,2.4~4.63%,2.85~4.23%,3~4.06%,3.21~3.8%,3.55%等,均可实施本发明。
本发明所述发泡剂和稳泡剂为丙烯酸、丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸盐、聚氨酯、矿物油或改性有机硅中的一种或至少两种的混合物,优选矿物油和/或丙烯酸酯。典型但非限制性的例子包括:丙烯酸,丙烯酸盐,聚氨酯,改性有机硅,丙烯酸酯和聚氨酯的组合,丙烯酸和矿物油的组合,丙烯酸盐和改性有机硅的组合,丙烯酸、丙烯酸盐和矿物油的组合,聚氨酯、丙烯酸酯和矿物油的组合,丙烯酸、丙烯酸盐、聚氨酯和改性有机硅的组合,均可用于实施本发明。
本发明所述增稠剂为丙烯酸、丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸盐、聚氨酯或纤维素中的一种或至少两种的混合物,优选丙烯酸盐和/或聚氨酯。典型但非限制性的例子包括:丙烯酸,丙烯酸盐,聚氨酯,纤维素,丙烯酸酯和丙烯酸盐的组合,聚氨酯和纤维素的组合,丙烯酸盐和聚氨酯的组合,丙烯酸、聚氨酯和纤维素的组合,丙烯酸盐、聚氨酯和丙烯酸的组合,丙烯酸、丙烯酸酯、聚氨酯和纤维素的组合等,均可用于实施本发明。
本发明所述交联剂为高压氨基树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、烷基类过氧化物或酰基类过氧化物的一种或至少两种的混合物,优选三聚氰胺树脂。典型但非限制性的例子包括:高压氨基树脂,烷基类过氧化物,酰基类过氧化物,酰基类过氧化物和三聚氰胺树脂的组合,高压氨基树脂和三聚氰胺树脂的组合,三聚氰胺树脂、烷基类过氧化物和酰基类过氧化物的组合,高压氨基树脂、三聚氰胺树脂、烷基类过氧化物和酰基类过氧化物的组合等,均可用于实施本发明。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述浸渍液按质量百分比包括:水性聚氨基甲酸酯50~60%;丙烯酸酯2~3%;矿物油1~2%;聚氨酯2.5~3%;丙三醇4~5%;三聚氰胺树脂3.3~4%;余量为水。
作为本发明最优选的技术方案,所述浸渍液按质量百分比包括:水性聚氨基甲酸酯54%;丙烯酸酯2.1%;矿物油1.7%;聚氨酯2.7%;丙三醇4.2%;三聚氰胺树脂3.5%;余量为水。
本发明所述的“包括”,意指其除所述组分外,还可以包括其他组分,这些其他组分赋予所述浸渍液不同的特性。除此之外,本发明所述的“包括”,还可以替换为封闭式的“为”或“由……组成”。
本发明的目的之二在于提供一种应用如上所述浸渍液制作手套的工艺,所述工艺包括如下步骤:
1)配制手套涂层的凝聚液:所述凝聚液的成份为可溶性钙盐和挥发性溶剂;
2)配制手套涂层的浸渍液,并将所述浸渍液发泡;
3)手套表面涂覆所述凝聚液后在常温下干燥,然后浸渍于所述浸渍液中,并使手套表面的浸渍液涂层流平或磨砂处理;
4)将覆有浸渍液涂层的手套干燥,手套浸渍液涂层干燥后脱模。
与已有技术方案相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明所述的浸渍液和制作工艺克服了传统手套涂层的缺陷,避免了环境污染,保证了长期穿戴对人体的安全,具有更加优异的耐溶剂、耐酸碱性和耐磨性。

实施例1
一种制作手套用浸渍液,所述浸渍液按质量百分比包括:水性聚氨基甲酸酯70%;聚氨酯4%;丙烯酸酯0.5%;纤维素0.5%;余量为水。
一种应用如上所述浸渍液制作手套的工艺
1)配制手套涂层的凝聚液:所述凝聚液的成份为可溶性钙盐和挥发性溶剂;
2)配制手套涂层的浸渍液,并将所述浸渍液发泡;
3)手套表面涂覆所述凝聚液后在常温下干燥,然后浸渍于所述浸渍液中,并使手套表面的浸渍液涂层流平或磨砂处理;
4)将覆有浸渍液涂层的手套干燥,手套浸渍液涂层干燥后脱模。
实施例2
一种制作手套用浸渍液,所述浸渍液按质量百分比包括:水性聚氨基甲酸酯38%;矿物油1%;丙烯酸3%;丙烯酸盐5%;余量为水。

将本发明实施例1-7所制作的手套通过马丁戴尔耐磨试验机测试其耐磨性,结果表明,通过本发明工艺制作的手套干磨性能参数为7000次以上,湿磨性能参数为4000次以上,其耐磨性优于CN 102397833A中制作的手套。

8.如权利要求1-7之一所述的浸渍液,其特征在于,所述浸渍液按质量百分比包括:水性聚氨基甲酸酯50~60%;丙烯酸酯2~3%;矿物油1~2%;聚氨酯2.5~3%;丙三醇4~5%;三聚氰胺树脂3.3~4%;余量为水。
9.如权利要求1-8之一所述的浸渍液,其特征在于,所述浸渍液按质量百分比包括:水性聚氨基甲酸酯54%;丙烯酸酯2.1%;矿物油1.7%;聚氨酯2.7%;丙三醇4.2%;三聚氰胺树脂3.5%;余量为水。
10.一种应用如权利要求1-9之一所述浸渍液制作手套的工艺,其特征在于,所述工艺包括如下步骤:
1)配制手套涂层的凝聚液:所述凝聚液的成份为可溶性钙盐和挥发性溶剂;
2)配制手套涂层的浸渍液,并将所述浸渍液发泡;
3)手套表面涂覆所述凝聚液后在常温下干燥,然后浸渍于所述浸渍液中,并使手套表面的浸渍液涂层流平或磨砂处理;
4)将覆有浸渍液涂层的手套干燥,手套浸渍液涂层干燥后脱模。
