本发明公开了一种带刮泥刀的叠片脱水机,包括:进料泵、叠片组、刮泥刀和压榨板,其特征在于,所述进料泵与所述叠片组封闭连接,所述叠片组内有刮泥刀。本发明以刮泥刀和进料泵取代螺杆,可解决污泥“抱轴”问题,降低出口污泥的含水率。

一种带刮泥刀的叠片脱水机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种污泥处脱水机,尤其涉及一种叠片式污泥脱水机。
背景技术
目前,市面所售的叠螺式污泥脱水机因其节能、节水、占地面积小,而广泛地应用于污水处理厂的污泥脱水工序。但叠螺式污泥脱水机也有其自身的弱点:为防止污泥抱轴,螺杆设计的压力不能太高,因而脱水后的污泥含水率偏高。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种带刮泥刀的叠片脱水机,包括:进料泵、叠片组、刮泥刀和压榨板,其特征在于,所述进料泵与所述叠片组封闭连接,所述叠片组内有刮泥刀。
与叠螺式污泥脱水机相比,本发明的有益效果是:没有螺杆,降低了制造成本;以进料泵提供脱水压力,没有污泥“抱轴”的问题,可将脱水压力提高,降低脱水后污泥的含水率。

下面结合附图详细说明本发明的实施例。
实施例:
如图1所示的一种带刮泥刀的叠片脱水机,包括:进料泵1、叠片组2、刮泥刀3和压榨板4,进料泵1与叠片组2封闭连接,叠片组2内有刮泥刀3,叠片组出口处有压榨板4。
下面对本实施例的工作原理简要介绍如下:
污水厂的剩余污泥经过浓缩后,由进料泵1压入叠片组2,由于进料泵1和压榨板4的共同作用,污泥中的水通过叠片组2的缝隙被滤出。此时,污泥将会在叠片组内壁形成泥饼,使得后续污泥的脱水阻力加大;与螺杆不同,进料泵1只提供脱水的压力,而难以提供向前的推力,因此,本发明设置了刮泥刀3;刮泥刀3的长端紧贴在叠片组2的内壁且与轴线呈一定的角度,并在空腔内作旋转运动;此时,刮泥刀3会产生三个作用:一是将内壁的泥饼刮下,为后续污泥提供过滤表面,二是在刮下泥饼的同时,向其提供一个向前的推力,三是带动叠片组的动片进行运动,以保持滤道的畅通。刮泥刀3的短端起搅拌作用,使叠片组2的空腔内污泥含水率趋近一致。最终,浓缩污泥(含水率约为95%左右)被压缩过滤,成为脱水污泥(含水率约为80%左右)
