本发明公开了一种弹性伸缩编织喉管,其包括外套编织管和设置于外套编织管内的弹性软管,其特征在于:所述外套编织管是由纬线和具有弹性的经线编织而成的纵向具有弹性的空心套管,所述外套编织管的纵向弹性伸长量是外套编织管未伸长时的2-8倍,所述弹性软管的纵向弹性伸长量大于等于外套编织管的纵向伸长量。本发明凭着自身的弹性,在使用时可伸长2-8倍,其外表美观,体积小、耐磨、无接缝、携带使用方便。

弹性伸缩编织喉管及其生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有弹性伸缩功能的编织液体(气)管,具体地说,涉及一种弹性伸缩编织喉管及其生产工艺。
背景技术
现有的输送气/液/油等介质用管,大多为套有编织管的胶管,由于编织管不具有伸缩性,在使用时,使用距离有多长,胶管就要有多长,胶管过长,其占地面积大,并且现有的胶管质量较重,过长的胶管不容易拖动,使用不方便。
为此,目前市场上出现了一种可伸缩编织管,其是将过长的编织管褶皱套在胶管外,拼接了编织管的余留量来伸长胶管。这样虽然达到了伸缩的目的,但过多的编织管褶皱在胶管外不仅增加了生产成本,而且增加体积,使得编织管不美观,手感不好,在使用过程中携带很不方便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种弹性伸缩编织喉管,其凭着自身的弹性,在使用时可伸长2-8倍,其外表美观,体积小、携带使用方便。
本发明的另一目的是提供弹性伸缩编织喉管的生产工艺。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
弹性伸缩编织喉管,其包括外套编织管和设置于外套编织管内的弹性软管,所述外套编织管是由纬线和具有弹性的经线编织而成的纵向具有弹性的空心套管,所述外套编织管的纵向弹性伸长量是外套编织管未伸长时的2-8倍,所述弹性软管的纵向弹性伸长量大于等于外套编织管的纵向伸长量。
进一步的,所述经线是由乳胶丝和化纤丝制成的橡筋线,所述纬线为化纤丝。
弹性伸缩编织喉管的生产工艺,经线和纬线由编织机编织成外套编织管,待外套编织管编织到预期长度后,按照订单或市场要求,将外套编织管裁剪成每段1.5-100m,然后将配套的弹性软管穿入或织入外套编织管内制成半成品,然后在半成品的两端接上接口、水枪或喷头,经包装制成成品。
本发明的优点是:凭着自身的弹性,在使用时可伸长2-8倍,其外表美观,体积小、耐磨、无接缝、携带使用方便。

具体实施方式
实施例1,以外径为4cm的外套编织管为例。
经线选择由52号乳胶丝和150D化纤丝制成的橡筋线,纬线选择300D化纤丝,经线32根、纬线2根,经线和纬线由编织机编织成外套编织管,外套编织管无接缝,不易破裂,待外套编织管编织到预期长度后,按照订单或市场要求,将外套编织管裁剪成每段1.5-100m,然后将配套的弹性软管2穿入或织入外套编织管1内制成半成品(如图1所示),然后在半成品的两端接上接口、水枪或喷头,经包装制成成品。
实施例2,以外径为6cm的外套编织管为例。
经线选择由52号乳胶丝和150D化纤丝制成的橡筋线,纬线选择300D化纤丝,经线40根、纬线3根,经线和纬线由编织机编织成外套编织管,待外套编织管编织到预期长度后,按照订单或市场要求,将外套编织管裁剪成每段1.5-100m,然后将配套的弹性软管2穿入或织入外套编织管1内制成半成品(如图1所示),然后在半成品的两端接上接口、水枪或喷头,经包装制成成品。
 实施例3,以外径为10cm的外套编织管为例。
经线选择由60号乳胶丝和300D化纤丝制成的橡筋线,纬线选择600D化纤丝,经线60根、纬线3根,经线和纬线由编织机编织成外套编织管,待外套编织管编织到预期长度后,按照订单或市场要求,将外套编织管裁剪成每段1.5-100m,然后将配套的弹性软管2穿入或织入外套编织管1内制成半成品(如图1所示),然后在半成品的两端接上接口、水枪或喷头,经包装制成成品。

1.弹性伸缩编织喉管,其包括外套编织管和设置于外套编织管内的弹性软管,其特征在于:所述外套编织管是由纬线和具有弹性的经线编织而成的纵向具有弹性的空心套管,所述外套编织管的纵向弹性伸长量是外套编织管未伸长时的2-8倍,所述弹性软管的纵向弹性伸长量大于等于外套编织管的纵向伸长量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性伸缩编织喉管,其特征在于:所述经线是由乳胶丝和化纤丝制成的橡筋线,所述纬线为化纤丝。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的弹性伸缩编织喉管的生产工艺,其特征在于:经线和纬线由编织机编织成外套编织管,待外套编织管编织到预期长度后,按照订单或市场要求,将外套编织管裁剪成每段1.5-100m,然后将配套的弹性软管穿入或织入外套编织管内制成半成品,然后在半成品的两端接上接口、水枪或喷头,经包装制成成品。
