为克服现有单层软管抗拉强度性能差、易磨损、易发生断裂、老化、腐蚀,且套接使用时,极易打滑等缺陷,本实用新型提供一种新型的高压软管,提高软管的抗拉强度,且不易磨损,套接使用时也不易打滑。
本实用新型为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高压软管,其中,包括内管和外管,其中内管和外管之间设有编织层,该编织层由多条在内管上交叉缠绕的纤维组成。
内管外表面、外观内表面设计成网状凹槽,增大它们与编织层之间的摩擦力,如此设计,不仅使高压软管的韧性大幅提高,同时,也可承受更大强度的拉力,以满足有特殊要求的工程需要。
所述外管上设有多条纵向凹凸条纹。如此设计,一方面纵向抗拉强度大幅提高,另一方手握时,不易打滑。
