本发明公开了一种高弹性纺织面料,由经纱和纬纱编织而成,经纱和纬纱均为包芯纱,经纱由玉蚕纤维包覆腈纶纤维构成,玉蚕纤维和腈纶纤维的质量比例为75~85%:15~25%;纬纱由大豆蛋白纤维包覆氨纶纤维构成,大豆蛋白纤维和氨纶纤维的质量比例为85~90%:10~15%。本发明分别以氨纶长丝和腈纶纤维作为内芯,具有高弹性的优点,分别以玉蚕纤维和大豆蛋白纤维作为外包纱纤维层,既改善了氨纶的柔软性,又具有舒适的吸湿导湿性,并具有十几种人体所需要的氨基酸的特殊亲肤效应,发射远红外线及激发负离子的贴身呵护等诸多优点,同时还具有良好的光泽度、悬垂性和高暖性能;本发明的面料是一种高档纺织面料。

技术领域
本发明涉及面料领域,特别是涉及一种高弹性纺织面料。
背景技术
近年来,随着科学技术的不断发展,人们对服装面料的舒适性、健康性、安全性和环保性等要求越来越高,满足人们不同需要的纺织品面料层出不穷,在人们的日常生活中起着越来越重要的作用。从衣着舒适、活动自如和人体曲线美等因素考虑,良好的弹性是面料制作必需要考虑的重要因素之一,但现有的弹性面料大多采用化纤为原料,尤其制成的服装,通常成分单一、功能单一,对人体有静电污染,穿着不舒适,也不安全,不能符合现在人们对弹性面料服装的消费理念。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高弹性纺织面料,能够在良好弹性的基础上富赋予面料优异的服用性能和安全性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种高弹性纺织面料,由经纱和纬纱编织而成,所述经纱和纬纱均为包芯纱,其中,所述经纱由玉蚕纤维包覆腈纶纤维构成,所述纬纱由大豆蛋白纤维包覆氨纶纤维构成,所述经纱中,玉蚕纤维和腈纶纤维的质量比例为75~85%:15~25%;所述纬纱中,大豆蛋白纤维和氨纶纤维的质量比例为85~90%:10~15%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述玉蚕纤维的规格为1.78dtex×40mm;所述腈纶纤维的规格为3.83dtex;所述大豆蛋白纤维的规格为0.67dtex×40mm;所述氨纶纤维的规格为30~80dtex。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述经纱的捻度系数为295;所述纬纱的捻度系数为370。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述面料的组织结构为平纹组织或1:1罗纹组织。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述面料的规格为:经密为89根/10行、纬密为75根/行,面密度180~195g/m2,幅宽为150~180cm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种高弹性纺织面料,分别以氨纶长丝和腈纶纤维作为内芯,保证了包芯纱的高弹性优点,而分别以蛋白改性纤维玉蚕纤维和大豆蛋白纤维作为外包纱纤维层,既改善了氨纶的柔软性,又具有舒适的吸湿导湿性,并具有十几种人体所需要的氨基酸的特殊亲肤效应,发射远红外线及激发负离子的贴身呵护等诸多优点,同时还具有良好的光泽度、悬垂性和高暖性能,是一种高档纺织面料。

