Abstract

一种电路断路器的磁驱动铁心绝缘装置,其绝缘罩覆盖着向灭弧室驱动电弧的U形磁驱动铁心和固定触头的固定接点周边部;
磁驱动铁芯的支脚11a收放在模箱5的壁5a上的槽13中,支脚11a的外侧面和前后面用模箱5绝缘,盖在固定触头1上的绝缘罩14只使支脚11a的内侧面和固定触头1的固定接点2的周边部绝缘。这样,能将绝缘罩14加工成板状,使磁驱动铁心的厚度增加、性能提高,还能使绝缘罩14的成形和装配作业简单,成本下降。

Description

电路断路器的磁驱动铁心绝缘装置
本发明涉及配线断路器、漏电断路器等电路断路器,特别涉及到向灭弧装置驱动电弧的磁驱动铁心的绝缘装置。
对于这种磁驱动铁心及其绝缘装置,在特开平2-132716号公报中已披露。它是将有一对侧边部及连结各侧边部的连结部的呈U字形的磁驱动铁心安装到固定触点的弯折成U形的端部上,并设置一由下述部件整体成形的绝缘构件,各部件为:覆盖磁驱动铁心侧边部的罩部,除了固定触点的固定接点等只覆盖其周边部的底板部,配置在可动触点与灭弧装置栅板的切口部内缘之间的隔膜部。
然而,由于上述特开平2-132716号公报中所公开的磁驱动铁心的绝缘构件是罩形的,所以存在下面这样的问题。
(1)由于要用绝缘构件的罩部覆盖磁驱动铁心侧边部的内外两侧面,因此包含绝缘构件在内的侧边部的厚度就会大,而为确保供可动触点出入的左右侧边部间一定的空间尺寸,磁驱动铁心的厚度就受到限制,也就不能得到良好的磁驱动性能。
(2)基于同样的理由,因绝缘构件的罩部的壁厚受限制,也不能得到足够的绝缘性能。
(3)罩形绝缘构件因其成型模具复杂、成形成本高,而且将罩部盖到侧边部的操作的操作性很差,很费工夫。
因此,本发明的目的是提供这样一种电路断路器的磁驱动铁心绝缘装置,它既有足够的绝缘性能,对磁驱动铁心厚度的限制也小,而且成形简单,安装作业方便。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供了一种电路断路器的磁驱动铁心绝缘装置,所述断路器的U形磁驱动铁心安装在固定于模箱上的固定触点上,可动触点可与此固定触点接触和分离,所述U形磁驱动铁心有一对沿着所述可动触点分离的方向竖立的支脚,磁驱动铁心的支脚配装在位于固定触点两侧的外壳壁上的槽中,同时整体地覆盖着该固定接点周边部和上述磁驱动铁心支脚内侧的绝缘罩覆盖在上述固定触点上。
在本发明中,由于将驱动铁心的支脚收存在外壳壁中,其外侧面及前后面用外壳自身绝缘,只将支脚的内侧面及固定触点的固定接点的周边部用绝缘罩覆盖。由此,因为绝缘罩也包括覆盖磁驱动铁心支脚的部分并能整体形成板状,在支脚处绝缘罩的厚度间隔可以不大,这时可使磁驱动铁心的厚度增加,同时绝缘罩的形状简单,成形、安装也变得容易。
图1是本发明第一实施例的电路断路器的固定触点部分的主要部分的透视图。
图2是图1电路断路器的主要部分的纵剖面图。
图3是本发明第二实施例的断路器的固定触点部分的主要部分的透视图。
图1和图2示出本发明的第一实施例,图1是三极电路断路器(配线用断路器),例如中央极的固定触点部分的主要部分的透视图,图2是其主要部分的纵剖面图。在这些图中,固定触点1,其固定接点2接合在弯折成U形的端部1a的上面,在与其反侧端成一体的电源侧端子3部分处,用螺钉4(图2)固定在模箱5上。方形的防闪络角形件的支承件1b以与固定接点2相同的宽度成一体地形成在固定触点1的前端,防闪络角形件6安装在该部分上。利用活动接点7与固定触点1相离合的可动触点8(图2)通过图中未绘出的绝缘托架可旋转自如地支承在模箱5上,在图示的闭合位置和用锁线表示的打开位置之间借助图中未绘出的开关机构进行开关驱动。灭弧室9设置在可动触点8的前方,此灭弧室9由固定在模箱5上的左右两个绝缘件的侧壁9a和支承在其上的多条页栅9b组成。而且绝缘板10设置在灭弧室9的前方。
