Abstract
本发明公开了一种介电系数高的防腐抗干扰涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:超细云母粉2-3、石灰石2-4、苯甲酸单乙醇胺2-3、环氧四氢邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1-2、氯化石蜡3-5、热塑性丙烯酸树脂28-33、四氟乙烯8-11、丙酮5-8、2-苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯2-3、甲酸钙1-3、硼化钨3-4、苯酚树脂34-38、甘油3-5、二甲苯9-12、过氧化氢二异丙苯1-2、醋酸乙酯7-10、助剂4-7;本发明的涂料适应性强,在高温、腐蚀等苛刻环境条件下也具备良好绝缘性能,耐候性、抗老化性能优良,还具有优异的耐磨性能、抗电磁干扰性能和附着力,可用于变电站箱体的装饰和修护保护。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油漆及其制备方法,特别是一种介电系数高的防腐抗干扰涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着科学技术的进步和电力体制改革的不断深化,变电自动化技术得到越来越快的发展,从电磁型保护到晶体管保护,再发展到微机型保护,以及变电综合自动化装置大多数实现了微机自动控制,它们以通信网络技术为基础,把各种继电保护装置及自动装置与RTU和调度端连接起来,使变电站实现高质量、高速度、高灵活性和低成本的生产管理。但由于变电站的特殊环境,如强电磁场等众多因素的影响,使变电站的二次设备受到各种各样的干扰,并且电磁场对生活在附近的居民身体造成不同程度的伤害,所以为提高变电站运行的安全和工作的可靠性,居民居住环境的健康性,在变电所的周围根据干扰源的不同建立不同的抗干扰措施,达到变电所电磁兼容的要求和适宜的居住环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种介电系数高的防腐抗干扰涂料及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明通过以下方案实施:
一种介电系数高的防腐抗干扰涂料,由下列重量份的原料制成:超细云母粉2-3、石灰石2-4、苯甲酸单乙醇胺2-3、环氧四氢邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1-2、氯化石蜡3-5、热塑性丙烯酸树脂28-33、四氟乙烯8-11、丙酮5-8、2-苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯2-3、甲酸钙1-3、硼化钨3-4、苯酚树脂34-38、甘油3-5、二甲苯9-12、过氧化氢二异丙苯1-2、醋酸乙酯7-10、助剂4-7;
所述助剂是由下列重量份的原料制成:铝酸酯偶联剂DL-4111-2、聚异丁烯4-6、三乙醇胺油酸皂1-2、双十二碳醇酯1-3、过氧化环己酮1-2、乙酰丙酮锌2-3、桉树油3-5、防老剂MB1-2、甲基丙烯酸5-8、甲基丙烯酸乙酯12-15、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮2-3、氧化钼3-5、氧化铋2-4、银包铜粉4-6、炭黑3-5、导电云母5-7、乙醇2-4、十二烷基磺酸钠1-2;制备方法是(1)将氧化钼、氧化铋、银包铜粉、炭黑、导电云母加到球磨机中球磨2-3小时,再加到煅烧炉中600-800°C煅烧20-30分钟,取出粉碎加到铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411和乙醇的混合溶液中,超声分散10-20分钟,烘干后和十二烷基磺酸钠混合备用;(2)将甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、乙酰丙酮锌、桉树油加到反应釜中,升高温度至70-80°C,加入过氧化环己酮,搅拌反应1-2小时;(3)将步骤(1)的产物加到步骤(2)中,继续反应20-30分钟,再加入聚酰胺蜡及其他剩余物质,充分搅拌混合均匀即可。
本发明所述一种介电系数高的防腐抗干扰涂料,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将超细云母粉、石灰石、硼化钨、甲酸钙加到醋酸乙酯、丙酮和二甲苯的混合溶液中,超声分散20-30分钟,加热至50-80°C时加入环氧四氢邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、苯甲酸单乙醇胺、助剂继续搅拌反应30-40分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)的产物继续升高温度至80-90°C,加入热塑性丙烯酸树脂、四氟乙烯、苯酚树脂、过氧化氢二异丙苯,1200-1400转/分下高速混合搅拌反应1-2小时;
(3)将剩余物质加到步骤(2)的产物中,混合均匀后加到研磨机中研磨分散均匀,过滤得到细度为20-40μm的物料,包装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的涂料适应性强,在高温、腐蚀等苛刻环境条件下也具备良好绝缘性能,耐候性、抗老化性能优良,还具有优异的耐磨性能、抗电磁干扰性能和附着力,可用于变电站箱体的装饰和修护保护。
具体实施方案
下面通过具体实例对本发明进行详细说明。