下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明实施例包括:
玉蚕纤维是一种蛋白改性的纤维素纤维,具有极佳的柔软糯滑手感和舒适的吸湿导湿性,含有十几种人体所需要的氨基酸,具有特殊的亲肤效应,发射远红外线及激发负离子等诸多优点,特别适用于织造接触体肤的纺织品;腈纶纤维以短纤维为主,是用85% 以上的丙烯腈和少量第二、第三单体共聚,通过湿法或干法纺丝而制得的合成纤维,腈纶纤维中的准结晶结构使纤维具有强伸性和弹性。使用玉蚕纤维包覆腈纶纤维形成包芯纱,使其具有优异弹性和强度的同时,还具有良好的吸湿导湿性、亲肤性和保健性能;
大豆蛋白纤维是一种新型再生蛋白质纤维,其外观光洁,有丝光,手感柔软,悬垂适度,比重轻,吸湿透湿,强力高,弹性好,具有羊绒般的手感、蚕丝的光泽、棉花的吸湿透气和羊毛的保暖性,被誉为“人造羊绒”; 氨纶纤维属于聚氨酯系纤维,是一种高弹性纤维,具有断裂伸长率大,弹性回复率高,耐疲劳性能好,密度低,耐热,耐晒和抗老化的优点。使用大豆蛋白纤维包覆氨纶纤维形成包芯纱,可充分发挥两种纤维的优势,使制成的针织物既有大豆蛋白纤维的外观手感,又有良好的延伸性。
实施例1
本发明揭示了一种高弹性纺织面料,由经纱和纬纱编织而成,所述经纱和纬纱均为包芯纱,其中,所述经纱由规格为1.78dtex×40mm的玉蚕纤维包覆规格为3.83dtex的腈纶纤维构成,玉蚕纤维和腈纶纤维的质量比例为85%:15%,形成的经纱的捻度系数为295;所述纬纱由规格为0.67dtex×40mm的大豆蛋白纤维包覆氨纶纤维规格为80dtex构成,大豆蛋白纤维和氨纶纤维的质量比例为85%:15%,形成的纬纱的捻度系数为370;
由上述经纱和纬纱织造的面料的组织结构为平纹组织,面料的规格为:经密为89根/10行、纬密为75根/行,面密度180~195g/m2,幅宽为150~180cm。
实施例2
本发明揭示了一种高弹性纺织面料,由经纱和纬纱编织而成,所述经纱和纬纱均为包芯纱,其中,所述经纱由规格为1.78dtex×40mm的玉蚕纤维包覆规格为3.83dtex的腈纶纤维构成,玉蚕纤维和腈纶纤维的质量比例为75%: 25%,形成的经纱的捻度系数为295;所述纬纱由规格为0.67dtex×40mm的大豆蛋白纤维包覆氨纶纤维规格为30dtex构成,大豆蛋白纤维和氨纶纤维的质量比例为90%:10%,形成的纬纱的捻度系数为370;
由上述经纱和纬纱织造的面料的组织结构为1:1罗纹组织,面料的规格为:经密为89根/10行、纬密为75根/行,面密度为195g/m2,幅宽为150cm。
上述面料以四种纤维为原料,分别以氨纶长丝和腈纶纤维作为内芯,保证了包芯纱的高弹性优点,而分别以蛋白改性纤维玉蚕纤维和大豆蛋白纤维作为外包纱纤维层,既改善了氨纶的柔软性,又具有舒适的吸湿导湿性,并具有十几种人体所需要的氨基酸的特殊亲肤效应,发射远红外线及激发负离子的贴身呵护等诸多优点,同时还具有良好的光泽度、悬垂性和高暖性能,是一种高档纺织面料。

1.一种高弹性纺织面料,其特征在于,由经纱和纬纱编织而成,所述经纱和纬纱均为包芯纱,其中,所述经纱由玉蚕纤维包覆腈纶纤维构成,所述纬纱由大豆蛋白纤维包覆氨纶纤维构成,所述经纱中,玉蚕纤维和腈纶纤维的质量比例为75~85%:15~25%;所述纬纱中,大豆蛋白纤维和氨纶纤维的质量比例为85~90%:10~15%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高弹性纺织面料,其特征在于,所述玉蚕纤维的规格为1.78dtex×40mm;所述腈纶纤维的规格为3.83dtex;所述大豆蛋白纤维的规格为0.67dtex×40mm;所述氨纶纤维的规格为30~80dtex。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高弹性纺织面料,其特征在于,所述经纱的捻度系数为295;所述纬纱的捻度系数为370。