带有沿可动触点8的开离方向竖立的一对支脚11a的U形磁驱动铁心11,在与固定接点2大体相同位置处叠放在固定触点端部1a背面,螺钉12(图2)通过与防闪络角形件的支承件1b相同形状成一体成形的安装片11b旋进防闪络角形件6的螺钉孔6a中,使磁驱动铁心11与防闪络角形件6固定在一起。模箱5在其图中未绘出的左右侧壁间用二个间壁5a间隔成三相的断路室,固定触点1如图示那样固定在各断路室内,在图示的中央电极的情况下,槽13设置在右右间壁5a相对的侧面上,而在左右两电极的情况下,槽13设置在间壁5a和图中未示出的外壳侧壁相对的侧面上,磁驱动铁心11的两支脚11a如图示那样分别配装在槽13中。
板状绝缘罩14覆盖在固定触点1上。绝缘罩14用耐热树脂成形制成,成整体地覆盖着固定触点1的固定接点2的周边部和磁驱动铁心支脚11a的内侧面。覆盖着固定触点1的绝缘罩14的平板部14a,其前后和左右端部如图示那样弯折成裙状,完全覆盖固定触点1的上面和端面。在图示的实施例中,磁驱动铁心11的支脚11a与绝缘罩14的支脚14b一起配装在槽13内,其内侧面与间壁5a或外壳侧壁的侧面在同一个平面内。在配装于槽13中的状态下,支脚11a和14b的上端面与模箱5的上端面为同一平面。
上述各部件的组装像下述这样进行。将防闪络角形件6和磁驱动铁心11安装到已装接了固定接点2的固定触点1上后,将支脚11a嵌合在槽13中再将其插入模箱5内。随后,将固定触点1的图中未绘出的圆孔套嵌到模箱5底部的圆柱状突出部5b上于以定位,再拧紧螺钉4将其固定。然后,将支脚14b嵌合进槽13中再将绝缘罩14插入模箱5中覆盖固定触点1。此绝缘罩14最后用装在模箱15上的模罩15(图2)压住固定。
在这样的断路器中,当沿图2中的箭头方向流动的通电电流成为过电流状态,电路断路器跳闸,可动触点8开离到锁线位置时,一方面在固定接点2和可动接点7之间产生电弧16,一方面由流过固定触点1的通电电流产生的磁通大部分通过磁驱动铁心11。随后,借助作用在其支脚11a上端部磁极间的磁场,将电弧16向灭弧室9驱动,使电弧电压升高而灭弧。其间电弧16的底部从固定接点2经防闪络角形件6向图中左方移动,它的其它部分由于被绝缘罩14覆盖而与电弧16绝缘。
在图示的结构中,由于磁驱动铁心11的支脚11a配装在槽13中,其外侧面及前后面被模箱5绝缘,绝缘罩14使支脚11a的内侧面与固定触点1的上面绝缘。因而,支脚11a厚度方向的绝缘罩14的壁厚只是以罩形包围整体支脚11a情况下的一半就可以了,这时支脚11a的厚度增加,从而能提高磁驱动性能。由于绝缘罩14整体呈板状,与罩形情况相比,它成形容易,成本减少,特别是装到固定触点1上的作业变得容易了。
图3示出本发明第二实施例的固定触点的主要部分的透视图。此实施例是只将磁驱动铁心11的支脚11a配装在模箱5的槽13中,其内侧面与间壁5a或外壳侧壁的侧面为同一平面,绝缘罩14的支脚14b沿该侧面覆盖支脚11a,所以要使支脚14b的宽度尺寸比槽13大。它的其它结构与第一实施例相同。除了这样的结构外,还可将绝缘罩14的支脚14b的截面形状做成凸形,只将宽度窄的内侧的一半配装到槽13中。
按照本发明,将磁驱动铁心的支脚配装在位于固定触点两侧的模箱壁上的槽中,其外侧面和前后端面用模箱绝缘,借助于用绝缘罩整体地覆盖固定触点的固定接点周边部和磁驱动铁心支脚的内侧面这样的结构,在磁驱动铁心的支脚处使绝缘罩所占的厚度间隙小,如果供可动触点出入用的绝缘罩左右支脚间的空间尺寸相同,则绝缘罩的厚度间隙小的部分,磁驱动铁心的厚度增大,因此能提高其磁驱动性能。还由于绝缘罩能整体成形成板状,所以成形费用减少,而且固定触点的安装作业性良好。

Claims (1)

1、一种电路断路器的磁驱动铁心绝缘装置,所述断路器的U形磁驱动铁心安装在固定于模箱上的固定触点上,可动触点可与此固定触点接触和分离,所述U形磁驱动铁心有一对沿着所述可动触点分离的方向竖立的支脚,此电路断路器的磁驱动铁心绝缘装置的特征在于:
磁驱动铁心的支脚配装在位于固定触点两侧的外壳壁上的槽中,同时整体地覆盖着该固定接点周边部和上述磁驱动铁心支脚内侧的绝缘罩覆盖在上述固定触点上。