一种介电系数高的防腐抗干扰涂料,由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:超细云母粉3、石灰石3、苯甲酸单乙醇胺2、环氧四氢邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1、氯化石蜡3、热塑性丙烯酸树脂30、四氟乙烯9、丙酮6、2-苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯2、甲酸钙2、硼化钨3、苯酚树脂36、甘油4、二甲苯11、过氧化氢二异丙苯1、醋酸乙酯9、助剂5;
所述助剂是由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411 2、聚异丁烯5、三乙醇胺油酸皂1、双十二碳醇酯2、过氧化环己酮1、乙酰丙酮锌2、桉树油4、防老剂MB1、甲基丙烯酸7、甲基丙烯酸乙酯13、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮2、氧化钼4、氧化铋3、银包铜粉5、炭黑4、导电云母7、乙醇3、十二烷基磺酸钠1;制备方法是(1)将氧化钼、氧化铋、银包铜粉、炭黑、导电云母加到球磨机中球磨2-3小时,再加到煅烧炉中600-800°C煅烧20-30分钟,取出粉碎加到铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411和乙醇的混合溶液中,超声分散10-20分钟,烘干后和十二烷基磺酸钠混合备用;(2)将甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、乙酰丙酮锌、桉树油加到反应釜中,升高温度至70-80°C,加入过氧化环己酮,搅拌反应1-2小时;(3)将步骤(1)的产物加到步骤(2)中,继续反应20-30分钟,再加入聚酰胺蜡及其他剩余物质,充分搅拌混合均匀即可。
本发明所述一种介电系数高的防腐抗干扰涂料,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将超细云母粉、石灰石、硼化钨、甲酸钙加到醋酸乙酯、丙酮和二甲苯的混合溶液中,超声分散20-30分钟,加热至50-80°C时加入环氧四氢邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、苯甲酸单乙醇胺、助剂继续搅拌反应30-40分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)的产物继续升高温度至80-90°C,加入热塑性丙烯酸树脂、四氟乙烯、苯酚树脂、过氧化氢二异丙苯,1200-1400转/分下高速混合搅拌反应1-2小时;
(3)将剩余物质加到步骤(2)的产物中,混合均匀后加到研磨机中研磨分散均匀,过滤得到细度为20-40μm的物料,包装即可。
本发明的油漆漆膜平整,无硬块,硬度:3H,附着力:2级,耐热性实验(300°C,120h):漆膜完整,不脱落,耐碱性实验(72h):不起泡,不起皱,不脱落,耐酸性实验(72h):不起泡,不起皱,不脱落,耐人工老化性实验:1200h不起泡、不剥落、无裂纹,电磁屏蔽率实验:69dB。
Claims (2)
1.一种介电系数高的防腐抗干扰涂料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:超细云母粉2-3、石灰石2-4、苯甲酸单乙醇胺2-3、环氧四氢邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1-2、氯化石蜡3-5、热塑性丙烯酸树脂28-33、四氟乙烯8-11、丙酮5-8、2-苯并咪唑氨基甲酸甲酯2-3、甲酸钙1-3、硼化钨3-4、苯酚树脂34-38、甘油3-5、二甲苯9-12、过氧化氢二异丙苯1-2、醋酸乙酯7-10、助剂4-7;
所述助剂是由下列重量份的原料制成:铝酸酯偶联剂DL-4111-2、聚异丁烯4-6、三乙醇胺油酸皂1-2、双十二碳醇酯1-3、过氧化环己酮1-2、乙酰丙酮锌2-3、桉树油3-5、防老剂MB1-2、甲基丙烯酸5-8、甲基丙烯酸乙酯12-15、1,2-苯并异噻唑啉-3-酮2-3、氧化钼3-5、氧化铋2-4、银包铜粉4-6、炭黑3-5、导电云母5-7、乙醇2-4、十二烷基磺酸钠1-2;制备方法是(1)将氧化钼、氧化铋、银包铜粉、炭黑、导电云母加到球磨机中球磨2-3小时,再加到煅烧炉中600-800°C煅烧20-30分钟,取出粉碎加到铝酸酯偶联剂DL-411和乙醇的混合溶液中,超声分散10-20分钟,烘干后和十二烷基磺酸钠混合备用;(2)将甲基丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、乙酰丙酮锌、桉树油加到反应釜中,升高温度至70-80°C,加入过氧化环己酮,搅拌反应1-2小时;(3)将步骤(1)的产物加到步骤(2)中,继续反应20-30分钟,再加入聚酰胺蜡及其他剩余物质,充分搅拌混合均匀即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种介电系数高的防腐抗干扰涂料,其特征在于,由以下具体步骤制成:
(1)将超细云母粉、石灰石、硼化钨、甲酸钙加到醋酸乙酯、丙酮和二甲苯的混合溶液中,超声分散20-30分钟,加热至50-80°C时加入环氧四氢邻苯二甲酸二辛酯、苯甲酸单乙醇胺、助剂继续搅拌反应30-40分钟;
(2)将步骤(1)的产物继续升高温度至80-90°C,加入热塑性丙烯酸树脂、四氟乙烯、苯酚树脂、过氧化氢二异丙苯,1200-1400转/分下高速混合搅拌反应1-2小时;
(3)将剩余物质加到步骤(2)的产物中,混合均匀后加到研磨机中研磨分散均匀,过滤得到细度为20-40μm的物料,包装即可。
