本发明涉及家用清洗电器,例如洗衣机和洗碗机,并且涉及用于此种家用电器的能够加热清洗液的加热装置。
相关申请的描述
洗衣机和洗碗机通常安装有用于加热清洗液的电阻加热装置。此类家用电器通常安装有压力开关以测量清洗浴液的液位。家用清洗电器通常安装有加热装置,加热装置具有浸入清洗浴液的线圈电阻器。温度传感器也被提供以测量浴液的温度,并且一旦浴液到达预定的工作温度,就切断对加热电阻器的供电。
如果测量液位的压力开关失效,清洗浴液可能不覆盖加热电阻器。在这种情况下,电阻器能够迅速达到能够损害加热装置的高温。为了克服这个缺点,已经提议将温度传感器并入加热装置,以便在温度过度增加的情况下,就切断对加热装置的供电。然而,温度传感器不能够避免由加热电阻器的过度加热而产生的损害。

具体实施方式
在图1和图2中,参考标号10表示用于家用清洗电器例如洗衣机或洗碗机的电阻加热装置。
加热装置10包括具有线圈电阻器14的基部12。线圈加热器14的各端附着于基部12,并且电气地连接至两个端子16,端子16在与线圈电阻器14相反的一侧从基部12突出。
加热装置10包括在基部12上的光学传感器18。光学传感器18能够确定在加热装置10周围的液位。
参考图3,光学传感器18最好是反射传感器,并且包括由延长中空主体22形成的波导20,延长中空主体22由透明的塑料材料制成,例如聚碳酸酯。主体22具有延长腔24和大体锥形的闭合端26。主体22具有扩大的头部28,头部28在其外部上具有齿30。主体22在头部28和端26之间具有筒状中央段,筒状中央段具有恒定厚度的壁。

印刷电路板32通过具有基部壁45和多个臂47的盖子43附着于主体20,基部壁45靠着印刷电路板32,所述多个臂47夹至主体22的齿30上。
光学传感器18可具有一体的温度传感器46。温度传感器46包括坐置于靠近闭合端26的腔24中的NTC电阻器48。NTC电阻器48通过端子50而连接于印刷电路板32。腔24可填充有高热传导性的材料,以促进在主体22的壁和NTC电阻器48之间的热传导。
参考图2,光学传感器18的主体22插入和附着于基部12的孔52中。主体22的端26在和线圈电阻器14相同的一侧从基部12突出。主体22的头部28在和端子16相同的一侧从基部12突出。传感器18由连接器(未显示)连接至家用电器的电源和控制电路。
工作时,光发射器34发射光通量L,如图3所示,光通量L在主体22的壁中传播。光通量的第一部分L’穿过锥形闭合端26的倾斜壁而分散在明亮主体22的外部。光通量的第二部分L”在主体22内部被反射并到达光接收器36。光通量的分散在主体22外部的的部分L’取决于用于主体22的材料和围绕主体22的材料之间的光折射系数的比率。分散的光通量L’的量根据端26是由空气围绕还是由清洗液围绕而变化。分散的光通量L’的量还取决于在主体22周围的清洗液的液位。光接收器36接收反射的通量L”,并且提供表示反射的通量L”的强度的电信号。因为通量L”的强度根据在端26周围的液位而改变,传感器18因此能够提供关于在线圈电阻器14周围的清洗液位的精确信息。由液位传感器18提供的信息帮助避免在压力开关错误测量液位的情况下由过度加热而对加热装置10产生的损害。通过用温度传感器46,传感器18还提供清洗液的温度测量,用于在到达预定温度时切断对加热装置10的供电。
当然地,不论本发明的原理如何,设计细节和实施方式可与所描述和所示出的有明显不同,并因此不会脱离如下文权利要求所限定的本发明的保护范围。
Claims (7)
1.用于家用电器的加热装置,包括基部(12)和从所述基部(12)延伸出的线圈电阻器(14),其特征在于,所述加热装置包括光学传感器(18),所述光学传感器(18)能够确定在所述线圈电阻器(14)周围的清洗液的液位。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述光学传感器(18)包括由延长主体(22)形成的光导(20),延长主体(22)由透明的塑料材料制成,插入所述基部(12)的孔(52),延长主体(22)具有大体锥形的端(26),大体锥形的端(26)在与所述线圈电阻器(14)相同的一侧上从所述基部(12)延伸出。
