本发明公开一种取电池片装置,包括电池片料盒,电池片料盒下端设有顶块,所述顶块连接于传动螺母,传动螺母和传动丝杆相连,传动丝杆和第二电机相连,所述电池片料盒两侧相对设有第一吹气块、第二吹气块,所述第一吹气块上固定第一气源接头,第二吹气块上固定连接第二气源接头,所述第一吹气块和第二吹气块上均设有吹气孔,所述电池片料盒上方设有第一吸盘,第一吸盘固定于第一气缸移动端。本发明能实现快速从电池料盒中取出单块电池片,提高电池片组件生产效率。

一种取电池片装置
技术领域
本发明属于太阳能电池片生产制造设备技术领域,具体涉及一种取电池片装置。
背景技术
电池组件生产过程中,需将料盒中的电池片快速单张取出,以方便后续制造工序。由于电池片成组堆叠在电池片料盒中,人工取料劳动强度大,工作效率低。采用吸盘装置吸取电池料盒中的电池片时,易导致一次吸取两块电池片,影响生产效率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种结构简单、能快速吸取单块电池片的一种取电池片装置。
技术方案:本发明的一种取电池片装置,包括电池片料盒,电池片料盒下端设有顶块,所述顶块连接于传动螺母,传动螺母和传动丝杆相连,传动丝杆和第二电机相连,其特征在于:所述顶块上方的电池片料盒两侧相对设有第一吹气块、第二吹气块,所述第一吹气块上固定第一气源接头,第二吹气块上固定连接第二气源接头,所述第一吹气块和第二吹气块上均设有吹气孔,所述电池片料盒上方设有第一吸盘,第一吸盘固定于第一气缸移动端。
作为本发明的进一步改进,第二安装板下方还固定第二气缸,第二气缸下表面固定第二吸盘,所述第二气缸与第一气缸关于第一转轴旋转轴心线对称。
作为本发明的进一步改进,电池片料盒设于皮带输送机构上,所述皮带输送机构包括输送机架,输送机架前端转动安装有转轴,转轴一端固定第一带轮,转轴另一端固定第二带轮,输送机架前端转动安装有第三带轮和第四带轮,所述第一输送带绕装于第一带轮和第三带轮,第二输送带绕装于第二带轮和第四带轮,输送机架上设有第三电机,第三电机连接于减速机,减速机与转轴连接。
本发明与现有技术相比,优点在于:结构巧妙合理,其借助第一吹气块和第二吹气块组合作用,实现快速从电池料盒中取出单块电池片,提高电池片组件生产效率。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明一种取电池片装置,包括电池片料盒(10),电池片料盒(10)下端设有顶块(11),所述顶块(11)连接于传动螺母(22),传动螺母(22)和传动丝杆(23)相连,传动丝杆(23)和第二电机(12)相连,所述顶块上方的电池片料盒两侧相对设有第一吹气块(8)、第二吹气块(9),所述第一吹气块(8)上固定第一气源接头(13),第二吹气块(9)上固定连接第二气源接头(24),所述第一吹气块(8)和第二吹气块(9)上均设有吹气孔(14)。
电池片料盒(10)设于皮带输送机构上,所述皮带输送机构包括输送机架(15),输送机架(15)前端转动安装有转轴(29),转轴(29)一端固定第一带轮(17),转轴另一端固定第二带轮(18),输送机架(15)前端转动安装有第三带轮(27)和第四带轮(28),所述第一输送带(16)绕装于第一带轮(17)和第三带轮(27),第二输送带(19)绕装于第二带轮(18)和第四带轮(28),输送机架(15)上设有第三电机(21),第三电机(21)连接于减速机(20),减速机(20)与转轴(29)连接,所述皮带输送机构用于传送电池片料盒(10)。
所述电池片料盒上方设有第一吸盘(6),第一吸盘(6)固定于第一气缸(4)移动端,第一气缸(4)固定于第二安装板(5),第二安装板(5)下方还固定第二气缸(25),第二气缸(25)下表面固定第二吸盘(26),第二安装板(5)固定于第一转轴(2)下端面,第一转轴(2)转动安装于轴承座(7),轴承座(7)固定于第一安装板(3)下表面,第一转轴(2)连接于第一电机(1),所述第二气缸(25)与第一气缸(4)关于第一转轴(2)旋转轴心线对称。
工作时,皮带输送机构传送电池片料盒(10),当电池片料盒(10)传送至顶块(11)上方后,第二电机(12)动作,将电池片料盒(10)里的电池片推至第一吹气块(8)和第二吹气块(9)之间,第一气源接头(13)和第二气源接头(24)通气,第一气缸(4)伸出驱动第一吸盘(6)吸附电池片,同时第二电机(12)动作驱动顶块(11)下降,接着,第一电机(1)动作,驱动第一气缸(4)带动电池片旋转至下一工位。

1.一种取电池片装置,包括电池片料盒,电池片料盒下端设有顶块(11),所述顶块(11)连接于传动螺母(22),传动螺母(22)和传动丝杆(23)相连,传动丝杆(23)和第二电机(12)相连,其特征在于:
所述顶块(11)上方的电池片料盒两侧相对设有第一吹气块(8)、第二吹气块(9),所述第一吹气块(8)上固定第一气源接头(13),第二吹气块(9)上固定连接第二气源接头(24),所述第一吹气块(8)和第二吹气块(9)上均设有吹气孔(14),所述电池片料盒上方设有第一吸盘(6),第一吸盘(6)固定于第一气缸(4)移动端。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种取电池片装置,其特征在于:所述第一气缸(4)固定于第二安装板(5),第二安装板(5)固定于第一转轴(2)下端面,第一转轴(2)转动安装于轴承座(7),轴承座(7)固定于第一安装板(3)下表面,第一转轴(2)连接于第一电机(1)。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种取电池片装置,其特征在于:第二安装板(5)下方还固定第二气缸(25),第二气缸(25)下表面固定第二吸盘(26),所述第二气缸(25)与第一气缸(4)关于第一转轴(2)旋转轴心线对称。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种取电池片装置,其特征在于:电池片料盒设于皮带输送机构上,所述皮带输送机构包括输送机架(15),输送机架(15)前端转动安装有转轴(29),转轴(29)一端固定第一带轮(17),转轴另一端固定第二带轮(18),输送机架(15)前端转动安装有第三带轮(27)和第四带轮(28),所述第一输送带(16)绕装于第一带轮(17)和第三带轮(27),第二输送带(19)绕装于第二带轮(18)和第四带轮(28),输送机架(15)上设有第三电机(21),第三电机(21)连接于减速机(20),减速机(20)与转轴(29)连接。
